Four Star in Newry and Mourne

My food did not arrive at all, I have had awful service from 4 star as they just keep making excuses and when I called a third time they asked “has he still not got there yet? I’ll ring him and get back to you” he hasn’t done as of it

Food was exactly as ordered, the taste was amazing and the temperature was perfect. Highly recommend.

order over an hour late, called up to re order and told sorry driver got lost, we are going to remake it and send it. in other words, it was never made.

Food was cold delivery was late the restaurant confirmed that the food was delivered 20 mins before it was which made me think it went somewhere else

My pizza base was spicy instead of tomato which ruined it and for the second time we were given no dips despite asking the driver for them. He said they were in the boxes but they weren’t. That’s twice I’ve paid for items I did not receive.

My order has not arrived received a phone call from the driver at 23:59 to say she was outside she was not she was at a different address 15mins from mine and said that was the address she was given when it was not

gave chips instead of curly fries. very late. no dips were given

Waited 45 minutes for my order when it said it was ready, worker said they didn’t notice the receipt and didn’t even know about it. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Also waited 15 minutes for someone to even talk to me even though it wasn’t busy. Definitely need a better system in place

My cookies got delivered somewjere else and not my house

drivers had difficulty finding address, but when food arrived it was lovely

Food was brilliant and still warm although delivery was nearly an hour late, when delivery times are saying only half an hour. Sorry 4⭐️but not as happy as i usually am with you guys as youse are always early! Also didn’t get any free cookies which I was allegedly getting

Collection experience amazing ... apart from a fact that I had to fo it myself 🤣 to be serious, very polite and friendly person knew exactly which order I was there to pick up . And the pizza , as always mouthwatering👍👍👍 keep up the good work guys

Received wrong side order of fries. Ordered Fajita which was to come with melted cheese. Seasoning and taco sauce. Instead received dry fries with seasoning no cheese / sauce. Disappointing but pizza and wings were nice and as ordered.

I got no dips. Called to ask them to get the driver to return. Still waiting.

I wasn’t happy with me order, I ordered pepperoni ham mushroom and peppers on tomato base?? I got chicken red onion peppers on BBQ base. I do not eat bbq base

Said it was on its way at 7:26pm delivered at 7:29 rung the place at 7:33 said it will be there shortly and again 7:48 same thing it’s currently 8:20pm and no sign of it order was placed almost 2 hours ago

Waiting 40 extra minutes in the food and it never came.

Food was initially delivered to wrong address (another address listed on my account) and woke everyone in the house. It was then delivered to me and it was cold, the combo was all mixed together with garlic and herb dip busted all over the food which I then couldn’t eat. And the chips were undercooked.

Driver drove past house 4 times food was cold and order was not right

the pizza arrived after 3 hours, I ordered thick crust and received thin crust and the pizza was cold, I'm disappointed

Ordered 2 pizzas both orders were wrong. Put green peppers instead on jalapeños on one and asked for no cheese on the other but it came with cheese

Cold food. Was ordered when our friends were here but the wait was so long our friends had to leave. Asked delivery driver could he drop it to their house as they live beside us, they never received it. Very disappointed and don't know where the food went to.

Ordered pizza for my elderly mum to arrive at 9pm when I would be there. Pizza arrived at 7:45 before I arrived. Had to ask delivery man to leave pizza at the door. My very elderly mum then dropped the pizza after getting from front door. Wouldn’t have thought it was that hard to deliver on or even near to time.

Delivery driver asked for payment again. Toppings slid all over the place.

Get pizza here most Sundays as they have a really good deal on. However this time they got the toppings wrong on one. They were very busy however. Very delicious pizza, best around

Good evening, so we have just placed an order of £50 and for one it was £20 minutes late. This is not acceptabl. On top of that we paid for garlic dips, which we did not receive. Please can u get in touch and inform me on what is going to be done on this situation .... compensation???

Order meat central all there was ham on it very disappointing

30 mins late, cold, pizza was in a corner of the box. Garlic bread was like a poppadom.

Good driver came early and on time

I requested a home delivery earlier this evening. In my delivery I requested that my order be left on my front door step. However your driver repeatedly thumped/banged on my front door. He proceeded to call me from a mobile as the banging continued. I answered. The delivery driver was very unpleasant/aggressive. He told me that I had to come to my front door to accept my food delivery. He said I needed to do this to prevent me from saying it wasn't delivered. I explained in my just eat order I had asked that my delivery be placed on my doorstep. This is unacceptable. I

This was our first time ordering from here. The pizza was lovely and yummy but my only complaint was that it was not hot enough. Despite this, I would order from here again.

the shop never gave any update on the food and the wait time kept changing and we were never told when it was actually ready. we went later than the expected wait time and had to wait further in the shop.

Driver got lost and said we are hard to find, on a main road with only one turn off a motorway from the city to us... ate a few slices because I was so hungry but don't think I'd order here again.

In terms of quality and amount of toppings added to your pizzas you get a 1 star rating. Ordered a Cajun chicken and bacon pizza with chilli flakes and got about 4 skimpy strips of chicken among the 12" and there was no bacon, absolutely smothered it in chilli flakes tho so I guess that makes it 100x worse considering chilli flakes are free toppings. You've a lot of work to do before your shop becomes a 3 star rating

rather like a teddy boy suit- cheap and tastless. except they are charging way over the odds for a pizza that tastes like a iceland 99p pizza. same can be said for their chicken portions. i did not dare try the sub. complained last week no one bothered to get back to me. speaks volumes. if you want tasty food ,,, do not come here.

Almost an hour late arrived cold

Very good value for money. Very quick delivery. Food was hot and very tasty. Pizza was nice and chicken dippers were much nicer and cheaper than Domino's. Definitely recommend this place.
