Domino's Pizza - London - Putney in Wandsworth

Horrible dominos never ordering again. They don’t listen apparently they know it was our fault even if you tell them you ordered the correct order

Excellent pizza, delivered very fast and hot. Always great service from Putney.

I used to be a regular customer, but unfortunately, Domino’s in Putney has gone completely downhill. The pizzas were once fantastic, and deliveries were always quick, but now the quality has dropped significantly. There are fewer toppings, and the pizzas are either overcooked or undercooked. It feels like something has changed, maybe new management? Either way, we won’t be ordering from here again.

Pizza took an entire hour to deliver to my address, which is half a mile away! Arrived cold and disgusting and delivery guy was awful. Terrible experience yet again. Will avoid from now on.

So I ordered a Korean chicken wrap and got some rolled up chilli tomato and cheese pizza! Service was next to non-existent, people who just wanted to knock off shift or a family run business with no idea about hospitality. Still filled a hungry gap in my stomach, hence 3 stars for the food.

As a common theme I now realise with other commenters, this store has a problem with staff, both on the phones and delivery. I ordered online and the pizza arrived late and cold. I called up and they said they will give me a free pizza next time (as if they’d somehow recognise my address, wasn’t falling for it). Blamed traffic (I live a 10 minute walk from the store and these guys drive bikes). Asked to be sent a new pizza now and they said they’d sent it in a while as they were busy right now (so back of the queue for their mistake?). Bad customer service and poor delivery.

This is word for word what I’ve sent dominoes as Feedback. “I placed the order at just gone 19:30, my order didn’t arrive until 21:15! Unbelievably bad service. Prior to delivery I had tried to call the store (no answer 3 times). I then asked your driver to call the store, also no answer. The pizza turned up not only late, but like warm at best, in a battered pizza box, with random pizza topping residue left inside the box as if it had been used before…”

I have to say I was so impressed with the staff’s customer service. Hammad was very friendly and he reassured everything. Great service

I love going to dominos for my lunch I have no complaints every time I go the food tastes and looks amazing and the staff are all lovely especially Hassan he is always so happy and helpful! Would highly recommend :)

Absolute disgrace. 22nd June 2024, ordered pizzas through Just East and after 30 min got to know they are unable to deliver. Ruined my son's bdday party. Worst was, guys at store whom I called to check, were total cluless and cold. They had no resolution to offer.

We had a great pizza experience with Domino’s and like India. majorly staff is also from India, so you can speak in India as well. You can talk with them and can enjoy very good pizza with.

NEVER order from here! They quote 15-30 mins on delivery apps all the time and it always without fail ends up taking them over an hour to deliver!

Ordered a pizza on 7th March from this store (order number: 566983291) which took an hour to arrive and was freezing cold. Complained and was promised a free pizza next time. I’m embarrassed to say we order fortnightly. When we called up for our free pizza they accused me of lying and claimed we had no order history and had never ordered from them before. Avoid the terrible customer service here.

Went to collect food that was said to be ready on the app. Get ignored by the staff who are just having conversations with eachother and stsnding on wheeled trays joking around. After a while of waiting I get told it would be 5 more minutes. After those 5 minutes when I ask again they then realised they missed part of the order. Then got told they would do it now and it would be 5 more minutes. After asking again after that time how long it would be. Its coming a couple more minutes. Eventually got the food after waiting almost 30 minutes inside the shop, after being told it was already ready on the app. Awful service really.

Quick service, friendly staff and definitely good pizzas.

Terrible customer service. They forgot part of my order so the driver said he’d go back and get it. Over an hour later it hadn’t arrived so I phoned them to ask what was happening. It eventually turned up another 30 minutes after that, but it was the wrong item and there was no apology or even explanation. Wouldn’t order again, not worth the hassle or price

The staff was fighting and the guy making pizza base didn’t even wear gloves and he has a very hairy arms where he was rolling pizza and touching his pants

Ordered for delivery over an hour later informed food delivered it hadn't had to go down there and low and behold cold congealed slop still there totally unedible worst domino's I've ever used for yourself a favour avoid it nasty food and nasty staff

Joke of a store, do not use. Avoid. Ordered tasty trio upgrade but there were items missing from the order. I questioned the delivery driver who said he didn't have the items. I rang the shop immediately who said they'd check with the driver when got back and ring me back to redeliver if necessary. Didn't hear back but I'll be chasing them up now. Food quality was poor, looked burnt and it arrived cold. Worst Dominos we've had.

Refused to take in store order. Said I had to order online. So I couldn’t get the walk up deal. Ended up going to a competitor who wanted my order.

