Domino's Pizza - St Andrews in Fife

Pizza was good but no sitting arrangement was there.

Worst pizza ever from domino's St Andrews last night. No cheese. no tomato. Probably 1 tinned pineapple ring and 1 slice of ham at best. Comes with a pot of dip usually for the crusts but had to use it to make pizza edible and chuck the crusts. It was still as dry as a one. Would have been better paying £30 for a slice of toast. Will not order from domino's ever again.

+-33£ for 2 small pizzas I really don't know how they can sell at this prices! (We thought was 3 pizzas 'cause we asked for a pepperoni, a Margherita and a n'duja but we received only a "Margherita pepperoni" and a n'duja) Don't believe we will never go into a Domino's pizzeria again!

Tasted good. Overpriced to the point that I don't know how are they getting away with this. 18,99£ for a large cheese tomato pizza that I could eat alone... forgot to check the actual size in cm before paying and it was supposed to be for four guys. (The menu said large pizzas are for 3-4 people.) The service was great, food was ready in 10 minutes. Sadly, no place to sit inside so we had to eat in a park. Failed the one job it had. 0/10 everyone is hungry.

Dried out, waaaay over cooked, HAIRY pizza!! Ordered 3 pizzas online for delivery, arrived around 25 mins later & we opened the boxes to pizzas which were like cardboard & definite not ‘piping hot’ as they like to advertise! We were hungry & so started eating the pizzas & one of them (as it was dipped into the garlic sauce) showed us that it had a long hair embedded in it 🤮 My initial thought was that it was one of my hairs, but when I couldn’t pull it off the pizza because it was cooked into the cheese, I nearly threw up. On closer inspection there was another hair on the same pizza. Long story short, we called the store, a very unintelligent human answered, told us she would be back in touch re a refund when she got back in touch & proceeds to tell us that she couldn’t provide the store managers name as it was against GDPR regulations 😂 DELIVERY DATE; 03.07.24 at 21.30

I ordered a 2 large pizzas on the 2 for Tuesday deal and they were the driest, unevenly spread, poorly prepared pizzas I have ever had. I shan’t be using Dominoes again.

Went in to order a pizza and was told to do it through the app as it is cheaper. A girl with glasses and what seemed to be blue or pink hair rudely spoke to my boyfriend and then asked me to come back in 5 minutes after i had explained i was told to order online and wait (there was nobody in the shop, no orders on the screen, and i stood in the corner). Think the staff need to undergo a customer service training course or something.

I ( tried ) and did! ... order online with Domino's Delivery ( Just eat. ) . I was charged three times without any order being confirmed. When I called the branch I talked with girl with no help so I asked to talk to, This branch manager..... ( Niclol Michel ) !! I was told No matter if I had been charged three times it would not be resolved by her. She stated that because it was not there own delivery. But the usual one anyone would go through. ( JUST EAT ) ......!!!! It was NOT her or ( DOMINO'S ) problem she told me. No matter how disappointing and unprofessional this was. I would still have to go without food. Domino's would not be a good choice!! For anything but to create lots of problems for you. SEVENTY POUNDS OVERDRAWING in my back account. That I will be charged for. :( If I had to give any advise to readers STAY WELL CLEAR !. ZIGGYS PIZZA. PIZZA EXPRESS. ANY OTHER.

1st class service with late order for 16 pizzas for beach party. The whole team were amazing, communicative throughout and flexible with my request.

Great pizza in good time but very expensive. Worth it as a treat but wouldn't get it regularly. Garlic pizza is delicious too.

I was very disappointed when I went in yesterday. I was asked have I ordered online? Huh..... Not everyone likes to do online or know how or have the app on the phone. It's silly! It doesn't take hours for you to take my order and I don't mind waiting for it. Do something about it? I would have tick no Star ✨ if I could.

You know what, I don’t usually like Dominoes, and I’ve had it in other Scottish towns and foreign countries, but the one in St Andrews was actually pretty decent. Certainly better than some of the tripe the local places serve up. I took a star off for the price, but it was surprisingly decent overall.

