Absolutely horrible customer service was greeted with a “what do u want” and a 45 minute wait on a 12” peperoni pizza. The dough was perfect however too much sauce was applied sort of turned to a tomato soup pizza lol.

I ordered both a starter and a main portion of chicken wings, but unfortunately, both servings were inedible due to being overcooked and excessively dry. Additionally, there were numerous black veins and significant amounts of blood present. I contacted the establishment and was informed that many portions had been sold without any prior warnings, and that the wings had been delivered fresh that day. However, it is clear that the wings I received were not fresh; they exhibited visible dry, coagulated blood, particularly on the bone, indicating that they had been frozen. I didn't feel comfortable going back after the call as the owner was adamant there was nothing wring with them without seeing them. Also I wasn't feeling comfortable going into a restaurant with the food to a counter that is close to the tables in the restaurant.

La Dolce Vita: From Italian Charm to Full-Blown Circus Once upon a time, La Dolce Vita was one of my go-to spots — excellent food, great service, and a true taste of Italy. Fast forward to today, and I can only assume the original staff were abducted by aliens and replaced with a squad of confused teenagers in a group project gone horribly wrong. Let’s start with the good: the food is still solid. The pizza? Tasty. But unfortunately, it’s served with a side of chaos, forgetfulness, and potential medical emergencies. Our drinks didn’t arrive together — because why should people who came in together enjoy drinks together, right? We had to ask for one beer four times. FOUR. By the time it arrived, I was nearly done with my pizza — which, by then, had become an unintentional food pairing with frustration. And then came the real kicker: a pizza ordered specifically without cheese — due to my sister’s cheese allergy — arrived with cheese. You know, just a little life-threatening touch to spice up dinner. Luckily, she caught it before eating. Because nothing says “authentic Italian experience” like a possible trip to the ER. If she hadn’t noticed? We’re talking an ambulance, a hospital stay, and one very expensive lawsuit. That’s not a dining mishap — that’s straight-up negligence. But wait, there’s more: we also had to beg (again, four times) for basic things like olive oil and oregano — which finally arrived clinging to that same cursed beer like the last survivors of the Titanic. The portion? Barely enough to season a mouse’s lunch. La Dolce Vita used to mean “The Sweet Life.” Now it’s more like “The Stress Test.” Food’s good, sure — if you’re lucky enough to get what you actually ordered, and if it doesn’t try to kill you. Avoid unless you’re feeling particularly adventurous… or are insured for accidental restaurant-induced disasters. Bottom line? Do yourself a favor and order takeaway. The kitchen still knows what it’s doing — the floor staff, not so much. Unless you’re into roulette-style service and accidental allergy attacks, skip the dine-in chaos and enjoy your pizza in peace.
