We recently celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday with family and friends and found East pan Asian to be the perfect venue . Henry and the team gave us a warm welcome and the staff were warm attentive and could not do enough for us and our guests, faultless service . The food is a cut above the average Chinese Fayre , flavours are clean fresh and delicious . Roast duck More pancakes arrived on request and hoisin sauce and cucumber for the generous succulent crispy skin duck flowed beautifully . Beef in black bean sauce was tender and melt in the mouth green peppers and onions fresh crisp and crunchy wonderful balance of garlic ginger and black bean sauce . Sweet and sour chicken was sweet and savoury a perfect balance with crispy chicken and succulent pineapple. Egg fried rice was flavoursome and moreish but slightly overcooked . Wok fried noodle with bean shoots were perfectly seared and seasoned threaded with crisp crunchy bean shoots spot on . I would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Had lunch here with friends. Food: some dishes are mediocre. Recommend the cha siu rice, the meat is very tasty and not dry. The mango cheesecake cake is delicious, very creamy and smooth with mango bits incorporated inside. We were not keen on the turnip paste cubes and crispy seafood noodles. The turnip paste dim sum was deep fried, not the usual method. The noodles were tasteless and super salty. Siu mai and cheung fun was ok. Service was very friendly, and deducted the noodles from our bill. I would go back next time I’m in the area.

It was my daughter’s birthday called a couple of hours before and placed a large order for 15 people. I wasn’t sure what to order and amount, the person I spoke to was very patient as I attempted to go through the list over the phone for a take away. The food and the amount were just perfect and my daughter and friends enjoyed a lovely day. Highly recommend food was great along with the service. The food was prepared all on time and all nice and hot. Many thanks would be definitely going there again The whole team worked in harmony

My absolute go-to, dine in or takeaway, choice is yours! (you get a 10% discount when you take away) Dishes are well prepared and so delicious. Avoid on event days (Mother's Day, Valentines, etc) as it can get extremely busy, best to book in advance and reserve a table. Friendly, welcoming staff as always.

Not happy today. As a vegetarian, my favourite dish is salt & pepper tofu which today was extremely of poor quality. The S&P tofu was hard, chewy & unpleasant to eat. I am disappointed & saddened re my favourite above dish. Shocking waste of £6.20😢

We went there for dim sum, disappointingly the food does not taste fresh. The croquettes tasted like its been fried many times, and the fried dough was rock hard. Other dishes were okay but tasted like they were made from frozen dim sum.

All the decor has changed, used to be authentic dim sum resturant. The food is good, portion is smaller, but good for a family of 4. Service is ok, menu is basic, place the quantity of dishes next to what you want to order. We found the table was too smalk for the amount of food that we ordered. Not many people was there when we went, no ques and seated quickly. Tea and food was served promptly.

This was a completely random find and we were blown away - dont let the weird entrance next to the big Asian supermarket fool you - this is top notch cuisine. Awesome dim sum pork dumplings and puff pork buns and for mains a surreally delicious spicy and sweet tofu and a aubergine dish which we combined with kimchi fried rice. Highly recommended!

Let me say, right up front that I'll definitely return, as overall I was pleased with my experience. The restaurant looked well maintained in typical Chinese decor & a distinguished, Chinese looking gentleman welcomed us in. We were able to sit anywhere because it was late afternoon on a Monday & fairly empty. Our order was taken quickly by a pleasant waitress & the same gentleman kindly enquired about our drinks. Our waitress explained that it gets very busy at the weekends, so it's best to book in advance then. Everything we ordered arrived in good time, was well presented & flavourful. We had wonton soup, prawn toast, salt & pepper ribs, mixed vegetables, bbq roast pork as well as chicken & prawn Singapore noodles. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars for the meal was because 1 of the 3 pieces of prawn toast felt a bit cold inside & when we examined it more closely, the prawn inside looked a little greyer than the others. We pointed this out to our waitress & she apologised, saying we wouldn't be charged for that dish. The gentleman checked on us later on & also apologised. We enjoyed the laid-back jazzy renditions of popular songs, played at just the right volume to accompany dining. Our bill was £53 for everything (including service) except for the prawn toast, which they stuck by their decision to not charge for. I found this quite honourable when, many businesses these days, don't have this ethic. This restaurant is good for various sized groups as it has 2 seater tables, 4 seater booths, 6 seater round tables & rectangular tables against one wall for larger groups.

