I went there this week as I was missing Italian food. This used to be one of my favourite local restaurants but not any more! It was a truly awful experience. I ordered my pasta and salad. The salad arrived on time, but the pasta took ages to arrive. 30 minutes I had to wait. I decided to get a takeaway. I left the restaurant feeling flustered and frustrated with the waiting around. There was no apology from the manager as I was a regular customer!

Juliana is just wonderful. We come at least once or twice a month and she’s always there and she’s always wonderful to us and all the other diners. But tonight she went above and beyond. It’s a Friday night and my 5 year old was exhausted after a long week, he had a complete melt down whilst I had my hands full with the baby. She stepped in, comforted and cuddled him and gave him a tissue to wipe his tears. She knew EXACTLY what to do without hesitation. Then she went on to make sure my mum had a wonderful birthday meal, we all had delicious freshly cooked food and she gave us a drink on the house at the end too. What a superstar! Highly recommend Durazzo, it’s the place to go on green lanes for a family meal with a personal touch. Thanks for having us.

Never again due to the location, a very dangerous neighborhood and due to the poor quality food, the only positive note was the kindness of the waitresses

**WARNING: Worst experience of my life at Durazzo Pizzeria!** I went to Durazzo Pizzeria in London to pick up a pizza, and what I encountered was a nightmare! The pizza chef was extremely rude, shouting at me and my 3-year-old child! Unbelievable and unacceptable. But that wasn't the worst part. When I got home and opened the pizza, I found RAT HAIR in the food! Yes, you read that right. Rat hair! This place should be shut down immediately by the health authorities. The kitchen is clearly not clean, and the staff's attitude is appalling. I will never set foot in this place again and strongly advise everyone to avoid it. There is no respect for customer health and safety here!

I ordered a porcini crostini, an Italian pizza with additional eggplant and a tiramisu for dessert. I ate really well and am extremely satisfied. Congratulations to the pizzeria for the wonderful work.

So annoyed I’ve lived in the area (a 5 min walk away) over a year and this the first time I’ve been. Lovely pizza. Beautiful, fresh dough, fresh to the point I would advise not getting it delivered as it it will steam in the bag and ruin the gorgeous consistency, instead just collect as I did, or eat in and enjoy it’s traditional diner style decor & spectacular service. The waitress m was incredibly kind. I can’t wait to come back.! Thank you Durazzo Pizzeria :)

These guys are awesome. We ordered online. The pizzas are the best I’ve had from anywhere. We had to wait picking them up so we’re offered free drinks while we waited. We got home and realised we were once pizza short. They called us as soon as we realised and then offered to bring it to us themselves. Which they did. Great family business. Incredible authentic pizza. Xxx

This place is nice and cozy. Very family oriented. You get complimentary olives once you sit down and mint chocolate with the bill. Pizzas are good and fresh. Good service. Special thanks to Julianna, she was wondering! Had chips which were okay too.

I arrived at 1700hrs, and was welcomed by the proprietor, who was cleaning and arranging tables. I visit this venue every time I am in London, perhaps 2-3 occasions per annum, and always have a first class experience. I ordered a pizza, which was delicious, as was the vanilla dessert ice cream. The waitress was very smartly turned out, friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent meal, and I look forward to returning when I am next in London i February 2023. Highly recommended.

Always a joy to dine in this friendly restaurant, the food is so delicious and starting from the manager to the pizzaiolo, kitchen chef and the waiters, always so friendly and very prompt with the service.

Authentic place, not expensive, we'll be back!

Despite we arrived earlier than the opening time ( we didn't know ), the owner made an effort to accommodate us, thank you for that. We ordered two pizzas today, however, whatever you order you will be always satisfied! There is also a 20% discount on certain days of the week. The staff is always very nice and polite too. When I go to Durazzo I feel like in Italy!!! :-) These guys know about hospitality and great customer service. Thank you. Alessia

The service has been incredible! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!! We celebrated a friend's birthday and all the staff behaved up to the mark! They were kind! They actively participated when we ate the cake!☺️🙏🫶 The food has truly been a delicacy of Gods! The mussel starters and the freshly baked bread! The risotto! EXCELLENT! I highly recommend it for a family evening! I definitely loved it and plan to return soon!

One of the best pizza I tried in London. Pizza 4Gusti is delicious!! 🍕🍕🍕 Im so happy to find this pizza place so close to home. Used to travel all the way to Finsbury Park for pizza but now this will become my go to pizza place. Very authentic flavour, from sauce to pizza dough, shaping and taste. Tonight, I had my first Uber Eats delivery from them and I'm sure many more will come. Durazzo Pizzeria - keep up the good work ❤️

Excellent food, service and value for money. A simple place, but exceptional!

I've visited this place a couple of times since moving to the area. It had been recommended by family and friends. The place looks kind of basic but the food exceeds expectations! They have an excellent chef for sure. We went there to celebrate our daughters graduation last weekend and the whole family were impressed with the dishes they ordered. The fresh sea bass, ravioli with sage butter, pizza and seafood risotto were ordered and greatly enjoyed. We had some gorgeous cocktails - my son even asked if they could do a variation on one of their cocktails and the staff happily mixed it up for him. All the staff are friendly and attentive. We will definately go back and I'd highly recommend it to anybody.

I took my son here for an after school treat, and we had a great meal. We ordered the vongele pasta and a Napoli pizza. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. So much so I ordered a takeaway pizza from here in the same week! It’s definitely going to be our local go-to Italian now. Brilliant find.

