Domino's Pizza - Nuneaton in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Quite possibly the worst Texas BBQ Pizza I have eaten. Extremely thick layers of BBQ sauce which ruined the whole taste of the pizza due to how over-powering it became. The pizza had very little toppings so I was just eating dough and BBQ sauce. Had to throw 3 slices away. Staff were fine but the Pizza was horrible! 🤢

Yesterday had the Italian crust veggie pizza from Domino's Nuneaton, and it was spot on! The crust was super thin and crispy, exactly how I like it. All the veggies were fresh and tasty, and the cheese was melted to perfection. Big shoutout and special thanks to the store manager who personally made this pizza ! Definitely one of the best pizzas I've had in a while—will be Coming again very soon for sure!"

Over an hour to deliver 1.6 miles. Attitude from Nur the lady on the phone (she said to complain online). Delivery driver had attitude saying pizza was hot when only luke warm. Absolutely shocking. NEVER order from here again!

Food was ready on collection, can be tricky to park to pick up.

Rudest person I have ever met is actually taking the orders, short Indian chap with glasses and tattoo on the hand is the person to avoid at all cost. I can’t understand how domino’s hire this type of people where they don’t care about hospitality and people. I always ordered online but today since we entered our first house we decided to pop in the store and celebrate some quality time but never ever again. After a good happy day that guy just ruined our evening. I feel when you spend so much money all you deserve is a good service and good food. I’m not complaining about the pizza though.

Hands down, I had one of the best pizzas ever at this location, man. The pizza chef used some magic or something dude. 10/10 pizza. The interior (especially the walls) does not diassapoint either. I just had to go back and tell the guy he is a master at the pizza. Made my day.

POOR SERVICE!! Never received my order, called the store 3 times to be told 'it will be with you in the next 10 minutes'. In the end, I asked them to call the driver and see exactly where he was to then be told he was stood in front of him and claimed he knocked my door but no one answered. I have 2 cameras, this is a lie. They also had my number so should have called me if this was the case. As the store had now closed, they could no longer make fresh pizzas so I could have a full refund which would leave me with no food or have the cold pizzas but pay full price. Icing on the cake was that the refund will take 4-7 days, so no pizzas and £50 down. I order from Domino's a lot but I will certainly be using Pizza Hut going forward.

Actually the food was good when English people running the shop like store managers shift managers are all English I tried so many times it was delicious. Now recently I see mostly Indians in this shop and I ordered two days back it's disgusting lot of bubbles Pizza was not in shape. I asked for well done I did nit receive like that bad service I would have given 0 if I could.

Doesn't give free dips. This new franchise isn't as good as the last one who sadly sold up. Booooo 👎

Pretty poor experience today. Ordered 4 pizzas and 5 sides. The food took over an hour to arrive which was 20 minutes after the app alerted me that the food was ready and out for delivery. When the order arrived, 3 of the sides were missing. In fairness after contacting them they sent out the missing items within 20 minutes. The food was not up to the usual standard though and looked as though the pizzas had been thrown together at speed. The pizzas were also very dry. Possibly from sitting on top of the oven for so long

Used to be great....Gone down hill, ordered for collection. Collected on time pizza was warm garlic bread cold, chicken combo cold and wedges cold .

Ordered a pizza through the app, but what a disaster!!! Watched the whole process on the tracking app, I live one and half miles from the store, from leaving the store to arriving at our house on a Sunday evening took nearly 25 minutes!!!! normally it’s 7-8 minutes, Pizza was Cold, would give zero stars if I could, not the first time either experiencing problems with this store

Phoned to order Piza and was told they can't take my order over the phone because of the area I live. I then made order online for a vegan pizza. Just fancied a vegan one as am not vegan. I phoned them asking if they could put normal cheese on my pizza, but was told that could not happen because its an allegyn, I explained that is how I wanted it and as a customer had the right to choose what cheese how I wanted my pizza and if they needed me to add extra money would pay incase normal cheese was more expensive. They request was denied and the manager refused to give me her name which I found very strange and unprofessional. The lady manager said I was wasting her time and gave me 2 choices either take the pizza as it is or get refund and ofcourse I had to go with refund. So Domino's does not allow people to order half vegan or choose however they want their pizzas. Surprisingly we have been buying pizza in the same store for a long time and have never had an issue when we requested normal cheese on vegan before but according to the lady manager on duty tonight 24.02.2023 we are not allowed to choose but just take it as given like we are getting it for free. Very disappointed in Domino's. However, looking on the brighter side, now I have to eat salad, guess its a blessing in duguise. Very poor customer service. Disappointed ex-customer Unfortunately I had to put one star as this site would not allow me to post until I press on the stars, I don't believe their service tonight deserves even a half star, if it was possible would give them minus 5 stars

Used dominos nuneaton town for the food on my pre-wedding party. I called up a few days before, everything went smoothly. Great service, delivered on time and everybody loved the food. Fantastic.