My go-to dim sum restaurant in west London. I last visited here nearly 2 years ago, so it was due another visit. The cash and carry here is handy after you ate. Always eat before you shop. I ordered a selection of my favourite dim dum and singapore noodles, it was lunch so was small.😉 The prawn cheung fun came out first, light and refreshing. The vietnamese spring roll was crispy and the different pastry skin to roll the packet up had a nice crunch with the vinegar/ hot dipping sauce. The spare ribs in black bean sauce was fine, not great. Not enough black bean flavour for my taste but hot. The pork/ prawn siew mai is the classic dish which I had forever and classic char sui bao added volume. The singapore noodles was spicy hot, great taste and fried custard tart to take home for afters. I ate like a lot and went downstairs to pick up a few items to take home afterwards. Great area to visit.

Overall was quite pleasant. The egg tart was delicious - though it would be better if it were served last rather than first! No change there! Sticky Rice in lotus leaf was a bit soggy and very little chicken. Siu long bao was tasty with lots of soup inside. Beef balls had a big bit of gristle which was a shame. Radish cake had a nice consistency inside but I prefer it to be crispier. Fried bean curd was tasty... probably my favourite of the day. It's the closest dimsum to me so expect we'll go back 😁

Went there for dim sum and starters only as we had other plans after. The dim sum were tasty, tasted fresh and handmade. The husband and wife serving us were very lovely so we decided to add a hot and sour soup as well. This was disappointing, however the lady did offer us a dessert in the end which was a lovely cheesecake. Overall we loved the atmosphere, dim sum and service. But the prices are even higher than China Town in London and portions are tiny. Paying just under £2 per tiny dumpling? Can't go here as a regular as would be way to expensive, would go there again on a special occasion.

If I could rate this restaurant 11/10 I would! My sister and I brought my mum here to celebrate Mother’s Day. We came on the Monday to avoid it being too busy and it was perfect. A lovely quiet atmosphere. It was our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last! The food was superb! We are fussy eaters but we loved every single dish that we had! Our favourites were the satay chicken,( super flavoursome and well cooked) , prawn and chive dim sums ( just wow!), salt and pepper prawns and prawn noodles. From the dessert menu we chose the mango cheesecake and the fried custard buns. We were in heaven! Absolutely delicious! We were offered Jasmine tea too which was a lovely touch! The staff were very welcoming, friendly and super attentive. I wish I got their names as they were lovely and deserve to be recognised for their service. So amazing to have food with a wide range of taste and texture - not the same old 30 dishes every restaurant has. We often go here for dim sum, great local location, and it has been good. After today's experience, I don't think I would say that East Pan Asian Restaurant is worth the value anymore. We were the first customers when they opened, and the food was not up to scratch. The fried taro croquettes were overdone, burnt, and rock hard with little filling. The turnip cake was very oily and again with little filling. Previously, it had a lit of pork lap cheung, and now I can not find any. The cuttlefish was a total letdown, literally! It was so flat, not like the usual bigger thick portion like it used to be in ant dim sum restaurant. The century egg, with pork congee was a disappointment. Watery, small portion for £10, avoid and never again. Talking about downsizing the portions, cost cutting, and going down on quality. But the price keeps on going up!! Don't think I will be coming back anytime soon

Disappointing - I asked for a table away from the draughty door and we were seated at a table which they then moved us from because they wanted it for a party of 4 instead of three. We were put back at the smaller table. Whilst we were waiting for our 3rd member of our party, three attempts were made to remove our third place setting in the space of 5 mins. We ordered a mixture of 6 dim dum and 4 mains and it was amusing that the serving team looked panicked about how to fit all the dishes on one cramped table they made us sit at. This amusement turned to more annoyance when they started hovering around our table more to try and clear off dishes apparently for our convenience - so it was not a relaxing Sunday family meet up. The mixed meat noodles dish was TOO salty for us all and scallop dumpling was nice but the rest of the dim sum and mixed roasted meats were below standard of Chinatown, Wing Tai, Colindale’s JM and other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. Won’t be going back.

We ordered completely off the dim sum menu rather than the main one but are keen to go back to try that too! This is some of the best dim sum I've had in a long time. The congee especially, was very flavourful and a good consistency. Lovely and fresh and the staff were attentive and friendly. They had our booking via Google no problem, even with modified dates. The restaurant is a nice size, small enough to still be cosy but there was still plenty of seating space. The venue is right above the Alperton Loon Fung Asian supermarket so there's lots of parking and it's very accessible.

My favourite restaurant, nothing else even comes close - including other Dim Sum restaurants in London. The food here is incredible, the best value for money in terms in quality and quantity. Been going here for over 5 years, brought lots of people and everyone loves it and wants to come back. It's busy particularly at the weekends but worth it, staff are lovely and will let you order off different menus/make changes for you happily. They have a reduced menu online so I'd recommend collection or visiting in person if possible - would particularly recommend the duck spring rolls which are the best I've ever had. Heavenly.

