They forgot drink and garlic bread and pizza was mushed. We got replacement although much later. There was no sauce on the pizza. Probably will never buy again.

As someone who eats a lot of pizza I was very disappointed with the lack of toppings on it. The base was dry and tasteless. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

They delivered two of the wrong pizzas. One person then had to wait 35 minutes for them to demand the wrong pizzas back in exchange (obviously we didn't eat these and they were cold) and then let us know that these were free .... Of course they were as they got my order wrong. Wouldnt order again

Worth mentioning is that last time I ordered food from double pizza (first time) the delivery was 30 minutes late, so when I decided to try it a second time because the burgers were ok first time, I was happily surprised when the food arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected! First disappointment however was that I had ordered some extra drinks, 2 bottles and a can of REGULAR coke, I was given DIET.. now for someone who doesn't drink coke on a regular basis this might not bother them, I however hate diet coke and I don't believe in it being better in any way... I mentioned it to the delivery guy but he's only the delivery guy, he can't do anything about it.. when I sit down to eat I realise my second disappointment, I ordered burger with no sauce or salad, but extra cheese. I got no cheese... All in all - I won't be ordering from this place again, I’m still hungry and it did not make my evening any better…

Pizza was good, but not as good as a place near me which does real pizza cooked by an Italian. The pizza seemed to get cold very quickly. The onion rings were absolutely awful.. I keep an open mind, but I was a bit miffed.

Ordered a pizza which cost 9pounds 75... received a tiny pizza. Very expensive take away shop. will not buy again from them.

Ordered late on a Friday night, and it turned up about 20 minutes before they said it would! Good quality food - Double Pizza are now back at the top of my pizza list.

Pizzas were fine, delivery time was a joke. Estimated 40 minutes turned into two hours, and the order was marked as delivered an hour before it actually turned up. Calling them wasn't any help. Will give them another chance though, as previous orders haven't had this kind of problem.

One barbecue wing was missing from my order, also it took like 2 hours for delivery

really bad food. chicken was fried twice from how dry it was. the same goes for the hot wings. cant beliver i paid for someone to give me this food.

Pizza tasted of cardboard, overcooked, burnt, just disgusting to be honest. I'll never use them again as its robbery to make someone pay for that

Horrible, when i called them to tell them that they mist part of my order, men who answer phone tell me, if you don't like don't order from here. I always rated this place, even if they every time made wrong order, but after today, PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, !!!!!!

It took almost 2 hours to get my food. They called me it going to be a BIT late which is nice, but i got my food 45 minutes after the EXPANDED delivery time. Food is cold of course.

Absolutely terrible service, and food. I live 2 minutes away, after one hour I called to see where my order was, and was told 5 minutes... another hour passed, I called again....another 10 minutes... which turned into another hour... my food arrived 2.5hrs late, stone cold, and the delivery man shouted so much he woke up the neighbours... horrible food and even worse service.... avoid at all costs!

The food was getting cold by the time I got it, took 1.5hrs. Driver was nice and so was the shop. However this didn't stop it taking so long.

Not only the delivery was half an our late but also I didn´t receive the meal I´ve ordered. My main meal was dropped on the floor right in front of me and I was given the sides only. I was offered a refund of the meal that was now on the floor. If anything I should´ve been offered either a re-delivery (which I asked about but the delivery man insisted me taking the refund) or the full refund of the meal. The food doesn´t taste that great either and it´s luke warm.

A copy of an email sent to Just Eat & Hungry House Dear Sir/Madam DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS! These jokers from Double Pizza have delivered my pizza to the wrong address. I asked for a full discount (a free pizza) as their problem not mine. They refused even although it has been around 1.5 hours. I will not be using Just Eat or Double Pizza again and will be telling all my friends. The manager was also very rude!

Very polite, very fast, always ordered pizza or burgers from these guys and never had a problem! Keep it up guys!

The pizza was meant to be sefood but didnt seem to have any seafood on it and tasted very salty in parts. it had fish in it that didnt taste very nice, quite disappointing and it took an hour to arrive too.

Don´t really understand why this place has such good reviews? Maybe the pizzas are great? orderd chicken fillet burger meal and a spicy wrap meal with dips, Chips we´re soggy! the wrap meal wernt spicy at all! the chicken burger i´d give 6/10 not bad not great! The dips they gave me plain tomatoe sauce instead of chilli?! all in all its average!

They didn´t have one of the items I wanted (no apology) so had to go through the palaver of getting a refund. Then when the meal turned up the can of drink was warm! Won´t be using them again.

I fully recommend the ribs, they are delicious and cooked ot perfection. Give them a try you won´t be disappointed.

I don´t know what is happening but the last three times I have ordered spicey wings at this restaurant the chicken has been so dry and overcooked. It never used to be like that and I don:t think I will risk going back there for spicey wings again. The ribs meal is nice but I am so upset with the wings.
