This is a wonderful locally owned hotel and I would absolutely recommend staying here. It is not luxury but you couldn't ask for nicer people and a more comfortable stay. It is right in the center, close to the intercity bus station, and nearby to food and drink. Also, hikes are an easy walk from the front door.

I would love to give this hotel better reviews but as it failed to provide the one thing you want from a hotel, a place to sleep in, I can't give more stars. The only thing that is stopping me from giving one star is the service. Everyone in this hotel was super friendly and very welcoming but unfortunately the noise insulation is so poor in this hotel that we could only sleep when there was no traffic outside the window and when the bar was closed. And since the hotel is very centrally located and on a busy street there is constantly noise outside and hence we barely slept. The hotel in itself was very charming, even if somewhat outdated, but that didn't bother us. But as also the restaurant was closed down the hotel felt a bit tired and sad. The continental breakfast wasn't even really that, I've never seen a continental breakfast that basic, so we ended up eating our breakfast elsewhere. I'd love to see this hotel thrive but unfortunately I cannot see that happening until something has been done to the poor sound insulation that will definitely make more and more guests stay somewhere else.

Was at the cinema today for 2,o'clock show my cousin and I walked in the place packed 2 people behind tills no older than 17 there was a lovely lady in a wheelchair with her young daughter waiting for someone to help her she had been waiting 10mins we had to call someone over who couldn't help her she needed to use the ticket machine but couldn't reach my cousin and I got are tickets from the machine lady still hadn't been helped so we had to help her get tickets am sure the lady was embarrassed cause people were looking instead off helping we then had to move the line diverders so the lady could get past in her wheelchair she was so thankful and she and her beautiful daughter went to watch there film am extremely disappointed that if we had not have helped the lady were she would have been actually am disappointed that there was no one to help her PLEASE DO BETTER FOR THE Dislebed COMMUNITY cause today really opened my eyes to how they are treated not a good lookand I hope the lady and her daughter enjoyed there film

47 Central PromenadeTried toscano for the first time tonight, we were so impressed with the quality of the pizza and prices. It is proper authentic Italian pizza. So thin and fresh we will be back again very soon! Staff also lovely and helpful.

I don't know if they dropped a bag of sugar into the sauces, but I have never tasted anything like it. On rice, it was like a sweetened coconut rice pudding with bit of chicken or lamb. No spices could be tasted over the sweetness, and tbh, the lamb and chicken just provided texture. It was very disappointing. We also ordered a balti, and that tasted much better (no sugar). Lady at the front desk was nice, didn't have to wait long, but the food was honestly awful.
