The cleanest store i have ever visited. Staff always acknowledge you on entry, very polite and efficient service. Seating area always spotless ! Highly recommended

Large Vegetarian hot with pineapple & pepperoni pizza . Very tasty ,Very fresh friendly staff will be ordering again... 2nd time visiting this place tonight and I must say the pizza s wasn't very nice at all I could taste salt on 1 pizza and there was barley any cheese on the pizzas so I will have to change my star rating as it was a big disappointment from last time

Do not order from this store. Ordered food that the driver then delivered to the wrong address (evidenced by the tracker app). Had to call the store 17 times to get through as their line just rings out and says could not be connected. When I eventually did speak to someone, he was rude, unapologetic and lied about the status of my order - originally saying it had been delivered, then changing his story and saying the food would be with me within 2-3 minutes as the driver was on his way. I called back 15 minutes later as still nothing had been received only to be told that the food had been delivered and there was nothing they could do about it - despite both the app indicating he went to the wrong address and absolutely no attempt to deliver to my address - of which I have video from my doorbell camera to prove. Absolutely awful customer service.

Nice and clean ,plenty of staff ,just had to wait as they were bizzy with uber eats . Pizza was hot and tasty 😋

I am deeply annoyed and concerned for the health CHECKS this place has, i ordered a pizza (pepperoni) and another one, the pepperoni pizza I HAD was extremely nice and tasted good (so I thought). As soon as it was 4 AM in the morning my stomach WAS TURNING AND TWISTING all night, I wasent sure why but then I suddenly knew I HAD FOOD POISONING. I threw up multiple times and couldn’t sleep for most of the night because of the AWFUL FOOD CAUSING PAIN IN STOMACH. PLEASE PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE HANDLING FOOD TO CUSTOMERS. This is just disgusting and unhygienic whoever gave me order I would of liked a refund and for you to be more HYGENIC towards customers orders. Do not order from here.

The delivery man was so kind and polite

Went in tonight as they were doing large pizzas for £11.99. This was advertised on in house boards and leaflets through the door. As a Blue Light card holder, and working for the NHS, asked if I was eligible for the discount of 50%, of which they said I was. Showed them my card and ID. Ordered a pizza, then told it was £11.99, I questioned what was the price of the pizza, the guy said £23.99. I pointed out that the board was showing £11.99. He Didn't know what to say. Clearly saying they would discount then defaulting to an old price so you was paying the full price showing. Declined and left. This is undehand techniques, Domino's do not give discounts to Blue light card holders, when they clearly advertise it on the Blue light Web site, they just adjust their pricing and adjust the discount so you pay full price. I will take this up with the Blue light scheme as Domino's do not honour what they offer, and only use Blue Light to drive business and maximise profits. To any Blue Light card holders give Domino's Brownhills a miss. No discount here for you for the work you do.

Something about dominoes supporting apartheid states in middle east with horrible blood on their hand somehow ruin the taste and flavour of dominoes. It doesn't taste the same like it did before events that unfolded on 7th October

Ordered a medium and they delivered a large free of charge. The driver said it was to wish me a Happy New Year! Great service!

On the food to cost ratio I think itsa 1 out of 10 Won't be going back

Our online order was delivered within 20 minutes and was piping hot. The delivery driver Sonu was very friendly despite having to wait a few minutes for us to get the door (we weren't expecting it so quickly!) We would definitely be using this branch for our takeaway pizza in the future

Ordered on app great variety on offer. Between order, update from app and 15 minutes to delivery. Loaded and loaded with pepperoni. Bacon, chicken, minced meat and other bits. Definitely recommend to try and return
