Excellent food - good service BUT I RECOMMEND EATERN STAR TO CHANGE FROM KUK’d They took my payment and the order didn’t go through. Re-ordered with no issue. However, ten days later I am still waiting for the refund from the first order. Several emails and nothing. Read the Kuk’d reviews before you use them again. I certainly won’t pay through them at any place in future . Appalling service from Kuk’d.

Been here once before and didn’t like it. Thought would give it a second shot, might have an off time before. Tasted awful. Luke warm, even after freshly cooking. Don’t like the way the “chef” coughs over the food.

Truly dreadful, every sauce tasted the same, you’d do better buying jars of curry paste from the supermarket and save a packet!

Service is not good. Can never deliver on time and food is always freezing cold. When it arrives. Given 2 different times delivery and waiting over 2 hours for food is not good when being told 45 minutes.

Waited two hourse for food to arive after a number of diffrant storys from the women on the other side of the phone.food finaly arived after takeing for ever.put my food out and never guess wat it was sone cold steave austin 😂😂.must add dnt take it out on the poor driver as it wernt his fault he was beaing told wat to do by a numpty

We always use this Indian but tonight's meal was terrible. The chips were greasy and looked like they had been stood a while. The nan bread was hard and inedible. The onion bajis were greasy and tastless. Will not be ordering again

Friday 15th, takeaway as usual good tasty food and prompt pick up time from when ordered, have never in all the years this takeaway had been open have i/we had any complaint

Absolutely wonderful meal and excellent service. Quality of Indian food is always the same hear. Such a bonus for a small village.

Had a takeaway for three and wish we hadn't. Just a stodge of curry powder and almost cooked nan bread. Waste of £37

The Eastern Star is consistent in its standard of food and level of service. It is in the perfect location for my needs, and I am always satisfied with this little gem!!

Always have a good meal from here everything is delicious. This is the only place i would get a curry from.

Food usually according to expectations. Also offers slightly more interesting dishes than the bog-standard ones the competition offers. In all a very decent place, but as seems to be the norm with curries, a bit on the expensive side for a takeaway.

Had a takeaway and found the food to be very bland. Standards have dropped. Was once a very good takeaway

Lovely food here. My favourite local curry house. The new online system for ordering is brilliant. Used it twice now & the delivery time is spot on.

The boys working there are always busy & helpful. I can recommend the Chicken tikka kebab & tikka Marsala is made with quality meat & plenty of it ! Love this place

I always had a excellent meal from here if I have to go elsewhere I always end up comparing them to this place and even if I do say not always come near the food standards that is set here

My wife and I ordered a take away from Eastern Star, only to find mould growing on the coconut chutney. We rang to complain but we're casually told we'd be given 2 next time. There will be no next time.

I come home about once a year and I've got to say that a highlight of coming home (apart from seeing family of course) is a visit to The <a href="http://www.easternstargcg.co.uk/">Eastern star ammanford</a> The staff are ALWAYS the best and the food is simply the best Indian cuisine I've ever tasted! I don't usually write reviews but the last takeaway we ordered from this place was amazing. Arrived on time, delivered by a friendly driver, piping hot, and tasting amazing as ever! Well done Eastern Star Ammanford. Keep up the GREAT work! 5 stars!

This is one of my locals, and we use it on a regular basis. Note - it is take away only - it is not a sit-down restaurant. Having said that, the quality of food has always been superb, and full of flavour. Normally telephone the order through and it is ready within half an hour.
