Food was good price was bit iffy but domino's isn't cheap anyway, will get again if I'm feeling lazy and fat

I ordered over an hour in advance to have the pizza ready for a specific time. It was disappointing that it was ready 13 minutes later.

8pm on a Tuesday.... Menu Says £12 for a pizza. Actual price is 24.99 And that is the most expensive take away pizza I have ever had.... Anywhere in Europe. Even more expensive than Norway and Sweden. Serious mis-selling also. £12 for a large pizza..... No, it's actually £25.

Very poor customer service, I ordered pizza, it arrived very late , and when it did it was cold. When I called to complain about it. The customer service argues that he sent us fresh baked pizza, just out of the oven. It’s not his problem that pizza got cold when it reached us!!!!🙄 I don’t live across the country I just live 10 mins from dominion. My entire party has been wasted because of them. Pathetic people and service

All their vegan pizza is delish' but I wish they could remember to put a vegan dip with it rather than a diary one. 2/3 of the last pizzas have had dairy dips.

I tried to call them and ask how much a large pizza is but they just hung up

I just witnessed the lady taking orders get angry and contaminate the food preparation area with a roll of orders and her unwashed hands. This seemed very unprofessional to me. I believe she should have some hygiene refreshment training.

Ordered 3 pizzas last night, 1 being vegetarian and yet I found 2 beef chunks on it. Not impressed as now I won’t finish the pizza as I’m vegetarian. When ordering a vegetarian pizza I expect there to be NO meat on it.

Staff had issues rude not helping at all

Ordered for collection and when to collect the pizza when I got there there was a mis hap with one of the items on my order that wasn't ready but Amjad was very polite about it and said I could wait in my car and he would bring it out to me. He did and then apologised for the wait again. Will be back with how polite and honest the staff were.

Stopped here for lunch and the woman on the counter did not understand my order or the questions I asked The order was not taken correctly and they didn't put the order through straight away it took 45 minutes to get two for one over the counter pizzas. They over charged me too. They ended up giving me the extra pizza that they put through wrong they need to sort themselves out An absolute shambles I will never go there again

Ordered a Pizza from Domino's in Newark Nottinghamshire and forgot how lovely the pizzas are at this place. I use to look forward to Domino Pizza's during lock down. Love using the app which tells you when it ready for collection which is a straightforward simple process. I'll definitely be going again 10/10

Can order in store but I felt like they preferred pre ordered collection cash was not accepted lucky my friend choose to help me out. They then missed half my order off when my friend added his to it because they'd already started to cancel my order

The other day I came in and this compassionate young man named Harry served me my pizza. I could tell he enjoyed working in this establishment and that he clearly enjoyed what they were doing. Once he gave me the pizza he told me to have a good day and leave my feedback. And I must say he might've been the kindest young man I've ever spoke to. 10/10 would come again.

deacon was a live saver with that pizza that he made, i was out of this world the first mouthful of that hot creamy slice, without this pizza i think i wouldn’t be alive anymore, the pizza was so delicate and fine just like myself, thank you, deacon

Deacon was a life saver i was starving and he whipped up a pizza not only quickly but one that was also out of this world. It was absolutely mouth watering thanks for it deacon.

Worst service ever, was told I could pay in cash after spending 10 mins on hold placing my order only to get a call 10 mins later saying I could t pay cash. I said I couldn’t and he said my only option was to order somewhere else. Wouldn’t be surprised if it closes down soon as they turn away business. Shocking service

Got my order wrong 2x in a row. First time didn't give me my drinks. This time I ordered a HP brekkie pizza and guess what, no HP sauce! These clowns are useless. Never again, if you like pizza go to Golden Grill.

Dominos Pizzas are amazing. However when I went in to order I was surprised by the body language of the staff. I was kept waiting for a couple of minutes by the staff who were very young and didn't seem very inviting. Even the girl in the kitchen was giving unusual looks, but the delivery staff are always nice. Thankfully 15 mins later the older gentleman was very polite when I collected the Pizzas.

A couple of times turned up to collect now and name is on screen saying ready then disappears and have to wait another 10mins while they cook it again. A bit odd.

Good pizza and good chicken wings

After leaving the odeon cinema last night at 10.20 pm, we decided to order some pizzas. We ordered and paid with no problem and was told it would be a 10/15 minute wait. We waited outside. During our wait, my daughter (20 yrs) had a funny turn and was physically sick. Her partner immediately went inside domino's to ask for a glass of water, to be told that he could buy a bottle of water but would have to order it online as the tills had been emptied. He offered cash and card payment to no avail. He asked for a glass of water, to no avail. I consider this to be very poor customer service and am very disappointed that this has happened. FYI my daughter had not been drinking, she had been watching a film. There are too many judgemental people in this world.

