Both mine and my girlfriend’s pizza came with no garlic and herb? I accidentally ordered mine classic crust and called to request to change but they wouldn’t allow it, even though I used to work at Dominos and you could easily make one again and put the wrong one on the top shelf for the workers to maybe have at the end of the night. The classic crust pizza falls apart when I waft it in the air and the toppings fall off like a glacier melting in Alaska. Girlfriends pizza was spot on tbf just wish garlic and herb could’ve been added and to change pizza before it’s even left the shop, not like you’re losing out on money when you scam people everyday 😂

Collection order, as always ready on time. Really tasty and generous toppings. Was ready to pick up in few minutes. Highly recommended!

At Domino's, I had an excellent time! With a beautiful crust and an abundance of toppings, the pizza was fantastic (cheesburger pizza) . My order was correctly placed and the service was nice and quick. Clean and welcoming, the store was. There's no doubt that I'll return and tell everyone about amazing place!

not being funny but whoever made the pizzas at around 10:30 tonight needs to be re educated on how to make a pizza this is has happened more than once from this same place. not sure if it’s the same employee but they need to have a word because it’s 50/50 whether i get a solid pizza, or a sloppy mess shoved in a box, what a waste of money

No one knew how to work the till for ten minutes of being in the shop . When someone finally came they didn’t take cash

Waited inside for about 20 mins. Was only acknowledged by 1 guy after about 15 mins. Workers kept complaining about no orders going through. Will not be going back

We order sometimes 3 times a week. 2 collect and yesterday a delivery. The food was great. Sadly every single box was opened. And they don't normally come like that. I really don't want to think what happened. It's a shame. But I will contact head office next week about this. And it's really sad because when u collect its perfect

I've eaten from here a fair amount of times over the past 18 months, with no problems. Unfortunately, the last time I made a late order to collect, upon eating the pizza I found a hair underneath the cheese which I had to pull out, quite obviously my whole order went straight into the bin and we went hungry for the night instead. I spoke a manager on the 3rd of Jan, who had a terrible attitude. Agreed to carry out a refund after being told about the hair, and the fact I'd binned the whole lot. When the refund hit the bank, they had only refunded the one item, being the pizza I found the hair in. I made another phone call today, being the 10 of Jan and spoke to a different managed who refunded me the additional items I had to throw away. Who ever I spoke to today, the 10th of Jan thank you. And whoever I spoke to originally, I think you need to re-evaluate your managerial skills, and be a little less on the defence when given a situation like so, I understand these things are going to happen and that they can only be avoided to a certain degree. I've attached an image of the said hair, and if I had of received a full refund from the off then I couldn't have taken it on chin and left it at that, but for future customers please be cautious and aware that there might well be a loose hair on your food.

Ordered 16 pizzas to be delivered at a certain time. Went into the shop and spoke to the manager, who sorted my order out. Food was delivered on time, piping hot. Pizzas were delicious. Thank you great sankey dominos for your attention to detail. Perfect night

Picked pizza up , great price if your picking it up yourself.

Pizza is consistent with other dominos but the store just can’t function if it’s busy. Apparently the system crashes if it’s busy.

Right next to a main road and the shop is well lit so you won't miss it in the evening. There are about 3-5 parking slot in front of the shop for a quick take away. Food is standard Domino's, like it or hate it.

The service was good, the food was well made and enjoyed but the price is just way too expensive for what you get. Anything outside of the offers is just ridiculous. Cost me the best part of £20 for a pizza and a portion of cookies.

****Avoid at all costs**** They are over charging people on the bank transactions and then getting the customer to prove they have actually ordered what they really ordered. Nearly been fights in there and is allo over Facebook. You have been warned folks...

Great service, ordered via their app which kept me updated & informed me when our pizzas could be collected which was the exact time agreed on the app. This is a small branch with limited parking at the front but there's more parking at the rear tho. Friendly staff, good service.

