Its not great when your pizza arrives half cooked and you have to finish it off in the oven.

Poor customer service - guy didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing and was distracted, asked me my order several times, appreciate everyone is new once so no issue with that, however, I used a forces discount card which overrode the store offer and charged me twice as much as it would have been. Absolutely no interest in correcting, "no guarantee you'll get a refund". My own fault for blindly paying without reviewing the price, but £40 for a couple of mid-tier pizzas is outrageous, and so begins my boycott of Dominos, which can only do good things for my wallet and waistline.

Ordered a large mighty meaty in house, only take card no cash which is an inconvenience, got given a medium cheese plain pizza which is obviously wrong, who in there right mind orders just a cheese pizza, It smelt like melted plastic, returned it to no apology, just went will make a fresh one, should of asked for refund as smell totally put me off eating it. Tuesday 5th March 1800hrs.

£26.49 for a large pizza is very expensive..Too expensive!!

Staff are horrible, refused to deliver to 2 hungry truck drivers due to language barrier between me and person taking order, then hung up the phone. Disgusting service. Wouldn't recommend. But josh at Darlington dominoes was sound.

The nepalese cashier was very nice to me, I am sorry I didn't get you name, however for my difficulties u help me out a lot

Great food and service really good

Pizza was nice but absolutely disgusted but the rotten wedges I recieved, it wasn't just the two I'd put in my mouth either that was rotten, after opening all the wedges up they were all rotten, disgusting. Filed a refund via just eat as this is not acceptable at all.

Nice pizza has a seating area but very basic

Food was barely warm, likely due to how slow the delivery girl moves. My ring doorbell will clarify she is a human sloth. Their pizza is over rated and over priced.

Unfortunatley, I received an incredible greasy pizza that I was unable to eat - I contacted dominoes over a month ago now and I still haven’t had a satisfactory response. I got an apology but no offer to fix the issue. Very disappointed.

One of the nicest Domino's I've been to, went during a holiday and the pizza was made quickly and tasted wonderful

No complaints, always on time, always tasty

Stayed at the Premier Inn, which is 2 minutes away. Ordered the pizza and collected it about 10 minutes later and thoroughly enjoyed it. Domino's never fails to deliver, the quality is the same wherever you go. Well recommend.

Having traveled extensively around the UK with work and often relying on the convenience of a dominos I feel I have a breadth of experience when it comes to the franchise and I can without a doubt tell you this is the worst franchise I have ever been to. The food is the standard dominos fare but with a limited menu, the online payment is again limited only allowing you to pay by card. When I drive in to collect (after receiving a text saying my order will be ready in ten minutes) I’m am always stood at the counter awaiting service and when I am finally served I am always greeted with the news that my order is not ready and I will have to sit and wait (usually another 20 mins). Unfortunately there is not another franchise in driving range and as a result there is no real incentive to rectify the poor running of this store and I imagine this review will achieve nothing. However I have been so enraged by the sever lack of customer service and poor running I have felt the need to write my first review on any business.

Quality food at very reasonable prices (cheaper again to collect) good value

I love domino's however there is something seriously wrong with this one. The pizzas are not made to the same standard as they are everywhere else, they don't do the same deals as other places do, the pizza was so greasy it was dripping from the box. They get away with it because it's in a garrison town and the soldiers find it convenient. I will not be going back to this branch of the franchise and I feel sorry for people who have no choice but to go here.

Always great, kids love it..easy, simple and handy for takeaway nights dinner.

Food was nice and the normal dominos standard - but let down by the fact that several members of staff did not have masks on either at all or just as ineffectively under their noses, not safe at all under current circumstances.

Tried to order today and was told they wouldn't deliver to a work address. Very disappointed as we’ve had dominos for work lunch a few times before. I guess we won’t be going back.

Forgot to leave a review for the last time we ordered from here but we ordered tonight and the food was all fresh, pizza was absolutely amazing. I like the fact your putting on slightly more cheese than usual. Order from catterick dominos often and very rarely have any issues at all.

Sadly it was a massive let down. Ordered the pepperoni lovers with extra cheese and pepperoni. Massive disappointment! EXTRA? It was so thinly topped,a refugee would have felt cheated and hard done by. Overpriced and over rated! I for one will not be repeating the experience!