Not for me I'm afraid... You can get far tastier, bigger, better and cheaper pizzas and sides from ANY of the local take aways and kebab shops.

We absolutely love Domino's in Newark - Sweet, Sticky REAL Barbecue sauce on a pizza was a game changer for me.... Domino's Newark literally changed my life for the better, and for always! Getting down to business, we seriously do love Domino's at Newark - we've tried most Pizzas across their menu and they are all absolutely incredible to taste! The chicken sides and dips are a nice, naughty extra on the side, the garlic bread pizza is the ONLY way to warm up for the main course (BBQ Pizza, obviously!) and don't even get me started on those home made, rough on the outside gooey on the inside cookies!!! People complain that Domino's is "expensive for a pizza".... Most of these people have never tasted how good it is, and have never been to the website where there are deals available 100% of the time! Any pizza Any size 9.99, Two for Tuesdays just to mention a couple! We've had 1 "negative" experience in maybe 12+ years using this branch. The food is always great, usually on time or sometimes even a bit early! Usually arrives hot - even when I was living 6 miles away which isn't bad going! My daughter loves Domino's as her monthly treat, my friends love Domino's.... My nan - who was heavily opposed to "wasting money on food when we can cook a meal for pennies" and had never bought take out in her 88 years on this plant - LOVED Domino's..... I think it's safe to say that its pretty good pizza 🍕❤️👍

Not great customer service (borderline rude, actually) and the cost (as ever) for 4 people was almost £50 without drinks or dessert.

Spentt nearly £70 on Pizza's yesterday and its the last time i use Domino's. Disgusting, no taste and no cheese what a complete waste of money.

Pizza shouldv'e arrived at 19:45. At 19:59, I get a call asking whereabouts I am. At 20:13, another chap tells me he's lost, and ends up pulling over and handing the phone to a pedestrian so we can figure out where he's gone wrong. I eventually get my pizza at 20:22. The driver then lies, saying he's already been to this place before and knocked on the door to no response, which I found fascinating, as I'd been standing outside since 19:40pm. All this isn't helped by the fact I was at a B&B with signs on the road telling you where it is. I give them 1 start as the pizza was actually alright. If anyone from this estblishent cares, the Order No. was 394816728, and they can message me for more details if they so please.

Nice polite staff and efficient service. But....the Texas Barbeque was severely lacking any Barbeque taste.

Can't even see their menu on the net! Have to register and fill in yet more forms and give away personal info. Do restaurants ask you to register before letting you see a menu?? No! You can see their menu generally on a board outside the establishment. Not Dominoes though! Don't even bother trying to contact any meaningful management using the 'contact us' option. You'll be reverted back to your local store!... Time wasting cretins!

Putting chicken strippers straight into a cardboard box with no foil is a foreign body food safety hazard!!!

I ordered online and didnt look at my receipt as i checked my order before i paid. On the receipt it said I had ordered a vegan pizza which I did not. The vegan pizzas are not even near the meat one which i ordered. I rang them and he told me it was already out for delivery. I said cant you change it. He said no and preceded to give me advice for next time i order. I wont be ordering again! Expensive and annoying. There must be something wrong with their ordering system!

Always ready for collection on time. Food is the usual excellent standard. Great deals.

Great pizza always, fast delivery time

Beyond shocked at the appalling service I received. I tried to order on line and got a message to say, it’s not possible to pre order. I therefore drove up to Newark to place the order. A Staff member came and explained you have to order on line. I explained, I had tried to do that on my laptop at home and kept getting the same message, "you cant pre order" so drove over to order there. I asked please can you help me. No was the answer. You can’t order in store. You have to do it online. I downloaded the app in the shop, in front of her. I tried to order again and got the same message, which I showed her. She shrugged and said hold on. I will ask the Manager. She came back 10 minutes later and said. "Sorry you need to order on line. We can’t help" It will mess the tills up. Has anyone ever been on a roundabout, because that’s what it felt like. No sense. I said, yes you have explained I need to order on line, but I’ve showed you it’s not allowing me to do so. Her reply. "Sorry. Can’t help, you have to order on line" At this point I can see I’m clearly getting no where and left. The company I own close to Newark recommend this pizza takeaway with a minimum of 150+ pizzas orders per month from us. No more. I am never giving them anymore of our business and will advise anyone who asks not to support this company that cant be bothered to help people. I was shocked by the attitude of the member of staff and the fact I walked out of a takeaway, with no food at 6pm. You couldnt make it up !

