Domino's Pizza - Prestwick in South Ayrshire

Speedy delivery! Delicious pizza 😋

I was very disappointed as I had 5 things in my basket when I put my order in but only 4 were sent but with no explanation why

Everything was great but sadly an error was made which could have had major consequences. Ordered 4 pizzas one of which was a plant-based pizza to suit a severe dairy allergy sufferer. On opening his pizza, thankfully he was quick to realise that the bbq sauce that should have been on another pizza, was actually drizzled all over his. We called to check & the sauce contained dairy so he couldn’t eat his pizza. The staff were apologetic and agreed to send us a fresh pizza (after we asked them to) but we still had to wait nearly half an hour so he ate on his own as everyone else was finished. No compensation (they took the incorrect pizza back) & no real acknowledgement of how serious the mistake was which was extremely disappointing. This was not a dairy intolerance case, this was an Epi-pen carrier with a severe allergy.

Not used these for a while but thought would try again. Food was lovely and hot, tasted great one of the best Pizzas we have tasted fast delivery well done.

Consistently I get deliveries where the sauce from one box has leaked into the other, it never used to happen and now its happening everytime. The sauce is Frank's RedHot so as the non-spicy person I really don't want it on my food 😬

Food & service is top tier as always

went in right before close, but genuinely the nicest members of staff i’ve ever met, spoke to all the employees and the manager all of which saying how good dominos is to work for and each one of them hyping up their manager as i mentioned that my current manager at my job isn’t the best 😂 genuinely such a lovely way to end the night with absolutely top notch service and food of course !

I really do enjoy a great pizza from Domino's they do a great job in making fantastic pizza. And I am over the moon that they now deliver to me. Very friendly delivery service young men are always friendly and delivery is fast. Great pizza!!!

They’re pretty good :) Usually get a pizza every month or so from this store and they always get it right. Only got it wrong once and it was incredibly easy to get in touch and let them know. They remade my pizza and gave me a free box of cookies when it was delivered. All in all good experience, everyone makes mistakes.

I have to say outstanding customer service from the young man Angus who delivered. He even closed my front door over for me because it was a big order, very polite and courteous too. Well done young man you have restored my faith in good customer service. Pizza was fastest delivery I ever had. It was roasting hot. Ice cream was still perfect. All the food tasted delicious(I'm not usually a fan of pizza ) we had a large half and half, personal meteor, 2 tubs ice cream, doughballs chicken wings and nuggets with various dips . The meteor was to die for imo. Very tasty. Happy kids and family tonight. Have to mention Angus again as I was very personally impressed by his customer service skills ( I work in an industry where I judge it) well done Angus and the team at Prestwick!

Got home delivery it was cold. The garlic bread had no tomato sauce in it and specifically asked for no mushrooms but it was loaded with them. Base was brick hard prob because it was cold. Phoned up and got a mouthful from someone jn there. Stay clear go to irvine

Should have given 5 stars great quick service, friendly staff and delicious pepperoni pizza. Friends spent even more and all were well fed. Ta

Used this place twice in three days The pizza was like cardboard

Second time now that we are sorely disappointed with what we have ordered. Never used to be! The stuff crust had barely any cheese in it at all, and yet again, the pizzas are wafer thin. God knows what a thin base pizza looks like!! Totally lacking in any flavour at all, and sadly just given it all to the dogs. Same issue as when we last ordered, rediculously thin dough, pizzas end up soggy as a result before even getting a bite. Can honestly say, we shall not be ordering domino's again now after a second time of waiting and disappointment. Never had any issues when delivery used to come from Kilmarnock. The comment below says they'll get in touch with you, but I complained on there too the same day and no one has ever contacted us. Abismal.

Twice now we've ordered double decadence, then phoned to ask to make sure they put plenty of the sauce in as you're paying extra. Nope, plus pizzas were burnt.

Got to be the worst dominos about! Doesn’t even taste like dominos the cheese is over cooked & crusts etc overdone. Every time I go to this dominos there’s an issue but this is absolutely disgusting, nothing like the picture on the website that’s for sure. Would not recommend! Wont be back

I ordered x2 pizzas on the 21 nov from the prestwick branch,after waiting 30mins called branch to be told pizza was out for delivery,another 20mins this charcoaled pizza arrived,i called the branch to speak to the manager to be told,wont come to phone?take a voucher or wait another 40mins? Not amused!

Served by jags. Customer service was different class! Phoned prior to order, so helpful on the phone. Cheers!

A few weeks ago ordered for the first time the experience was not very pleasant, gave them a call back and was promised a free pizza for my next order, just finish eating now and a have to say that it was PERFECT, magnificent. Way to go guys. Congrats!!

Ordered twice from here and both times something has been missing from the order - these things happen, however the staff on both occasions have been really unprofessional and immature when we've contacted the store (may have been the same person both times) and we're still waiting on a bottle of coke that the delivery driver was supposed to come back with in February 😂