Refund system is the worst. I cancelled an order because the delivery was taking more than an hour. However upon cancelling the order, I didn’t get my refund automatically. I waited for a week and contacted them. Then , they say I have to send email to them for my refund. What a ripoff. What if I had never contacted them, then they would have gone with my money.

Very misleading offers. We chose Walk In Buy 1, Get 1 Free. However, this offer does not mean what you might expect i.e. if you buy 1 pizza, you get the second 1 free. We ordered 4 but only got the cheapest 1 free. The employee was very confused and the other employee agreed that their offers are confusing and he would have advised us to order in 2 separate orders in order to get a better deal. Pizza itself was ok but not worth £10 each. We will never buy from them again.

Exactly as expected from a dominos.

Really friendly service and the pizza was delicious. Its made fresh so well worth the wait even though the wait is never long. We tend to order by the app so we dont have to wait anyway.

Good food, normally good fast service. Tonight though never shouted to let you know it's ready and didn't put the name on the board either. I ended up going to ask for a time frame and told it's ready

Walked out after being totally ignored by staff, three of whom were visible, did not even acknowledge our presence despite my husband calling out to them. We stood looking at menu for a couple of minutes then went to counter to place order. Nothing, Nada, zilch reaction from any of them, wouldn't even make eye contact. Total lack of customer service.

They said we only ordered 1 box of cookies when we ordered 3 they didn't charge us for that lucky but we ordered a BBQ Ranch witch we dosnt receive and I know have to write a negative review to receive a refund

The pizza is always good and their options are plenty but the order screen is never right or true and orders are always later than displayed. If you're offering that information make sure it's not displaying Microsoft minutes!

Very disappointed. Really slow service, lukewarm pizza, not a lot of topping. No military discount on their buy one get one free offer.

Used to be decent but it seems they've become really tight on toppings, cheese especially. Barely any cheese on the pizza as well as all the sides! Won't be ordering from this dominos again.

Terrible ordered and took me nearly an hour to wait until i decided to drive and collect upon arrival i asked where my pizza was and was told it had not been made so i was told it would be the first in the oven 45 mins of waiting in store still not made i then asked for a refund and was told by the chubby manager with dark that a refund was out of the question even though they had not started making it yet his attitude was awful i understand that its very hard to be motivated working in dominoes but if you can't keep up with the demand simply stop taking too many orders over the phone

Been twice and had to wait atleast 40 minutes to realise they did not even both making them yet.

We usually come here for lunch before heading to the Empire Cinema, if you can grab an offer it does help. I am dairy free and they are great for making a pizza without cheese, you may think that isn’t hard to do but believe me, some pizza places can’t do it. I love how they do packets of chilli flakes in this store, wish all dominos did them. Speed of service has been spot on, pizza is always cooked to perfection. Seating area is clean and tidy.

Food great. Service at counter great. Ate in. Dining area needed a good clean. Spillage on floor not cleared away. Tables unclean. If not for this I would give 5/5.

Pizza was over cooked and bland, waited 20 minutes and wish I hadn't bothered.

Not a happy customer at all.... made an order today and the staff where very nice, we asked for extra cheese with the double decadence, so it was dripping out..... lee was lovely and reassuring. When the order arrived I was extremely disappointed, the small pizzas where all over cooked, however that was not to much of a problem. However the double decadence was dreadful, firstly we ordered double cheese there was next to no cheese on the pizza, all the meat topping where in a pile in the middle, and where the HELL was the sauce between the two layers..... it’s meant to be juicy, BUT NO IT WAS DRY AS A F@&king BONE. We rang up to complain, WHAT A JOKE. Shanice was awful with us. Even more so when we asked, and said we where willing to pay for extra for the sauce !!!! Then I had to drive there. THE MOST ANNOYUNG PART IS HOW SNOTTY, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL the depty manager was SHANICE ..... fire her best thing the place could do As she was unless !!!!! Last time I’m ordering from this place. Oooo no refund for me driving through either !!!!!!

Went to collect an order after the app told us it was ready. Stood at counter for over 10 minutes was completely ignored. I left without food and will not return.
