Dunoon Hotel Restaurant in Conwy

Terrible vegetarian risotto which tasted cold and like it had gone bad, pretty certain it was reheated after being refrigerated for days.

12 month on from our first stay here and this is our 2nd consecutive weekend in the Dunoon. Last weekend was Xmas Market, so booked with evening meal, and it was excellent - food, staff, rooms etc. This weekend was an event in Venue Cymru so just Bed and Breakfast. However, again, absolutely superb. The staff here are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. For what you receive it is certainly excellent value for money. I highly recommend the Dunoon

We arrived too late for a bar meal but we ordered up afternoon tea. The atmosphere was very relaxed, service was first class and there was no hurry to clear up. Give it a try if you're in the area you won't be disappointed

We stayed in the Dunoon hotel in landudno wales.the food and service was excellent. There were 40 in our group and the service was excellent in the dining room. Excellent menu's each day and well presented.GRJ were excellent as usual. Good tour guide. Excellent Holiday.

I visited the Dunoon hotel just last week. To say the staff are friendly and helpful is an understatement. Lynsey was a joy to be around. Food was Devine and plentiful. I'll most definitely be back soon.

This was a great family and dog friendly hotel. We were a party of 10 & a day. Staff were friendly and attentive, food was lovely. Excellent weekend.

Very comfortable hotel. Food was excellent, service excellent too. Would certainly go back. Plenty of parking either in hotel car park or near the hotel. Only a short walk to sea front and shopping area.

Whatever your reason for visiting this hotel is the place to stay. Excellent cuisine, their menus are a delight. A very professional team of staff take care of all your needs and very helpful if advice is needed for places to visit. Our group was made welcome and meal times amended to fit in with the busy schedule over 5 days. Would definitely return.

Stayed & ate in the restaurant for 4 nights. Food was lovely, changing menu. Presented beautifully, 5 courses if you could manage it! Service excellent really loved it, a real treat.

My 15 year old son and I were on a Great Rail Journeys trio based at the Dunoon. My sin has special needs and the staff at the hotel were bflisnt with him.

Goed hotel. Kamers zijn redelijk groot. Op zomerse dagen is het wel warm omdat er geen airco of ventilator is. Restaurant is klasse! Parkeren is op de openbare weg. Normaliter geen probleem in omliggende straten.

Good place to have a nice food. Variety of food right from American and Italian. Great place for the family

We went for a celebratory meal after performing in the Extravaganza. The food and service were definitely 5 star and the prices very reasonable. We also met the chef who was both charming and helpful. Excellent would definitely go again

The Dunoon Hotel’s dining room is a beautifully laid out restaurant with corners, nooks and crannies that provide an intimate dining experience. The waiters are extremely professional while being friendly and informative.

Attended with group of over 20 people just for lunch. There were a number of people with different choices. The food was delicious hot and plenty of it. The service was fast efficient and very professional a credit to the hotel.

A group of 33 of us had dinner at the Dunoon Hotel at the end of November, the hotel was decorated ready for Christmas and looked lovely with a large gingerbread house in the centre of the dining room which was completely made by the chef. Our meal was fantastic, good portions, attentive staff and not expensive. We will certainly be returning

Gregg is an epic waiter. His product knowledge is exceptional and he made sure I was very well fed/looked after at meal times (despite being the only vegan in a group of 50+)! Try the champagne sorbet. Would definitely return and recommend. Even made sure I had plant based milk and butter at breakfast times. Thank you, Gregg!

Went in a group of 20 for a meal. The food was excellent and beautifully presented all enjoyed their choices. The food was served quickly, efficiently and it was very hot. There was plenty of food and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had a lovely lunch here today. The staff were welcoming, courteous and professional. It is an elegant and smart looking hotel. The staff were very accommodating and efficient. Look forward to dining here again

On a day visit to Llandudno Rosemary and I decided to go into this hotel just for morning coffee and we were quickly overwhelmed by the warm welcome and courteous attention to detail. We were served with a large cafetiere and fantastic home made shortbread.served on a silver salver. When we enquired about the cable car we were quickly presented with a computer printout of its details etc.

Did not stay at the hotel but had dinner there with my wife, parents and future Daughter in Law. The cuisine is absolutely amazing. Excellent variety to suit all tastes and each dish cooked to perfection. Will eat here every time I am in the area. Great job to all who made our dining experience a treasured memory. I literally can not say enough good things about it. If you are in the area and do not go there then you have truly missed out.

Only stopped in for dinner one evening. The staff were wonderful and the dining room was immaculate, as were the lobby and bar/lounge area. The dinner was superb, one of the best meals I have had in recent memory. All courses were delicious and cooked perfectly. Eat here, it's amazing!

Arranged a Lunch for the Llandudno .U3A.The food and service was excellent. Extremely good value for money. Coffee was served in the Lounge area which was spacious and comfortable.All the members enjoyed their afternoon .We will be re-booking another Lunch.

We were unable to get a room in the hotel as it was fully booked for the period when my mother and sister were staying there. We were, however, able to join them for the evening meals. The 5 course evening meals were well produced and well presented. Portions about right for the number of courses.
