Dougie's Chippy in Stirling

Llévenselo Dougies chippy fue la peor experiencia para llevar que he tenido. no había estado durante aproximadamente un año y escuché que había mejorado. En todo caso fue peor de lo que recuerdo. Tomé un pescado de 2 con 4 buñuelos y le pedí a mi esposa una pizza. El pescado y los buñuelos estaban duros y el olor a pizza desaceitosa se filtraba desde el fondo de la caja. . Desearía haberlo devuelto en lugar de ponerlo en el contenedor. Huelga decir que no volverá.

Excellent local chippy with a good menu. Ordered a pizza which would not have been an obvious choice. Base could brilliant crusty but still fresh and not dry. Loads of cheese and very tasty. The lady who made it did a brilliant job even if she didn't understand why my Lancashire mate wanted gravy allover his meal. #standard. Thanks guys really enjoyed it.

Got a single fish take away which dry and greasy. To be honest mor batter than fish. Took it back and they did try to say it was just fried, mmmm no. Person behind the counter did say it looked a bit dry. I was offered another fish but declined.

Dougie’s is a takeaway chip shop that serves a variety of different foods. The business that used to be in this space was less than stellar, but this place moved in and do a fantastic job. The fish and mince pies are always cooked perfectly. In fact, I’ve been in town a week now and have already eaten here three times.
