great place to buy pizza, absolutely recommend Polina that works here as she makes the best pizzas possible, 10/10 service 🫶

Pizza was tasty but the only issue was that they only accept card payments and no cash is accepted so it’s important that u pay by card.

Amir was very kind and helpful. To be honest best Domino's I have ever been. Very Clean and looked after the place. What a team. Thanks guys for your hard work and making the best pizza 🍕 😀

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Disgusting service and very not helpful I ordered some food to be delivered and the stress it has caused me is insane I was waiting for my order for over an hour the driver called me 2 times and everytime he phoned he was not listening and very ignorant I had to phone the restaurant 8 times and they weren’t helpful either kittybrewster staff is absolutely ridiculous and revolting behaviour they hung up the phone several times and when they eventually did answer the phone they told me the driver was doing another delivery when I should be the priority considering I ordered ages ago and my food would now arrive freezing cold, I’m so disgusted with how ignorant the staff is and very unprofessional they do not listen to anything you say and would rather hang up the phone and not let you have a word in. I definitely would tell everyone to never buy from kittybrewster ever again!

The staff was Bloddy rude , I have just been asked can I have my garlic herb unfortunately I have been paid for it I haven’t asked the guy as a free or I’m not one of them he just came anger and through ed ok the counter .

It's been quite a while since I have been to Domino's Pizza since there is not one close to where we live now but if I went in made my order food will be ready within 15 minutes which was very prompt and quick

The food wasn’t good at all, we ordered a relatively large order. Which cheese twists and chocolate twist. The pizza was a cheeseburger one. I used to order pizza from Domino’s in London and I absolutely loved it, especially the cheeseburger one. However, when I ordered from here I was disappointed with the food quality, the food was too doughy, not enough products on it, in addition to that it was quite tasteless. Overall, the prices are also very high and the portions are tiny. In conclusion, me and my fiancé decided that this was not worth our money and we won’t be ordering again from here or Domino’s as it ruined our experience and makes us feel sick thinking about it. The service was fine, no complaints, delivered fast, made fast and arrived hot.

Stole my money. Ordered on gift card, took my money but gave me no pizza. Thieves. Completely ignored when asked to see a manager so had no choice but to leave and feel completely embarrassed and cheated. Disgraceful. Would give minus points if I could 😠😠😠

Immensely bad experience! Order was not delivered, spoke to staff who confirmed that no phone call was made to me and the order was given to two random people. Spoke to a Manager Kittybrewster Premchand Nimmagadda (Who stated his name is Bobby) . Was rudely told that he won’t do anything to help and next time to use a different method of ordering. Absolutely shocking customer service.

It's domino's. Great pizza , better deals than pizza hut for take out. Just take a tank or a monsters truck into the carpark as it doesn't seemed to have been repaired in the last 20 year and has more holes than a piece of edam.

Been a while since ordering a pizza, but after a long day, ordered one for the missus (vegetarian) and a meat one for myself, collected it and couldn't wait to get home to eat it , smelt fantastic and tasted as good as they smelt, well worth it.

Incompetent all round. I hope things can improve with this branch and that they can employ staff who can fulfil orders.

We went to the shop at 12.10am and they told us oh you can’t order anything now when there’s a massive sign outside that says we are open until 3.00am and you can clearly see pizzas getting made. staff was pretty rude about it too.

The pizza arrive oven hot. It meant it travelled less distance to my home. The meato one is the best according to Us👩‍👧‍👧🥰 Excellent service and bargain!

Pizza had been put down as “out for delivery” for over half an hour - yet it was delivered piping hot. In total took just over an hour for an ASAP pizza to be delivered. When pizza arrived, there was about 7 jalapeños on it for an American Hot. Won’t bother getting one from here again.

It's quite good but have had a cpl of non delivery as they say we not in there area. We're 2 mile away and they wanted us to get order from 4 miles away🤔🙄

This place deserves zero stars, it's definitely not worth going in here at all, we got our two pizzas and tbh they were absolutely S**t you wouldn't give it to the dog either, we went next door to The Ghurka Curryhouse, best curries in the whole of Aberdeen, place is amazing serving all fresh ingredients

Disgusting! Waited more than 30 minutes to get the pizza. On my phone, I have got a notification saying that it was ready at 17:40 so I enter the store right at that time to collect my pizza and I am being told ''it is not ready, we are busy''???? Why would you send me the notification telling me it's ready then??????? Shocking service. What's more, I come home and about to eat my pizza and saw this long BLACK hair on my pizza. I am so much disgusted and felt like puking after this disgusting experience, returned the pizza and definitely won't be ordering from Domino's again!

I live five minutes away from the store and my order showed as "out for delivery" for 20 minutes. I called the store, spoke to shift manager Carol who was very rude and unhelpful when trying to find out what was going on. When my order eventually arrived "out for delivery" for 30 minutes it was cold even though Carol guarenteed it would be fine. Avoid this Dominoes as it was a terrible experience.