I called them to enquire whether they do the delivery to roehampton and the person working over there just denied it saying we are busy and don't call for 2 hours without giving me the complete information. Didn't expect such worse response from DOMINO'S

Food came cold and missing my drinks and dip when I told them I didn’t order 2 ice cold pizzas and missing drinks and dips I paid £36 when I phoned up the manager ail wasn’t helpful and told me I would have to wait 8-10 days for a refund which is not acceptable and I will never order from them again avoid and save your money

It's Domino's... but they make good pizza now?! These guys are just down the street for us, and with the regular deals, they are a great quick source of American-style pizza, including some flavors that are very much not American! Highly recommend the Spicy Hot with peri peri chicken, jalapeños and more. So good if you like your pizza a little spicy! There's no dining in here, but the little waiting area is bright and well maintained; I love being able to see my order and its status up on the display. Staff super friendly, makes walking in to pick up myself all the nicer.

Last week I ordered and the food took an hour and a half to arrive. This week I ordered and something was missing - the driver said he would get it and come back. 2 hours later I phoned and someone said the delivery person was on their way and would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I called again and the same story. Not once did they apologise and I felt like they were lying to get me off the phone. Not impressed

After ordering a delivery through JustEat I was informed by the app that the food was on its way. After waiting 40 minutes I spoke to the branch (after waiting 10 minutes and calling 3 times). I was informed by the manager that the order had "cancelled" despite not updating me via the app on this development and they could not deliver the food, having made me wait pointlessly for an hour. Efforts were made to shunt the blame on to JustEat however the order must have been cancelled in branch as the app did not update me on this. I will not be using this takeaway branch again and would caution anyone else against it.

This place is a disgrace. My partner ordered through just eat and it was recieved and confirmed by the putney branch. She got the it's on its way message but it never turned up. When she rang the branch she was told they didn't have the order and they were not in her delivery area... bearing in mind they are 0.9 miles away. The guy who answered the call was extremely rude and couldn't care less about customer service. A disgrace to the domino name. Hope the top people of dominos sees this.

Worst dominos shop ever. Will delay your order and not answer the phone. It’s been 1hour 30 minutes since I placed the order and still have yet to hear anything. Makes no sense

It was a football day, so the pizza is usually nicer. Maybe it was rushed, usually tastes better juicer thicker not sure but normally we love the pizza from here

2 stars but only because the pizzas were hot and the delivery guy was polite I had to cut the slices myself, it took an hour and a half to turn up and I was trying to ring the store for a good 20 minutes with no answer. What is the point of having a telephone number if it's not going to be answered? I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not a good experience.

I'm not actuly bothered that delivery took 3 hours but when I call just for an update and they don't answer its a joke

Don’t even know why they add the phone and say to call them if there are any issues with delivery because they never pick up the phone. One hour waiting for delivery….

What can I say, unfortunately the person taking the order was unable to speak or communicate in English, therefore the order was a mess. On collection the manager said the guy "doesn't speak English very well that's why my order was incorrect" the order wasn't corrected nor did the manager suggest that he would correct the order. I didn't have the time to wait and wasn't in the mood to argue over a couple of pizzas. Lesson learnt.

Great service great pizza as always! The Putney dominoes are always on time and always go the extra mile! Looking forward to coming back for more

Guys seriously.... Took an order almost 2 hours ago and I'm 10 minutes away by feet... Nosense at all about this bad service, and pizza was also almost cold. Seriously?

Very disappointed with the service, I made an order an hour an a half ago and I am still waiting for it .when you made an order is because you are hungry and having to wait more than an hour is unacceptable.

Ordered pizza last Thursday. It took them one hour to deliver and the pizza was cold. There must be something seriously wrong with the management of Domino's Putney.

Food poisoning went there last night great team got pizza in 10 min but I also got the worst food poisoning ever and it ruined my entire day.

Never order on a Friday hight. My pizza's arrived stone cold after one hour. Sent them back and received more pizza that required heating in the oven 45 mins later.

Most the time it's fast and tasty yday my pizza looked tiny for a large but tbh I had 50 percent off my misses got a large pizza that was bigger than mine so I fi ished it off

Pubblicizzano l’offerta del martedì dove puoi prendere 2 pizze pagandone 1. Ho pagato una margherita media £6.99 fino a domenica scorsa e oggi volevano che pagassi £13.98! E dove sta l’offerta!? Ho chiesto e la ragazza al banco ha farfugliato che è un’offerta che non fanno più. Bugia.

Service and pizzas not great! There's better around!

