E-Mono in Islington

It was a nice time and i wanna say a big thanks to the staff who was one of the best in the city as in communication and they wanted to help me and ask if everything was alright everytime to make sure if i was ok with the food which was amazing.Just The chairs and tables were a bit old.This resaturant is now one of my favourites.

I've been here 8 or 9 times now and never been disappointed. Whether for eat in or takeaway the food I've eaten has maintained a high standard and the servers were always courteous, whether busy or quiet. Is my go to kebab.

Unbelievable experience, Food was grilled to perfection. I would class myself as a picky eater but the selection on display was exceptional. I would highly recommend to any customer as the taste is off the chain.

I was a little bit skeptical at first because the rating is so high. Decide to give it a try and I am not at all disappointed. I had mixed shawarma with most of the topping and both sauce. Delicious! Given the price point I’d be more than happy to revisit again and again. Go to please for a quick nib.

The best restaurant in the whole wide world

Ordered a large mixed shish wrap. Arrived as just a soggy wrap with only grilled meat and no salads or sauces. Called and the man inisisted there is an option to choose salad etc. There is no such option when you pick the large mixed shish on the app. £18 down the drain. Take your business elsewhere.

I had high expectations from this place but was quite disappointed. Had the chicken shawarma one time and it was alright, quite passable. However, when I ate the lamb shawarma last night I was in for a rude shock. The meat was not cooked properly, some of it was raw. Sadly, I was on the tube before I had a bite or else I would have returned it. New Edit: The owner is one of the best in the business. He was very keen to showcase his love for feeding people. He called me in and introduced me to his father who is a very polite man as well. Since I had a bad experience, they gave me a complementary wrap which was cooked to perfection with a nice bit of seasoning. Faith in good businesses restored. Will be coming back in a jiffy. Thank you Turgay. London needs more restaurant owners like you who really love giving good quality food.

Disappointed that the two expensive box meals I ordered came without the bread that should be included. We were starving and looking forward to making some big wraps but just had the meat and rice.

Ordered and paid for a box - received a wrap instead which was half the price. Sent photo straight away. Still waiting for refund

I just had a lovely mix kebab role, chicken and meat was shredded perfectly cooked and all the extra salads and sauces. I've been to kebab place before but this one is worth going back to 100%. The people are also really friendly and service is great if you decide to sit in.

I’ve been going here for many years now and no kebab shop comes close. The service is amazing and you get your food quickly. The food is so good if you like Turkish food. You can takeaway or eat in if it isn’t too busy, so it’s perfect for Matchday if Arsenal are playing.

Really close to the station, had a falafel wrap and it was banging. Last time I had falafel in London is was a let down and upset my stomach so this really made up for that. Lovely fresh salad, flavourful falafel. Also very quick service.

I’ve been there a couple months ago and it burned my soul, not to have left an review there. Now I’m finally paying my depth! There is really no compromise in service, or quality of the food! You won’t find another comparable, Turkish restaurant here in London, where you can feel and taste the dedication, commitment and intent on their mission, to make their customers happy on every level and aspect. Great little local spot for some hearty grub. Did a combo of a quarter pounder to start and wings to end. All very tasty and prepared sharpish, polite staff and decent seating area. Cheer 👍👍

In this day and age ordering a takeaway is a real treat and something that is not easily justified. We have really enjoyed Emono in the past but today we were Charged £29 for 2 “large” mixed shish. They were the size of my hand and had no salad inside. I rang them directly to give them a heads up that I wasn’t happy and the person I spoke to didn’t seem to care. Pretty disappointing. The food we did get was great quality shame about price, portion size and customer service.

Over an hour late freezing cold. one meal was missing. Driver didn't speak a word of English so had a lot of trouble communucatung that with him. Although he did really try to help. Not happy at all. Spend alot of money to get a freezing cold meal and missing food.