Despite requesting the usual large portion, I received an incredibly small serving that wouldn't even satisfy a child's hunger. To make matters worse, the chef's response to my complaint was shockingly rude. They blatantly denied the obvious and tried to convince me that it was indeed a large portion. As a loyal customer who knows their offerings well, I can clearly see from the attached pictures that the container was barely half full. This disappointing experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Sehr leckere Pizza, die Bedienung war schnell und zuvorkommend. Meine Intoleranz (Knoblauch) wurde ohne großes Theater berücksichtigt.

Arriving on a Wednesday afternoon at about 1720hrs I was warmly welcomed by the proprietor, although it had been over a year since my last visit. The friendly and very smart waitress took my order for a drink, and shortly afterwards, for a pizza. The pizza was delicious, with a thin base and thick rim; both were tasty. I enjoyed a bottle of Acqua Panna still mineral water from Tuscany, which was a real treat. I am an infrequent but regular visitor to this venue, living in the Midlands, but over many years I have always been impressed with the quality of the food and the service; highly recommended.

We had a great time. Good food, fast service. Everyone should try the tiramisu, it's out of this world!

Delivery was fast but i think they changed the cheese on the pizza as it was chewy/rubbery and it came off the pizza in block... hope the feedback helps

Fantastic pizza and the kindest most professional staff. We get takeaway there almost weekly and they never fail to empress. The staff are incredibly kind to my 3 year old and today she got a tour and saw the ovens in action. Very happy we have such a local gem.

The waiter had no problem but you had to stand out from your privileged patriarchal position and ask us to seat to another table. This is because you said you care more about the business? So you tell me you have the restaurant with only two people eating, you have me and my son coming to spend money for lunch and you had no sympathy and heart on this. You are disgraceful!

Really like the food there. Very traditional Italian food and great portions! Also the Brazilian girl whom works there is lovely and professional!

I’ve visited this restaurant after being recommended by my Italian friend , the staff are welcoming and very helpful, and the food was amazing we ordered pizza and spaghetti sea food and other dishes , I’ve tasted food from my guests and all the dishes were amazing , the price is reasonable and we will be back again .

Great service and one of the best pasta i've ever tried. Recommend it.

The food here is consistently very good and it is reasonably priced too. I usually get the spaghetti with seafood or vongole. Both are lovely. Their calamari starter is very good too. It’s a nice atmosphere & very family friendly if not a bit noisy sometimes but that is bearable for the good food! Service is great - all the staff are really friendly!

We’re going back to this restaurant for years eventhough we moved away far from the area. It’s a truly exceptional little place, never disappoints. The food is always fresh and flavourful. Ordered garlic bread, salad and squid to start with and steaks for main. Everything was so fresh and loaded with flavour, we loved every single ingredient on each plate. The peppercorn sauce is propably the best I ever had. The house wine is a montepulciano and it’s better than some of the expensive ones I’ve tried in high end places. Friendly and attentive service. It’s 10/10 from me

This place looked nice and is on my way home. I stopped in for one takeaway pizza and the waiter said it would be a short wait. One hour later I’m still sat here waiting for the food on this random table by the door. When I asked the waiter he was aggressive and said I told you there was a wait. I said for this long and he shrugged and said ‘yeah?’ It doesn’t really matter if the food is good now I’ve been sat on the random chair on my own for an hour with no apology from the staff - hopefully there will be take away food at some point. Maybe in 2 hours?? If you can’t accept take away walk ins then don’t.

Our first visit but definitely not our last. A good range of Italian dishes, not just pizza. Friendly staff and good food. With a bottle of excellent house wine - £106 for 3 of us. Well done!

Tasty pizza with soft dough and crunchy ends. Been in the restaurant to order take away and the staff were so warm and friendly with a professional attitude. I enjoyed the little time spent there and surely will return. All ingredients were freshly baked. I chose a vegan option which wasn’t i clouded in the menu but I could opt out the cheese. Delightful!

Super little pizza place. The staff are lovely and the food is great.

Arriving just before 1300hrs on a Sunday for our reserved table, we were warmly welcomed and seated, and we perused the extensive menu. Our party of 3 enjoyed Pollo Funhetto, Salmone dello Chef and Pollo alla Griglia; all were perfectly cooked and presented with a range of vegetables. A lemon sorbet and two types of ice cream formed our desserts; two diners had house wine, white and rose., and I enjoyed a large glass if delicious orange juice. It is just over two years since I was able to visit the Durazzo Pizzeria, and we were all pleased to note that the high standards of this venue have been maintained. The proprietor was, as always delighted to see us, and makes every visit a memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Yummy, yummy and YUMMY! Just ordered gnocchi and pasta with sea food with my partner and it was sooooooo good. Also lemon sorbet and tiramisu is amazing. As our very local restaurant we will definitely be back!

Called very last minute as I wasn't able to order online, wanting a couple of pizzas as a surprise for my partner who'd had a tough day. First experience of Durazzo and they did not disappoint. These are the genuine article - the authentic Italian Pizza with good quality dough that isn't too heavy with good quality topics and cheese, the pizzas came with a spicy oil portion. Arrived within 30 minutes, still hot. We would definitely order again

Lovely place and lovely food Really enjoyed the Linguine Seafood Looking forward to go back as soon as possible. We were seated immediately and even brought olives to eat whilst we made our decision. The pizzas were reasonably priced + a good size. Service was friendly and fast. recommend
