East Coast Gelato in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

One of the best lattes I have ever had!!!! The service wasn’t amazing but I find that with most of the places along the front of Hunstanton. The coffee niceness completely overruled the negative though!

Today we stopped in at mims east coast gelato at orchard drove with my wife we have visited this establishment on several occasions in the past and always found they served lovely ice cream with great service. However today we were really disappointed with both the young ginger haired guy serving really acted like he couldn't be bothered and didn't want to be there but the worst thing was he just plonked the ice cream half on and half off the vone infact so poorly done it was falling off on the floor before we'd even paid for it he was fully aware of his actions and just carried on completely ignoring the fact. Now if he doesn't want the job maybe he should just leave and give it to someone that does I'm afraid you have now lost two regularly customers

Have we learned nothing from covid ? Handling ice cream cones with no gloves and then handling money ? No thanks went elsewhere !

The woeful array of gelato on display should of been the warning sign to avoid ordering. Many virtually empty tubs, some with unappealing dregs of left over ice cream in the bottom, this was not what I was expecting. Gelato displays should be plentiful and a feast for the eyes. I ordered pistachio swirl & I'm sad to report this was not gelato I have come to love and enjoy. It was a very poor excuse for gelato, tasted of nothing and had a faint whiff of cheese to it. So disappointed.
