No consistency. I order very often from Dominos especially the dough balls. I put leftover in the freezer. There is no consistency. Some dough balls are very, very tiny and nearly burnt. They are very, very dry and no pleasure to eat. Sometimes it seems that they have forgotten to use garlic butter which is okay. Less calories. Another time they are so fatty as if they have been deep fried. Very rarely they are not baked long enough. Why do I have to pay for tiny little dough balls the same amount of money? Once the base of the pizza was invisible thin. We couldn't eat the pizza by hand. It was like eating a thick soup.

Usually I have no issues with this dominos but today I ordered a pizza and garlic bread. The pizza was incredibly thin and burnt that it was crumbling in my hands. The bottom of the pizza was burnt and the garlic bread tasted like pure cinnamon. Real let down. Wont be ordering from here again

Not taking cash at the moment. I don't carry card ever, I don't sign up for apps, I had to get someone else to order then pay them cash as my kid wanted a pizza. I won't be coming again, refuse to fund anywhere that wont take cash.

Management was rude to me on the phone yesterday and wasn't happy at the fact I complained about the food being horrible stay away from this place as they don't seem to care about customers and there issues as they think it's all your fault and say we don't have your order on our system and we need your phone number to trace your order even though you lagit just need a order number (excuse). even though I have proof of the receipt and email they sent me. 🙄🙄🙄 Stay well clear of this place as they have absolutely no customer service skills and didn't even apologise to me on the phone so they will not be having my custom again annnoyed is a understatement.

I know the website does the whole “quality control” animation when you’re waiting for your pizza, but they might as well scrap it because there isn’t one, considering a lot of these products are pre made and only involve being heated up I’m surprised it can be so wrong, ps double decadence used to be good, now the quality is so bad I wouldn’t bother.

The pizza was good but i specifically asked them to cut it into eight pieces and they did not do it. The manager seemed friendly though and to be fair our order was ready very quickly.

Awful customer service, very rude. Will not be using again, worst customer service i have had in years, appalling.

Shocking experience, pizza not delivered...manager at the site telling us we can have our cold pizza or a refund... Hungry kids get no dinner.....we are a regular customer... Never again, steer clear...

Wedges we still raw and freezing inside! Pay good money for missing items and raw food for my kids nice. Only positive was the delivery driver!

Muy buenas pizzas. Buenas ofertas. Si se desea una comida rápida está puede ser la respuesta. El condimento de ajo es interesante. La pizza está bien caliente. Las papas con queso también son para desgustar. Una buena opción en Penarth. 🍕