Dominoes never dissappionts great food fast service

Bought two 7 inch pizzas and a 7 inch garlic bread. Pizzas @ £2.99 and was charged £15.97. When queried the server said one of the pizzas was dearer than the other?

Food was tasty, hot and fairly quick - cooked to order and done in front of me. Place looked clean enough - nothing WRONG - but there was no real atmosphere to speak of - and staff while polite - did not engage in conversation - to the point - I felt - 'ignored'. Feels a little like I'm nit picking - but gotta say it how I see it!!!!

Shocking service in the past month. Have cancelled my last 3 orders due to lack of delivery staff. My issue is that everytime this happens I'm calling over a week later to ask why my refund hasn't been processed. Its just happened again now. Money taken out my account, can't fulfill it and now wait 3 to 5 days for refund. Absolutely disgusting service. The Last occasions this has happened. Avoid at all cost. S

First time I ordered here and it was awesome pizza.

Awful food, pizza cold and burnt. Chicken wings stone cold. Contacted manager who offered replacement. If I could post a photo of this replacement I would as it too was burnt and had half the he crust missing. My advice would be to avoid. Ordered for a kids birthday party and the children left without food. Shocking service, will use Perfect Pizza if we ever order a pizza in the future.

Terrible experience. We finished work late so ordered a pizza to ‘save time’, but no time was saved because the the pizza and potato wedges were cold so needed heating up in oven (may as well as have cooked them), the coleslaw was missing, they couldn’t deliver in 10 mins (while waiting for everything else to warm up) and couldn’t refund the coleslaw unless they collected the whole order. So bottom line we over paid because they under delivered. I would never use this company again if I was starving.

Great watching the pizza being made. Though they would benefit from focusing on walk In customers instead of answering phone making people wait. Two people walked out behind me because they were not serving walk in customers and focusing on phone service instead. Maybe one person foces on telephone customers and one on walk in customers. If your going to focus on telephone ordering and delivery then close your stores to walk in customers. Pizza Hut will help you out.

They are fast and environmentally hygienic

Whenever I order a collection when I turn up the manager always remembers my name and that I prefer certain dips and swaps out the ones I do not like. Only little things but its what makes great customer service.

Just had a pizza delivered from here, only 30 minutes at peak time on a Saturday. Pizza was hot and cooked to perfection. Never had a problem with any order from here. Thanks to everyone at Dominos Nuneaton for providing me with great lockdown pizza.

The man I spoke to on the phone called 'Rich' was very rude to me when I was asking if I could just order some food that I would usually collect but he said no one can collect which I understand that with what is going on. He said I have to spend the minimum delivery fee to get anything as there only delivering now. But I didn't find that fair because I would usually just order something which is under the delivery price and go and collect it. So I would of thought they could of sorted something out or say I could go there and collect it contactlessly as that is what they're doing anyway when they deliver it to you. So he then said to me "life isn't fair love". And said "Well your not going to get them then if your not going to pay that, have a good life Bye!" And hung up on me! There was no need to be like that on the phone to a customer when I was just stating a fact that usually I'd be able to pay that price and have them but now I need to pay triple the price for what I want.

One hour to deliver, phoned to be told they are busy , once delivery received wrong ice-cream and pizza cold.

It's dominos. The food is always good or they fix it instantly. It's the Rolls Royce of pizza and we will be back. Oh and this Abbey Street one in Nuneaton has a sit/eat in area too!

This dominos is the best dominos ive had in nuneaton and coventry. The customer service is always great. The nachos are always lovely and are a family favourite.

Lovely stuffed crust pizza, I always have the tandoori chicken double cheese red onion stuffed crust pizza Or I have the stuffed crust pizza with double cheese, chicken and onion. Must say its gets prepared and delivered in a reasonable time. I love especially Tuesday you buy one pizza and get another free on the 2 for Tuesday's I totally recommend this place.