I've put off writing a scathing review for a while, but after this experience over a year ago I have boycotted Dominos ever since. I placed an order for collection as I was dropping someone off in Stockton Heath, so thought it would be handy to pick it up on the way back. So I head to the Dominos in Sankey, walk in the store having received the notification that my order was ready and waited at the counter. After some frantic running around a member of staff informed me they had accidentally given my order to the previous customer. However......then continued to reassure me by informing me that they were trying to contact the customer TO BRING MY PIZZA BACK. I queried immediately what about if the pizza was cold? To which I was met with 'Then we will make you a new one' This is UNACCEPTABLE. Who knows what that Customer could have done to my meal? Surely that's blatantly obvious?! Once again I was told they were still trying to get a hold of her. I told them I didnt have time to wait so requested a refund. They took my details and told me it would take about a week to receive my money back. I emailed Dominos hoping they would offer me some sort of incentive to ever eat their product again, only to be met with a response that my refund had been processed THREE WEEKS LATER. So do yourself a favour, do not go here. I would happily make people a pizza if it meant they didnt have to spend their hard earned money on a farcical establishment like this. Where neither the staff or management seem to care or have a clue what they are doing. And no branch of Dominos Pizza will ever receive a penny of my money ever again.

Well if I could put zero stars I would of done! Ordered our food to be delivered. After our food arrived and we had already started eating, we realised one of our pizzas wasn't stuffed crust after specifically asking for stuffed crust in both pizzas and paying the extra for it. My sister in law is diabetic so she had to start eating it. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for our replacement pizza to arrive that was correct. The driver that then redelivered our pizza was very rude. Clearly didn't care that my sister in law is diabetic and came down the street blurring music out the car when there are people asleep in the house. We opened the fresh pizza to find there was numerous hairs embedded in the cheese. we are seriously upset about this. It's seriously made us think again about ordering from you again.

Order and have been let down in 6/7 times.with items missing poor service. Spoke to manager who stated would oversee the order after placed it on the app and even then it came wrong. Rang to discuss and stated hadn't spoken to me, told him it was less than half hour ago and told him his name to which he got ratty and sent a replacement.

Collected pizza this morning food was nice, guy serving was ignorant ignored me twice and had dodgy haircut.

Dont waste your time ordering from here you place an order and it will be delivered wrong, customer service terrible, expects me to eat my desert before my pizza 🍕. An puts phone down on you because you have a complaint. Unbelievable

I ordered my pizza at 6:30 pm tonight (11/02/19) to be delivered at 8pm. The pizza didn’t turn up until 8:30pm after I rang to see where it was. Secondly, my order included a bottle of pop as part of the meal deal but I did not receive this. Not happy and will not be ordering from dominos again.

Very poor service. Ordered food, and 3 hours later food still not arrived. Phoned up to see where our order was, and they said to drive down to collect. Not only did they make us drive down to get our food after waiting 3 hours, but when we picked the food up it wasn't what we ordered. This is not a good place to order Dominos. I would rate lower if I could.

This firm can't even organise a mushroom topping on a Wednesday at 6pm. A massive organisation like Dominos doesn't have toppings available at a peak time. This is despite taking our order, AND PAYMENT, online. No refund apparently available. I was a fool for thinking there would be. It's Dominos after all.

Worst pizza I've ever had, got home and daughter has ordered a large cheese pizza and a small garlic bread,(Think that was to make minum payment for delivery) no way could she eat that on her own, so me and my husband decided to share it with her, awful, it was burnt, dry and tasteless, just reminded me why I never order from dominos,

Poor service and food not great

We ordered pizza ahead of time using the app, and when we arrived a few minutes before our time, we were told that our food wasn’t ready. That was only the start... 30 minutes later, and 10 minutes after their screen showed our order as ready, we were able to collect it and get out of there. We got home only to find that one of our pizzas had a wrong topping on it - luckily for us it was something we like, so we didn’t bother calling to complain! Now, I can appreciate waiting a few minutes, but having to wait half an hour, having ordered the pizza well over an hour earlier, and still getting the order wrong.

Very poor service. Ordered pizza at 19:00 told it would take hour and half. 2 hours later pizza not here. Called, told NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER and tried to make up as I never contacted them. Seriously guys!!!!!!

Usually like dominoes but took ages to arrive and one pizza was burnt wedges under cooked and cold and cookies also tasted burnt won't order from here again.

Usually like dominos. Got the double stacker pizza. Got here very quick buuuut tasted undercooked and had the texture of being undercooked.

Great place to order lunch - the online order tracking is cool and they deliver to place of work too 😀
