Horrible delivery service. Everytime I order for delivery the person bringing it doesn't want to come inside the building upstairs(although we have a lift). Calls us to go downstairs to him although we pay a fee for delivery.

Ordered 2 pizzas and got a burned cheese and tomato pizza which was spicy. Who adds spice in cheese and tomato.

The outlet was clean and hygienic. The pizzas were freshly made and hence were super yummy 😋. The attending staff greeted with a warm welcome and was very prompting his service. Overall, a very good experience. Would definitely visit this outlet again.

The driver says that the pizza is delivered and when i went down to see it literally took 10 minutes to arrive. Then i did try to contact the store, the store manager name GUL was making excuses that our tracker has broken down and was telling me that i will give you free pizza next when you order with us The pizza which I received is all over baked and is all burnt from the edges

Hi there I am huge fan of pizzas even I am currently working in hospitality we know how treat our guests even they 60p also we treat them as nice family members but today we order night deal wroth of 35£ on delivery from this store but employee who is working there we had 2 pizzas in it we requested one dip extra it's on delivery we can't pay it his reply as if u cant pay we are not able to give dip eventually he saying to come 3miles to pay 50p this is the way to speak with that u can see videos of nachos and cookies we got they said they will send again we waiter for 30mins but nachos still not delivered wow and I spoke to manager he said khasim is the guy who made pizza

Amazing pizza service. I also called store for changes in pizza, staff was very friendly and accepted my changes even after I called very late. The driver delivered very fast. I must recommend this store for food. Order for take away or delivery as they don't have done in.😊😊😊

I used to love Dominos back in the day. Unfortunately this place is disgusting. Please do yourself a favour and order something else. All you get from here is poorly cooked pizza, disgusting food practices, rude and dirty staff, long waiting times, overpriced and the wrong order. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Dirty scumbags! 1- after cleaning with some dirty cloth doesn't wash hands just jump straight away makes pizza 😪 2- why people with the long hair specially on chin can work in kitchen with out covers 🤮 3- why the trying over charge people for them order 🙆 I would never come back to this place or recommend to anyone think twice before you get anything from them

Awful customer service, I rang to ask if their chicken is halal and I was greeted with “no we don’t sell hello chicken we sell bye bye chicken” and hung up on me immediately. I then tried to call back to then somebody answering but not speaking. How dare you, this is offensive to myself who is Muslim and can only eat halal, I would like to take this matter further. If I could choose 0 stars you’d certainly be getting 0 from me.

Horrendous customer service, pizza arrive 90 minutes after schedule. 1/3 of the order was missing. Driver said he'd go check in his bike and never came back (we ordered directly through them). Food was cold and boxes all wet from rain. Called the site to complain and they offered to refund for the missing item but when we tried to explain the food was cold and had been compromised by rain they just hung up. Avoid under every circumstance. Better go with Papa John's instead.

The food was so good we couldn't stop talking about it. We were only planning on staying for an hour after work but ended up staying for 3 hours and ordering multiple more pizzas.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Domino's Pizza and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and professional and the delivery was quick and efficient. Never again after they sent two burnt pizzas. Customer service said contact the store. Pizza Hut have never done me dirty, even cheaper pizza places. Domi NO and never again.

Took them 30 minutes to deliver my pizza! Plus an extra 15 to make it! Called them at 10 minutes though delivery time and they said the driver left 5 minutes ago bit still took an extra 20/25 mins to deliver it! Normally they ain’t this bad but i only ordered 1 large pizza, surely that doesn’t take 45 minutes total from ordering! And they didn’t offer any extras or apologies…

Ordered vege options all round and they sent bbq chicken wings instead of wedges. Called them and they had no manager to be able to process a refund. After a week of chasing them to refund us the money for sending us the wrong item, excuse after excuse about having to call a different time just gave up. Don't waste your time or money here. Plenty of places available where they don't rip you off and mess you about.

Don't order your pizza from this store, they made pizza without wearing a gloves but when I said to the guy name is rehman who was making my pizza to wear a gloves he starte making arguments with me and when I asked his name he start to abuse me.worse experience from dominos never expected this behaviour from dominos.totally disappointed. pizza he made I had one slice then I throw it. Terrible cold burnt pizza, caused food poisoning, extremely rude manager. I live next door and this company caused rats and cockroaches to infest my home, with crates used to deliver food, illegally dumped against my wall in the street! They bang at all hours of the night. I complained to Dominoes directly and they did absolutely nothing. Please beware this place is not clean, there a regular rodent infestations! The same crates they deliver food with is dumped in the street, very unhygienic! The pictures says it all!

The food always tastes great, there are no strange tastes on them (which is common when ovens aren't kept clean) and the food has always been very fast. Hands on heart I could say confidently that the Docklands store has produced some of the best tasting Domino's pizzas, hands down. I am not sure if it's because they have a high pizza turnover due to how densely populated it is here (meaning food is made/comes out quicker, hotter and fresher), but either way they have always been amazing

I Have ordered veg volicano pizza on Tuesday basically we are vegetarian received a veggie pizza with meat pieces in the middle of pizza . This is not first time same thing happened previously as well . Spoke to one of there staff he was way too rude to my partner hope they learn some customer service . Worst experience ever

Usually pizza is very good from this place but tonight it was terrible. The toppings were falling off the dough and it seemed liked it wasn't really cooked properly.

My order came only containing half the stuff, the driver said he will bring back the rest but he never did. We called the branch who put us on hold and then put the phone down. Then they refused to answer our calls. I dont even know how this branch is part of a chain like Domino's, they are the most unprofessional bunch ever. Because of them we stopped ordering Domino's in our area.

Despite the site and Google saying that it closes at 1:30 a.m. when arrived there a minute past 11:00 p.m. I was informed that they were closed

Terrible was offered no compensation even though they took over an extra 15 mins past my time slot. It took them 40 mins to get from there to my house even though it is a 5 minute drive. So as you could expect my pizza was cold, by far the worst domino's stick to papa johns

Got a takeaway for ramadan. Pizza was crispy actually no point lying it was burnt. Wont be going back again. First time I tried wont be going back. Cqnr really help you guys if this is how there food is daily but from my first experience this will be my last what a waste of of my iftaar. took 2 hours to deliver so we cancelled the delivery on the 16/2/20 we ordered at 18:20 and had to cancel at 20:10 over the phone they didnt even try to resolve the issue or even any good will gesture

Was a regular customer for years. When you sent a burnt pizza you did not fix it. I was told to contact the franchise directly. No response when I complained, just oh we are sorry. I will never use it again and haven't ordered since. Pizza Hut at least offer some sort of guarantee. I will never order Dominoes again, as the customer service and company is terrible. You can't rob me and then just say we are sorry. You did not offer a voucher or any refund whatsoever, now you lose a long-term customer. If you see your records you can see how many times I ordered. Shame on the franchisee and company overall.