I came here for dim sum on 12.09.2023 after nearly 2 years. The food quality has gone downhill. Prices have increased but portion sizes are tiny and some of the dim sum tasted awful. The fried cuttlefish cakes are now so flat and have been mixed with meat so not true cuttlefish or squid and lacks the bouncy texture when bitten into. The bbq pork cheung fun was grey in colour and was rubbery and tiny! Compared to when I used to go regularly 2 years ago, the quality is extremely poor. Chilli oil was watery as if diluted and not spicy at all. Decor and atmosphere was still nice and the overworked south asian waitress who was on her own, was lovely. The chinese manager did not seem to want to help the customers. He loitered behind the till and pretended to look busy. Other tables had to get up and go to him to ask for drinks and order food. Didn't ask us if we wanted anything else so he missed upselling drinks. He didn't even ask us how the food was when we went to pay. Made no conversation whatsoever so I told him what I thought of the food. He didn't look surprised and no apology was given. His lame excuse was they had just changed chefs. I was not looking for money off my £60.45 bill for 2 people for dim sum. I ordered 5 dim sum dishes and a ho fun dish. Very expensive indeed. I just wanted an acknowledgement of my complaint and a verbal apologyfrom the guy. I am so upset because for the same money I could have had a tasty dim sum experience down the road at Wing Tai Cricklewood and had 2 extra dishes for the price I was charged here. Chinese tea had no leaves and was weak and watery. No free refill here was offered when all other dim sum restaurants offer that etiquette especially for £1.80 per person. Not an authentic dim sum experience at all. I usually go to Wing Tai but wanted to go food shopping at Loon Fung hence why I went East Pan for lunch. I had stopped eating here 2 years ago because back then one of the waitresses got my order wrong and took my Steamed dim sum to someone else's table and after 15 minuets of the mix up. She brought it to me and I witnessed everything. It was stone cold and the table who it was served to had already eaten one dumpling. No apology then either so I stopped coming. How silly of me to think things would have changed for the better after 2 years. I would not waste my money here ever again. So disappointed. What a shame as the owner Valerie is so lovely. I haven't seen her in a long time and she was what made the place shine.

Today was first time here. Food was very taste. Amazing mango cheese cake. Just think for 1 person mine dish ( sweet and sour chicken with rise and desert per person £27) is a bit to much but will back for sure.

Great staff and more importantly fantastic food. Really delicious - my son gave this place 10/10 and I can see why. Will be back very soon!

The food is nice but the prices are ridiculous. £11 for a veggie chow mein. I know prices have increased but that's daylight robbery. I was expecting double for that price. No free prawn crackers either. Will stick to my usual in future

My family and I go to this place once every few months as we live close by. Food has always been delicious here - with good portions! The atmosphere is chilled and feels spacious. Customer service is great too. Very friendly staff, one gentleman (I think he is the owner/manager) is so friendly and accommodating to our requests. Lots of (free) parking spaces available outside too. Definitely a hidden little gem above a massive supermarket! 100% recommended.

My family found this place about 11 years ago, and have coming here ever since. The food is just as good, if not better than China Town, and the owners are the absolute best. Very attentive, and make you feel right at hime. I highly recommend. Lulu

We've ordered number of dishes for dinner. Though it should be enough for 8 pax. Surprisingly, the portion is very small. So embarrassing.

Had a great experience with a large booking of 18 people for a wake. The menu provided was according to Chinese customs, and the owners were very generous and flexible to our arrangements. The food was also delicious with big portions. Definitely recommend it as the perfect place to host your Chinese events in West London as parking and public transport is also very easy.

Ab excellent chinese restaurant offering authentic chinese dishes and their dim sum with over 30 dishes to choose from. Great taste, great service by owner Henry and ample parking space.

Starters delicious as usual, and thank you for the peanut sauce. Food was lukewarm as per, I think it’s because the driver doesn’t read the instructions. Very tasty though.

Our visit to Bombay Chow was enjoyable, thanks to Dhruv! He greeted us with a warm smile, was very helpful, and ensured our experience was pleasant from start to finish. The food was decent—not out of this world but more street-style, which has its own charm. Prices are mid-range and reasonable for the quality. One thing to note: we ordered a soup (£4.50) and requested some extra crispy noodle garnish, for which we were charged an additional £2 (for a small bowl, they could have given a smaller portion but for less price or complimentary). It’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but worth mentioning. Overall, good food and great service. Dhruv definitely made the visit worthwhile!
