I ordered here pizza staff is very rude because i took order at closing time he angry on me and I think he had no interest in job because he dnt took my order properly and angry on me so please avoid these types of staff.

I made a mistake and ordered it to the wrong Domino's and they were so lovely and sorted it out. They could have easily just said it was my fault so I have to pay again but they resolved the issue without question. I really appreciate it. 😄

Ordered and then rang because it said it delivered food when it hadn’t rang them said they were closed and then said the food wasn’t combining 62 ponds worth of food!!! And it’s not been delivered even though it says it has staff have been hanging up on us absolute disgusting service!!! Would not recommend you order from them ever as the staff are rude and absolutely disgusting!!! Wish I could give this 0 star

Terrible customer service! Ordered a take away pizza and this is multiple times where the driver can’t be bothered to get out of the car considering the price that is being charged this is the least that should be done! In the past had no issues drivers were nice and polite recently drivers have just shoved the food in my hand from a window and driven off. This branch’s standards have dropped and when I call management they are rude and dismissive I won’t be ordering with dominoes again and recommend people don’t either. There are plenty of better priced local places that deliver with higher standards and professional customer service.

Hi there, so I’m only reviewing as this is the second time this has happened to me. Straight after eating the pizza I have been throwing up all night - seeing bits of pizza toppings in the vomit. 🤮 and I have a very bad stomach. On both occasions I came in to collect but this time I was observing the staff and the food and I can say there is no/very little hand washing going on, food being left on end of oven for too long and not being boxed up, and the manager on shift on his phone, ignoring what makeline staff are doing. I believe this food poisoning has happened due to 2-3 different reasons. 1) Your staff don’t wash their hands thoroughly enough/or enough times. 2) Cross contamination of food with some other bacteria 3) Out of Date food. This is quite revolting to me as you choose the house names so that you know what you expect, and also you think it’s good quality. But this has proven Dominos are losing the standards now!

Service was quick and staff friendly but the pizza was flavourless

Advised via the app food was ready, left what I was doing but was advised on arrival part of the order was not ready. Waited a while to remake but pizza was barely warm by the time we got home.

The food is always warm and tastes fresh, hits different every time.

Pizza fine, seem to have lost order as 30 minute wait for one of the 3 pizzas ordered

Dreadful 2 hours later still no order after ringing the dominoes 3 times to be told its 3/4mins away. Number read back to me on order wasn't even correct. 1 star doesn't give it any justification. Don't bother ordering from here for delivery.

The service was good and the staff were friendly, pizza was nice but it didn't taste like it used too. I found the prices not that cheap. Also an Aldi pizza tastes the same.

Food is OK not the best. Staff seem miserable 😕

I ordered via the app, it stated that the food was ready for collection but had to wait around for 5 minutes. The waiting area doesn't have any seat, i am assuming this is to discourage people to eat there but please sort the timing or provide adequate waiting facilities. Once I receive my pizza, I had to remind them of item also ordered. So little note of advice make sure you have a copy of what you ordered to ensure you have everything.

Really busy, but not long wait and worth it, delicious!

Didn’t deliver pizza after more than an hour and had to cancel. Terrible experience for something so basic. No explanation why!

They ok when the order is right, had quite a few wrong and items missing, to ne honest, not been there in like 10months.

Not good food, they don't wear no gloves when preparing the food, I just threw out my food, not recommended

Yet again, gave dominos a break after what i found in the pizza last time, now had 1 again and the staff hair were in my pizza, now apparently when u put the pizza in the box and cut the pizza the oven destroys it 🤣. I was a regular customer, standards are down the drain, food hygine here i come with all the evidance of now and previously. Also going to mp.

Really nice pizzas. Price was massively reduced with all the offers so ended up £35 for four delicious pizzas. Girl serving was really nice. Not in a weird way, I mean she was attentive and knew her stuff. Recommended.

Can't complain about the price in comparison to the size of the pizza. Tasty and filling pretty of options on toppings.

Ordered two personal cheese and tomato in store and was told can't have buy on get one free has its not for cheese and tomato personal. Was for small and upwards. They make rules up themselves.

Had garlic pizza on the way home from a night out. Ordered using the app and everything worked with the pizza ready shortly after I arrived. Good opening hours for after leaving the pub at a weekend.

I ordered at the store: The staff were a bit confused about the offers they had on. Wished they would explain it more clearly. The food was good though. Would make the order online next time.

