I've been a customer for over 20 years. The food and service not only are they of the highest standard, they've retained the same standard throughout the years. Everything from the starters, to the mains, the salads and the bread are very carefully and lovingly prepared, by people that know their craft. Substantial quantities and great quality, complimented by extraordinary service make the dining experience at Durum second to none. The staff is always polite, efficient and professional, friendly and welcoming. Many of them have been there for many years, which is a testament to their skills. The same standard is reciprocated in their takeaway. If you want honest food that's great value for money, this place cannot be missed.

Great restaurant with delicious food and very friendly staff. Went with my wife and kids. High quality meat when ordering the mix grill, very well cooked. Even served complimentary tea and dessert after the meal.

I went here for first time on recommendation from a friend one of the best Turkish restaurants I’ve been to if not the best ever, I really loved the doner it was the best quality doner I’ve ever had it literally melts in your mouth the quality of the meat is astonishing and the customer service is just as good can’t ask for anything more very warm welcoming people I highly recommend

This is simply the best food I’ve ever had. We’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu, and can’t fault anything. We keep coming back and can never have enough of it. The grilled chicken, wraps and baklava are to die for, and I’ve not found anything better to this date.

It was great to be able to eat different types of meat. The staff had a good sense of humor and we had a great time.

Very popular Turkish restaurant in Finchley Central. We ordered ALI NAZIK LAMB SHISH, Grilled aubergine and Lamb shish with yogurt and garlic source are superb! Staff are very friendly and efficient with great hospitality. Will definitely visit again.

The restaurant is perfect for family dinner. There is kids menu and people are so friendly. Had a lamb and it was tasty and juicy. Kids enjoyed kids menu. We will definitely visit the restaurant again!

I had an amazing experience at Durum! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was perfectly cooked and beautifully prepared. The service was incredible specifically Emere, I have known him since I was a young child and to this day he has treated me with respect. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to all my friends and family. A true gem!

The best Turkish takeaway in town! The doners are juicy, the pide is perfectly baked, and the flavors are spot on. Highly recommend the mixed grill!