The first time round I bought there we were trying Dominos as an alternative to Pizza Express and the service offered by this lady called Sanam was great to say the least. Then the third (and now the last time) we went there this guy "in charge" by the name of Anwar couldn't be more rude or less helpful if he tried! He blatantly refused to deliver our order as I hadn't taken the car and bought lots more than I first anticipated. He even stopped the driver from delivering our food when he offered!

Completely wrong order, cold food

STAFF PROVIDE GOOD FOOD BUT NOT GAVE PROPER SERVICE LIKE TISSUE PAPER, EXTRA MAYONNAISE AND SOME SMALL NEEDED THING SO MAY BE IT SHOULD BE IMPROVE BY DOMINO'S MANAGEMENT TEAM .

My pizza was late, I called them two times to confirm that the pizza is on my way, they double checked my phone number and address and both times confirmed its on the way already. after calling the third time (2h after my order) they tell me I don't have an order on their system. The money went off my card, and all the help I get is "not our problem, it will probably be refunded" and I have to order online again

I work for the NHS and have experienced rude customer service at this store, whenever we call and mention we are NHS staff members we are treated like rubbish. The staff do not speak kindly to customers but instead behave like you presence is unwanted when you arrive at the store. The discount is supposed to be 50% at dominos stores but this store will tell you its 30%. I refuse to spend my money here any longer.

I’ve recently ordered a pizza form the dominos in Putney, and haven’t received my pizza, I’ve spent £30 with your company and not received any goods. This is disgusting, what sort of service is this. I’ve called the store, no answer, last night and this morning. I want my money back or at least, my pizza that I have paid for. I know these are strange time’s, but don’t say you can deliver to people and not, just steal their money!

They cross contaminate with meat and veg, so not really suitable for vegetarians. Disappointed. Think its an issue with all dominoes and not just with this.

Ordered collection and had to wait 10 minutes while someone ordered there food, waste of money and time, thanks for the cold pizza and wedges.

I never write reviews but as a coeliac, pizza places are scary places! The gent who served me, Marius, went above and beyond and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his approach, all I can say is thank you! I’ll be back!

The italian Pizza is no really italian and they put meat on my pizza, even of i ordered a vegetarian. that is an absolut no go. we tried to call them, but no one is picking up. unbelievable. lost 11 pound

Im giving 5 stars not to Dominos, but to the team working there. I have this place just across the street and I have ordered online most of the times because I get lazy sometimes! Anyway I have ordered probably about 20 Pizzas or more since last year and they are absolutely fantastic!The pizzas come well prepared, on time, and warm. I have to say it helps im my favor to have them so close. But once i went there and requested extra sauce for the pizza left overs I had and the guy there was amazing. I have friends who ordered through differenr branches and only have bad things to say. I only have good things to say from this branch!Good Job!!

Big fan of Dominos but this store is just the worst. The staff are horrendously rude. They will happily ignore customers in store and then proceed to talk about them behind the counter if they think they can't understand. The pizzas are very rarely cooked well either and when ordering for delivery have had nothing but problems with the drivers. They repeatedly seem to have gotten lost on their way, with the pizza arriving 20 minutes after it should have on one occasion. They really do struggle with delivery times. Will never use this chain again. Will go to Pizza hut or buy from other dominos chains when the opportunity presents itself.

Went here on a very busy day, staff were amazing under pressure. Excellent customer service in the face of what must have been a very tough day (national promotion for free pizza). Very impressed.

Great service, quick pick-up, they kept me informed at all times via the website link. Very happy with my experience.

Owner was very rude and refused me military discount, and then followed that up with not taking the card I wanted to used.

Manager Mitchell she don't care about staff and costumers.

So waited like 1.5h and once arrived pizza & side were cold. Called them to arrange a redelivery but I was put on hold twice until they closed so no-one ever picked up. Shame!

Ordered a pizza for collection (you can often get a large discount for collecting as opposed to ordering!) and it was ready by the time I got there- so it took them around 10-15 minutes to make which is pretty fast. It was really tasty, don't have any complaints at all.

Believe me, I have been a Dominos fan for many many years, and it has always been my favourite delivery pizza. However, the terrible customer service of this Putney branch has completely put me off from ordering from them ever again. They constantly forget which sauce I requested, they ignore the comments/requests on my online order, and upon making a complaint which in my eyes was reasonable, the driver tells me that 'Dominos Putney will not deliver to you anymore.' Well, I won't be making any orders in future lol, and I hope others follow.

The staff are rude and I've even had one tell me to F off because I complained about the driver was told when I spoke to someone else manager would contact me, still waiting but this dominoes piZza is the worst of its kind

To be honest - I am shocked and appalled at the poor customer service. Ordered via onlone at 19:44pm , i physically called to checked my order at 20:30 - Hamed said will be with me soon, called again at found there no enough items.