Food is good and is normally hot, but please get you drivers to actually end the order when the pizza is delivered not when it's 10 mins away, worrying someone else has got our pizza.

when we got there, the garlic bread was overdone, we didnt see it, staff said so, so they decided to make another. its the worse i have ever had from here. i order from here nearly every night, £45 to £50 a pop. i dont know if i will order again, because of cooking a new garlic bread, the rest of the food was pure cold. both garlic breads were just bread, deffo no sauce and barley any sight of cheese. the cheese pizza was a bit burnt. very dissapointed. see photos. took more photos, but theese will do for now. awful.

The pizza made here is heavenly, however The shop is too small. Customers seem to congest themselves when they get here.

This was my comfort food during my student days at bangor. Looking at all the negative comments, I never had a bad encounter throughout, I used to order takeout given that the place was too small for dine in. My fav orders: 1) wings 2) margherita pizza 3) spicy vegetarian pizza Dont miss out on their amazing ranch sauce. They usually have great offers, good for sharing as well. Highly recommended especially during the cold nights

The incompetnce of the staff here is unreal. The manager ia also incompetent. Waited for my order for over 2 hours. Had to go search for the driver only to realize apart of my order was still missing. Told them I would wait ob my order. Whilst at the restaurant they send off my order with a driver without actually simply telling me it was ready and I had to continue waiting in order for the deiver to return with my order and the manager had the nerve to tlbe upset. Some people shouod not run an operation.

Not up to the usual standard of service! The pizza was as good as it usually is, BUT the long wait caused by a supposedly lost order on line (even with acknowledgement) wasn't good!! Let's hope for better next time?!

Terrible customer service tried ordering the buy one get one free pizza on the app and when it wouldn't work I politely asked the shift manager if he could sort it only for him to tell me its only available on a Tuesday which ino it's not because I eat there regularly when I asked him to get the manager for me he refused and said the manager was busy so I said I'd wait for him to become available he then basically said he wasn't going to get him for me and it was tough luck. luckily the manager of the shop seen me arguing with the employee and came over and told me it was available and was more than happy to help me he was very polite and didn't know why the shift manager lied about it.

Honestly pizza is slightly better than a frozen one from tescos...and a lot more expensive

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. We visited the shop 24th Aug 5:20pm pm to order a couple of pizza's after a tiring day walking. I was told at the door I had to order online, which was fair enough due to Covid etc. I did this whilst sat in my car outside the shop. I downloaded the Dominos app and tried to find the offers which were on the posters in the window of the shop. Medium pizza's for £5.99 with 2 toppings and also Buy one get one free on any size pizza. I found the medium pizza for £5.99 added to my basket, then tried a 2nd one but it came up as £15.99. I tried a few more times but without success. I went to the door and spoke to the guy behind the counter, who was less than helpful. He said "It must be a glitch", so I asked him , how do I order 2 medium pizza's for £5.99, he said "You have to do it on the app" I told him the offer was not on there, he said, sorry I cannot do it. POOR customer skills. I asked him his he had ever tried using their app, he said no. I suggested he should try, it it was not very good. He just shrugged his shoulders. I went back to the car and ordered 2 pizza's for £11.98 with a preferred delivery time of 10-15 minutes. Sat in the car and waited. I received an email saying the order was placed at 17:39 and that I would receive a text when the order was ready. 20 minutes later, no message, 40 minutes later no message. At 18:35 I went to the shop and asked them when my order would be ready. The same guy at the desk asked me for the order number, looked it it, first he said, there was no order with that number, then muttered something like, I messaged you 10 minutes ago, which was an absolute lie, then he handed me the two pizza's. No apology, no nothing. The guy on the front desk needs some customer service training. In the time I sat outside, other customers came and went collecting their pizza's. At least 3 of them got the wrong order. Poor Poor Poor.

Shockingly bad 😠 i asked for a sea food pizza...they said they only do tuna😂 surely thats a tuna pizza! 😂 the guy who served was like Bazil Fawlty!..raw onions and almosr 16 quid...and it wasnt fast food...15-20 minutes! Avoid at all costs.

been ordering from them for years and never had any real issues, Dominoes has always sorted any problems I've had instantly and satisfactory. only complaint is you're paying minimum £20 for a single large pizza delivered but that's not the fault of the local store. Can't fault the guys and girls at the Bangor store.

Honestly just fills a hole. I have had countless domino's and 2 from this location and I have to say this is probably the worst one. Got my order wrong first time and the pizza was pretty cold on arrival even though it came in 20 minutes. 2nd time I got a free pizza and it came really quick but its still hard and cold. How does this happen?. Most domino's I get the pizzas are greasy Af and hot forever, why I get em. Oh well dissappointed.
