The lady gave me the wrong order and she was rude and shouting on the phone and being rude didn’t give me my order I got chicken fried rice and prawn fried rice and she was convinced she gave it to me when I have proof and she buttoned me

Wasn't very good service is bad the food not that good And very small amount per portion.i bought chicken satay and the stay sauce was less than one chicken spoon and i asked for prawn crackers they said i have to spend £20 to get it for free .wasn'thappy i'll not by from them again.

Este es un excelente plato chino para llevar. Los he usado durante 10 años y siempre está delicioso. Mis favoritos son el entrante mixto y las bolas de pollo agridulces. Los precios son realmente buenos y son muy rápidos en preparar su pedido.

Esta comida para llevar solo tiene 3. 8 estrellas, le daría un sólido 4. 7. El personal es amable y educado y la comida es todo lo que querrías de una comida china para llevar La única razón por la que le daría un 4. El 7 en lugar del 5 es que hay bastantes envases de plástico, pero aparte de eso, realmente recomiendo ir.

Después de regresar de un largo viaje, nos gustó un plato chino para llevar y obtuvimos pollo en salsa de frijoles negros con papas fritas y 2 arroces fritos especiales. El arroz frito podría haber estado un poco menos seco con un poco de salsa hubiera sido bueno, también una cantidad muy pequeña de pato, pollo y otros ingredientes en el arroz. Sin embargo, el pollo en salsa de frijoles negros era encantador y las patatas fritas tenían una sorprendente cantidad de cebollas fritas y chile, lo cual fue una sorpresa muy bienvenida. La comida estaba lista cuando llegamos a recogerla, dada por un caballero muy amable detrás del mostrador. Utilizará de nuevo

AVOID! Bad kitchen hygiene. Check your food thoroughly before you leave to make sure you got what you ordered as they don’t accept it when they have made mistakes. I used to be a regular but the place has really gone downhill in the last year. There are plenty of better places to get this type of food in Ealing now. Very average food.

I've been a loyal customer of Ealing Express for over 3 years. Tonight, I didn't receive an item, so called back & requested it to be sent over (we live a few minutes drive away). Hostess was incredibly rude, patronising & stubborn. Kept assuring me that she'd repeated the order 4 times (she hadn't even done it once), & I was in the wrong. She wouldn't send the food unless I paid for a new driver. After trying to reason with her (after all, I'd not made the mistake), she hung up on me. Sad that this organisation will lose potentially significant custom (my friends have ordered from here before as well), all for the sake of a portion of fried rice.

Bank holiday and I can't be bothered cooking but not to fear, Ealing express to the rescue. Decent food and lovely friendly service. And to top it off, I got a good fortune in my cookie :)

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever known. The woman I spoke to is just awful. Rude, sarcastic and patronising. We had a mix up with the order and she offered no substitute or money off, all she offered was her horrendous attitude. I would never order from here again. Food=average, service=unacceptable!! If you enjoy paying for food you didn't want and like being spoken to like a naughty child then this is the place for you!

I have to stress that delivery is always prompt and with a smile, but after living in Asia for a year I can unfortunately confirm that the food is inauthentic- notable lack of fresh spices and you can taste the heaps of added sugar in almost every dish. Others may not notice this however and its by no means a disaster.

The food is very tasty and prepared in the moment They have a very friendly customer service and one can tell they do their best to serve you the faster they can. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for my order to be ready. I highly recommend it specially if you are really hungry as the portions are quite filling, and the whole experience is quite positive. My favourite dishes Spiced Aubergines with Fried rice and, Bok Choy with Po Ku Mushroom.

Excellent food delivered by a very friendly member of staff who was incredibly courteous and careful as to exactly who he was handing the food over too - checking both the provider and payment details before handing over the food! To be commended. The pork dumplings & buns were an absolute joy. Will definitely be ordering again.

Meal from Ealing express has always exceptional, I never had a bad meal from Ealing Express, however, the delivery driver today was very unpleasant, as I have never seen him before, without considering the time of the evening, pressing the door bell is fine, at the same time banging on the door which was loud enough to wake up the whole street, once door was open he looked at me and say "you ordered?", I replied yes, and he looked at me like I am making him work and made me feel i shouldn't have order my food! I have never experience a service like this from Ealing Express before, the driver has always been very pleasant and jolly, but today, with this new guy, it was so awful and rude!

At the time of ordering a take away we were told our order would take 50 minutes. After waiting for over an hour and 10 minutes we called to follow up and were told to either wait longer or cancel. The person taking our order was extremely rude and then on calling back to check on our order (due to the time that we had been waiting) a different person answered and was even ruder! Although being a very convenient takeaway/delivery place for us, we will never order from here again. The manager of this establishment obviously has no regard for its customers.

I specifically left a note saying no bean sprouts in my food cuz I'm allergic. But as I received my food, both noodle dishes have bean sprouts in! This is quite irresponsible for a restaurant, it's a health hazard!

The service took too long and food went to the rubbish , not properly cooked and completely over cooked and burned. The quality of this restaurant is decreasing a lot. I´m not happy with this and they should refund the value of this meal!

We've had a few meals delivered from there & been happy with the quality & quantity, The missus loves their lemon chicken & that's usually a yardstick on whether we come back for more! I have to say that the guy who usually does the delivery is very friendly.

Having tried many local Chinese takeaways, this one is by far the best. Chinese takeaway is so often bland and beige. Ealing Express cooked rally tasy food (the spicy dish actually had real chillies in it!) Food looks and tastes fresh, they have a couple of interesting dishes on the menu you won't find everywhere. Will definitely order again.
