My children have social needs, an often will get a delivery today they asked for a delivery from this shop which happens to be on the same street a few doors, but like I've said my children have social worries, the delivery drivers have called them lazy an tonight while the wife was on the phone lazy c..t, u get paid to deliver not judge, will not be ordering again.

I eat here near enough everyday the food is lovely I'm especially partial to the cheesy chips staff lovely too and the prices are very fair. Parmos are lovely too.

I don't normally order from this takeaway because of previous issues and thought I would give it go, hoping things had improved, but sadly it has not. Parts of the order was missing and the fish was soggy no crispy batter just soggy mushy batter. My son's curry sauce was missing and kabab meat was dripping with fat. No more chances I'm done with this takeaway which I would call the worst in east Durham.

i ordered small fish and chips, fish was look like large fish .Nobody give this size of fish in this price so price is very reasonable and staff is very cooperative. Always food is fresh and yummy. i will definitely recommend. thank you

Stone baked pizza…. More like stone cold, both pizzas where cold and not cooked properly, kebab meat looked like dog food and tasted of just fat, absolutely disgusting! My partner has also started to be sick due to have vile the food was.

Something here for the whole family. On the whole I would say it I'd reasonable priced too. Unless your child has the appetite of a 5 year old, the kids meals arnt for you! Enjoy!

Normally food is amazing from here but me and my partner got parmo and chips. Chicken was undercooked and cold and so was the chips sadly put us off and we had to order somewhere else because by the time it came they were closed

Thought I would try here tonight as it has a hygiene rating of 5* others in the area have a 1* Bought a small fish ,and it was beautiful , cooked fresh as I waited. The shop looks spotlessly clean and the staff were nice .I will definitely order from here again .

Terrible customer service, advised me they don’t deliver to shotton now because in the past week some Shotton orders have been missing sauces so the driver has had to come back! How ridiculous! All of Shotton can’t get a delivery because of staff error.

I placed an order on just eat and when it arrived I realised I forgot to ask for the sausages without batter (My son has lots of food allergies). When the food arrived he broke his heart because he couldn’t eat it due to my stupid mistake. So I rang the shop explained my stupid mistake and the they were fantastic. They remade the sausages and sent them back out with a driver before the rest of the cold. I really can’t thank them enough. It was my error but they sorted it out straightaway. And the food was delicious. I 100% recommend them for gorgeous food and excellent customer service. Thank you

3 Wraps ordered all came freezing cold phoned to complain about order they contacted driver and driver lied about fast delivery, I was offered a full refund last night they didn’t arrive then closed shop with not contacting us so I rang next day and they refusing refund for food, they didn’t end up coming to collect and didn’t get eaten due to been freezing cold very poor customer satisfaction Dylan’s do the right thing a refund my order

Only place I will go for fish and chips. Always hot when delivered. Always on time when ordered thru app or over phone. Do great pizza and kebab also.

Ordered food, we were told it would be ready in 30 minutes, sat in the shop for 40 minutes. So order actually took over an hour to get then got it home and it was disgusting. The wrap was hard n meat tasted disgusting. Definitely won’t be going again, spent over £20 on food n most of it has ended up in the bin!!!!

Absolutely furious. Rang the order in at 7:15pm to be told 30 mins. Went into the shop after 30 mins to be told it won’t be long just waiting for the meat. Sat in the shop from 7:40pm until 8:20pm before it was ready. Asked multiple times how long it would be and they kept giving me the same answer of not long just waiting on one thing. Finally got it at 8:20pm and payed just over £20. Got it home where we unwrapped it and it was cold and stale. The wraps were hard with little salad on. The kabab was dry and not pleasant. We have ordered from here many times before but this will be the final time as the service and food was disgusting. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Ordered food and after 3 hours failed to turn up, yet they confirmed that food was delivered, thankfully didn't pay card so nothing lost but my time. Only 2 star as in the past when collecting food it has been good. I understand there may be an influx of orders but surely they shouldn't accept if they have too many, I'd rather my order declined rather than wasting time for nothing.

The take away was disorganised and chaotic, it states 15 minutes for collection waited in shop for an extra 25 minutes, the clock counter had finished and still the food wasn't ready. Staff didn't seem to understand the order system nor did they greet you when you entered, I was in the shop for 5 minutes before they asked me what I ordered again, I told them no one had served me yet, but I had ordered online. Order of food was poor at best with food left in the hot holder for excessive amounts of time. The two female members of staff were rushed off their feet while a young Asian male walked around looking like he was questioning his life choices. Kids potions were smaller than expected given others in the area charge the same price but you receive bigger potions. In the notes I requested salt and vinegar to be on the chips, and then reminded them in store, however this was still forgotten. Food was overall satisfactory.

Am sorry but 13 quid, 1 hour 45 minute wait for 1 order of large fish AND chips for there to be barely any chips..... Won't be ordering here again

Nice fish and chips, normally we share a large bag of chips between us but very small portion for the price over £20 for large fish and chips and a few chips, but what we had were nice. Big tight with chip potions.

The fish and chips were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Avoid.....Cash only no sign to say this. I had no cash so had to go get some. Service assistant hardly spoke English. I had to explain my order (which she got wrong). Fish and chips were vile. Soggy chips. Fish poor quality dripping in grease. Peas like water. Food cold. Would have give a 0 but no option for this.

I wanted kebab, chips and curry sauce from here, but as they were not enforcing mask wearing and 3 people were waiting in the shop without masks, I went next door and ordered a Chinese instead! Stupid business - just follow the rules!

Ordered food for collection, they said they would ring when my food was ready, I waited 2 hours still no phone call, so I phoned the shop, they said my food wasn't cooked yet but wouldn't be long, waited another hour still no phone call, so I rang again to be told my food was still not cooked, I told them to cancel my order, as I waited 3 hours which is long enough to cook small fish nd chips, smoky sausage nd chips and spam fritter nd chips, also one of these meals was for a pensioner, I will not be coming back to the shop.

First time ordering from here put an order in from 7:30pm for a kebab rap got told it would be delivered with in an hour after the hour was up rang back and get told my delivery is out with driver but yet my order turns up at 10 and freezing cold no apology or nothing and still get charged full price will never order from here again

Food is good but they need to sort out their menu and what is on offer or not. I phoned an order in and was told the offer wasn't on anymore then I turned up to get my offer and was told it is now back on. Wth is going on

Spot on, little on the slow side but never hd bad meal.

Chicken parmasan is fantastic made with real chicken breast even the small 1/2 parmo is filling! Great fast service.

You wait ages inside you could be standing there 10 mins no hello or what can i get for you to busy chatting with each other or drivers getting takeaway orders i never go there now because of this use a different chip shop.
