Ordered online. Two large pizzas. Arrived within minutes. Completely confused how this was possible. Also large looked nearer to medium. It was as if everything was just thrown on. They totally forgot to season my pizzas aswell. Never again. Too costly for tasteless pizzas!

Pizza always cold 😞. Why is that Domino's?? You take my hard earned cash and give me cold food? I've ordered 3 times now over a few months and always the same. My house is literally 5 minutes away by car, so it's just bad customer service. Check out another review further down from mine. Won't order again.

Whenever I order pizza, every time it takes more than 50 minutes to deliver the order. Even after spending more than £20 we get cold pizza because of the slow delivery every time. Worst delivery service by this store. *You must improve the delivery time*.

Absolutely horrible customer service, and the communication is extremely poor! Called and ordered a Large Pizza to pick up with tired young children in the car. The lady said it would be 15-20 min, arrived to collect and called to ask if it was ready. I was waiting on hold for 3 minutes...not sure why, and then another lady picked up the phone and asked how she could help me. Explained I ordered over 20 mins ago and she asked if I can wait another 7 minutes...no explanation given and i said yes i am waiting outside, asked if I would wait longer and i said ok and ended the call. Called again after 7 mins and she said, "why did you cut the call, I thought you didn't want it". By this point my kids were very restless and I was annoyed and then she said ok making it now. Called back to complain and was on hold again for over 5 mins and then the manager couldn't care less! Not worth the hassle and the pizza was not correct!

So so so slow. Like a snail made pizza. I died before I ate it

Called ahead to get a large pizza with half vegan cheese (for partners lactose intolerance) and the kind lady on the phone said “sure no problem call back when you’ve put the order through just to confirm”. Great attitude :D pizza and movie night is on!

Rude staff they try to talk like they don't want to give us the food the manager and area manager prash was there both were talking in the same way very rude not preferring going to this dominos store in chrolton rather have something from pizza hut 🛖 next door.

Cardboard pizza bases with tasteless toppings - there are much better independent places nearby so suggest you avoid this awful chain and its formulaic food if you can.

Went there to collect my pre-ordered pizza, staff was friendly and it was ready for me to collect without any fuss or waiting around

Excellent and thoughtful service. Was given free cookies and dips as I was unable to place another order online as it went past 11pm. My two sisters were very happy. Best dominos I've been too (I'm from Birmingham)

Atrocious customer service. Still chasing a refund of £40 that I was first promised a month ago. Been confirmed I'd be getting my money back three times since then, but received nothing. Doubt I'll be ordering from here again.

They don’t even deserve 1 star, told them to leave in porch and what does the driver do.... leaves it on the ground out side the doors.....how can you do that just leave it outside in the floor.....won’t be ordering with you again, tried calling 20 times no answer

Have ordered from this Domino's many times, both collection and delivery with no hassle. Unfortunately the last two deliveries have been terrible, waiting for a long time when app says out for delivery, arriving cold as a result. First time the delivery driver unable to find address (the flats are clearly shown on Google maps 🤷‍♂️). But as first time it happened we just chalked it up to one of those things., a one off, as previously never any issues. However, most recently the driver just parked about a 5 minute walk down the road and sat in his car while we went to collect, the reason apparently being he could not park directly outside the door to the flats, although he did find the carpark as we saw him drive round it 3 times, must have been too far to walk (approx 30 secs at a guess). Needless to say we'll no longer be ordering from them again, if you offer a delivery service that's what should happen. I rarely give poor reviews I like to say nice things but it was just so bad this time I had to!!!

Really disappointed with this branch! Ordered food and waited for over an hour for it. Tracker stated it had been delivered before it had and it was luke warm on arrival. Tried to phone and but the store was closed so I went through to Fallowfield store who assured me thsy hey would be here although he didnt actually have the ability to check on my order he guessed it was just slow from previous experience of chorlton customer phoning their store regularly. Driver didnt even attempt to when he finally arrived. All round terrible service! Not recommended in the slightest!

Went for a stuff crust large pizza because it was next-door to the pharmacy. My husband and I enjoyed it.

It did arrive quickly & was hot but this is NOT a large pizza and £16 is an absolute rip off!! The garlic bread was tiny!!

Got my order wrong. The app said the food was ready but when I arrived to collect they hadn't made it yet. Clearly didn't know what they were doing. No response yet to my complaint on Twitter.

Nothing showed up, had me waiting for 2 hours from pizza that didn’t even show up. Useless

gives the grade 1 because the guy came to the house, he ate his food and then he called and told me to bring his food to the car. I waited for him 40 minutes I got a cold pizza. I do not recommend this pizzeria!!!!!!😡

The female which answers the phone is very rude abrupt and has poor social and customer service skills The pizza was not delivered on time initially she said there will be delay of upto an hour as she only has three drivers so according to her maxim 75 min's yet it took them 3 hours pizza was cold and food was not enjoyable called to explain she replied well I only had 3 drivers what a joke and a complete waste of money

I will never order from Domino's chorlton again!placed the order online two hours before i wanted it online..so they had plenty of time to make sure i got my order on time,But i didn't,the pizza tracker didn't work i rang the store and it just kept ringing out no one answered..i even rang another dominos branch to see if the chorlton one was closed.My food arrived half an hour late..driver didn't know it was late..i asked him why they are not answering the phone and he said oh they must be busy!I ordered strippers combo as a side and chicken wasn't cooked enogh and the wedges were hard.

By far the worst experience from the assistant manager Eva 1) she took her jacket off and I told her she could keep it on and I didn’t mind as it was freezing. Apparently she had an inspection. 2) she was in a foul mood to the point I felt uncomfortable, I asked do I not get service with a smile and the answer was a NO!! 3) I asked why the total was low but she couldn’t be bothered explaining. I actually had a BOGOF This girl should not be in front of people! So rude!

Called Twice and both occasions they cut the phone off on me because it was busy. No explanation no apology.

Possibly the worst experience ever. It took an hour from placing an order to getting it despite a very short distance e.g. 0.5mile. When I rang to see what was happening I was told I only was waiting 30min, which according to domino's pizza tracker& my own watch was incorrect. Yes, I was offered a free pizza next time I order but frankly it's adding insult to injury as who would really want to experience this again! Even for free!

It's the pizza chain that's given up on life.

The order tracker frequently gets updated to 'delivered' when the order is 5+m away from delivery. Delivery drivers almost always cannot find the address and I have to direct them to the right house by going down to street to meet them.

Food was great, they forgot the garlic bread and said it would be half an hour, so asked for a free drink just as compensation. Didn't get the drink...thanks again dominos for great service!!!

Great place, I actually had my wedding catering done from here last year at a great price. They delivered over 100 pizzas on time and hot. Thanks guys

I ordered take away for delivery using the website at the weekend. The order was processed impressively fast, and the status of the order was visible on the website the entire time so I knew roughly when my order would be with me. When the food arrived it was piping hot and very nice. 11/10 for the service. I just wish the price was equally impressive!