A standard boring corporate experience. It's a dominos you know what you're getting you know you can get more for cheaper elsewhere but you can't care to put in the effort, you need pizza. Now! Staff are the standard affair of not wanting to be there like any of these places don't go in expecting a conversation if you're one of them folk or even a smile when you're handed your food. Don't think of standing around inside the store no matter the weather you'll get belittled by staff and forced to stand outside and this has happened multiple times in my visits there.

Absolute banger, more of an absolute joke. One piece of topping per slice. Usually piled high but after a previous complaint this one is ruined. Very surprised, typically wouldn't have one bad thing to say.

Didn't even knock on the door, pizza was stone cold... I asked for it to be left on the steps (as usual) but never had them not even notify me before... Freezing food, defeats the point of a take away when it needs warming back up

Fast service. By the time I had driven up to collect it they had it ready for me.

Sure the pizza was fine but not allowed to stand inside and wait with our baby, wasn't busy, no one else waiting and they had 2 orders on the screen. We had less than 5 minutes to wait. Thanks for being so courteous dominos staff.

Ordered take out. Tasty and buy one get one. Cost-effective, and good for party.

Say they can’t call a non UK number in a university town so I missed my order and now have to wait 15-20 minutes for the same order so assuming will be cold, need to sort that out

Food was good but inside is tiny and had to stand outside in the freezing cold as the food was delayed

St Andrews branch Bloody joke of a place. Ordered for 6.30pm, arrived to be asked come back in 5 minutes, arrived back after several minutes to a very embarrassed young lad asking me to come back in another 5 min as there had been an error with orders. Wanted my money back to go else where but they have a huge hand written sign saying no refunds given contact head office. We were finally given our order just before 7 and after a five minute drive home it was barely look warm. Never had any issues with the Leven branch, who seem to actually know what they're doing. No point complaining to head office as I have previously complained due to racist talk in a previous branch but ignored.

Tracking said it was ready when it wasn't. Was in and out like a yoyo trying to figure out if it was actually ready 🤷‍♂️😂

На безрыбье и доминос - пицца. Может рыбы в сейт эндрюсе хоть отбавляй (буквально напротив неплохая fish&chips) но в плане быстрой доставки пиццы это монополист. В целом не плохо, на уровне российского 2 берега где то. Но знающие люди (а именно преподаватели местного универа) были неоднократно замеченны в пиццерии на Белл-стрит, так что если есть время и деньги поужинайте как нибудь там, для сравнения)

So you order to get threatened that you made fun of an accent? I won’t order again, do not care for delivery drivers that threaten to beat you up. I will be contacting the police over this matter. No fault of the man doing customer service but I fear for my safety.

Quite a small Domino's, they didn't cope with our large order of 8 large pizzas very well so it was quite slow, other than that however, the staff were very friendly and the food was really nice.

The driver / worker in the domino doesn't respect their customers at all. Waiting for long while to get one space outside the domino and the guy with domino's uniform just jumped the queue and parked in. Even by telling him I am waiting for that space the domino employee seems didn't care and just walked away into their shop. Well done for the customer service, maybe they don't care about their customers at all. Car reg R488 HHP.

Consistently great pizza, always try to get you the best deals

Quite overpriced, and just a basic pizza. It is great that they're open late, but otherwise not a great value for money (especially for students). They do however have the occasional good promotion.

Not worth the money at the st andrews branch I wont be back if you want a good dominos pizza head for Glenrothes

At first they got the wrong address I said no problem told them the correct one, the very nice people there made a new pizza for me and added another one because they were late. The management knows what they are doing. The pizza was also very fresh and delicious.

Wide choice of pizzas and sides, clean friendly staff. Asked for a special daily deal and got 2 pizza's for the price of one. Happy with my meal.

Do not deliver to my house though they are less than 10 miles away

food turned up slightly cold, however was overcooked and twisted dough balls was burnt. was my first order from here and will be my last