Ordered pizza tonight. The worst pizza me and my partner have ever tasted. Toppings were so thin it was not worth them being there. Very little tomato paste. Very poor pizza. Put it out to the birds but they haven't touch it. Will never go back.

I ordered a pizza from domino's kittybrewster last night, I used to order from there all the time and was really looking forward to having one as I hadn't for ages, but it's totally gone down hill. I wanted a small Americano, chicken strips and a bottle of coke because of the restricted menu due to covid I wasn't able to get my favourite an Americano, so I ordered a pepperoni passion with bbq sauce. The guy said he could save me money buy upgrading my pizza to a medium if I went for a meal deal, but didn't tell me what the deal was I paid £22 and it came quickly. A woman came to my door to deliver it to me unmasked and I said I ordered a coke and she said no you didn't and I said I am sure I did but never mind then she came all up in my face to prove to me that her ticket didn't have a coke in it which rightly it didn't the meal deal the guy offered me didn't include a coke. it makes no sence they have this restricted menu because of covid and the delivery drivers don't wear masks. The pizza was a dry and I didn't enjoy it.

I've ordered a vegan veggie supreme pizza and it came with chicken pieces in the middle, under the cheese substitute!

HEY DOMINOS. Two things. Don’t think for one second I wIll let this go!!! We are visiting from Canada- tried to order from your establishment (at 11:55pm) notably open until 3am! U told us phone orders only. Tried to call your store repeatedly and NO ANSWER. When we came back, for your store number, one go your drivers wasnt surprised that you refused to answer the phone. When he asked you for the store number for a formal complaint- You refused to give it to him!!! Why if u have nothing to hide?!? I do have your address ... I’m sure that will be enough. Dude - it was midnight- we had some drinks at our hotel across the street, we had a helluva day what makes you hate life so bad- that you would refuse service to the public during your business hours ?

Pizza is great, however the neighbourhood is shady...

Its 3 stars as it's quick, convenient and cheap (ish) but don't expect anything close to a good pizza. Though kids and teenagers seem to love it for some reason. (This is a review for dominos in general I'd challenge anyone to tell the difference between outlets)

Only problem I have with this branch is there pizza base always seems to be under cooked unlike the domino's at langstracht or torry other than that there deliveries seem to be quick and the app makes it hassle free when ordering

Have used this domonos for years and have never had a problem. Phoned today 50 times between 7pm and 8.25pm and there was no answer. Finally after calling all that times they finally answered the phone. The guy on the phone was the manager called Frazer. His attitude towards me was shocking and after I told him that I have been trying to call 50 times his reply was if your not happy to wait go elsewhere for your pizza. I completely understand today is 2 for Tuesday's and that they are very busy but 50 times in 1 hour 30 mins is a absolute JOKE 😡😡😡

Ordered from app, tracker said contact store. Phoned 5 times. No answer. No idea whether to wait and see if they’re going to deliver or just go to bed. Plus they’ve already take. Payment through PayPal. 😡

Amazing!! We usually eat at Pizza Hut, but Domino's is our new favourite!! You can tell a difference... Dominos pizzas are soooo tasty!! We booked a collection and the staff were also so good :) Thanks Dominos....will definitely visit again! 🙂

We placed online order and everything was as pee usual until online tracking system said that order has been delivered but it was not there. Phoned the store to enquire about just to hear a a man laughing and saying that everything is ok, that he has already spoken to a manager and that order will arrive. No apology, no reassurance, nothing. 5 minutes later order arrives and guess what - part of it is missing and driver said he will be back in 5 minutes with the rest of it. Phoned the store again and same guy picked up the phone. The only response we had that now he was a manager and he was screaming through the phone that everything is ok. Not that kind of customer service you would expect anywhere. Again no apology, no compassion, just shouting from the other end of the phone. At the end was told to ef-off. The worst experience I have ever had, extremely disappointed, even worse if the man the phone was actually a manager.

Nice place to order take away pizza. Staff is friendly and orders are prepared pretty quickly.

I have been ordering from this branch for a few months now. Pizza and other meals are always delicious and delivered hot. Drivers are polite. It usually takes between 30-40 minutes for my order to arrive. Very satisfied customer here. I highly recommend.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza which arrived with ham on it, called up and was told a replacement pizza would be send, 1 hour later, no pizza. To top it all off the driver who delivered the original pizza called my phone when he was at the door and screamed some inaudible abuse to alert me that he was at the door, the only word I could make out was "Dominos." We'll see if the refund comes through. To be avoided.

Live nearby but always arrives in 15 minutes or under, delivery staff always very polite and I've never ever experienced a wrong order or missing item. The most convenient takeaway option for us here, couldn't fault.

Order was perfect, came within 20 minutes and got extra dip for free. Had the ring of fire stuffed crust and It was superbly hot, even better the next day too!