I'm a key worker, working 12 hour shifts really need a meal. I understand that these are strange times but they refused to serve me on my order because they couldn't deliver to an address. When you can see I was parked outside the shop. I have a flat bed truck so I could easily have paid over the phone and the pizza left on the back of the truck, adhering to all social distancing laws. To say I'm fuming is an understatement

Ordered in advance for 7pm and arrived bang on time. Really impressed considering current circumstances, even put an empty box under pizza to protect from the cold ground. Surpassed expectations!!

I have just finished my 25th consecutive shift working in the health service and wanted to order on my drive home some food .. Bloody rude staff would only take on line, would not accept my discount card, delivered cold food and wrong drinks ! Tried to call them so many times ! CRAP CRAP CRAP - steer clean of this dump and rude ignorant staff

As a frontline NHS worker who had just finished a 14 hour i popped in to the domino's store Newark and they refused to serve me as it is delivery only. i asked the person serving me to deliver it to my car outside in the car outside they refused with a straight No, delivery to home address only and will be 45mins 😡. i would rather starve that use these again.

They dont deliver to my postcode despite it only being a 10 minute drive away, and they're closed for collection I would of expected at a time like this they would of expanded there delivery areas making it fair

Called up to ask a few questions (if something can be made without cheese) as I wanted to order some food to be delivered to my employees who are still hard at work during these horrible times. X1 of them is a vegan. He didn't have a clue what I was saying and didn't ask me to explain and kept saying yes. Now, if I'd ordered through, 100%, my vegan colleague would've ended up with cheese in his wrap. I asked to speak to somebody else and he told me to go on the website. (Which I had done as my first port of call before speaking to him). There are failing businesses everywhere. Yet there's business that are still open with employees willing to do half a job and not even deliver the service. Shocking. There's plenty of people out there looking for a job who will be able to do it better.

Place is a rip off 26 quid for a pizza that cost 2quid to make. And some of the smallest chicken legs ive ever seen in my life wont b using again. Asda pizza £3.45 and u wont Finnish it

I literally live in collingham and apparently they are unable to deliver there it's a literal 20 minute drive how can you not deliver here I mean you used to.

Unable to cook potato wedges without the large ones being raw and crunchy. Pizza quality is a bit hit and miss. Cookies are good.

Easily the best pizza in Newark *****

Pizza here is always up to the standard Domino's quality, however they are unfortunately hostile to paying in cash as the seem to never have enough change and try to force you to pay by card, floating a till properly should not be an issue at a place like this.

Used to be good but you order something and get something else!

Fast service, easy to order online and set you own time for collection. Pizza was ready for allocated time. Price was fair as we had a meal deal however have to say the pizza severely lacked in topping. The crust and the pizza itself was nice enough could have just used more topping . A chicken feast with one thin strip of chicken per slice not really a chicken feast. Lacked cheese also mainly tomatoes.

Our food arrived within 25 minutes of ordering and was hot, fresh and tasty! The delivery driver was friendly too. Despite the products coming out correct and of good quality, they do cost far too much making value for money not as good as it could be.

Great place. Great choice of pizza or create your own. Friendly staff. Quick delivery. But would always advise to ask delivery times because they do vary depending on how busy they are. Great offers as well. Has to be in my top 5.

Ordered last Friday but pizza was stone cold.Will never order again. Driver was rude and called store to talk to manager but been told by Reception girl that he will call me back but been week now no calls, just tried to call them again today but just found out they are refurbishing it and closed down for 2 weeks. Trust me Dominos never ever again.. Next time Papa Johns for always.

Dominos is good but newark branch need alot of Work new manager don’t have a clue what’s he doing he don’t have respect for customer I have ordered 2 times in last month both times my order was wrong and not in time when rang store for refund got told to ring back after 3 which I did but still waiting for refund I Would not recommend anyone to buy from them finally we got Papa Johns which I ordered food first week when they opened as is new store I let them off for delivering my order late but the taste of good too good can’t wait to order again hope they get there service stored

Dominos itself very good pizzas, but Newark branch is terrible, usually we need wait a minimum 1 hour to get it delivered, pizza is always cold begging for the hot oven. £25 for the cold pizza it's extremely expensive. P.S if you can't deliver a hot pizza, please don't do deliveries.

Good pizza and desserts but it is expensive so would only order now and then.

Helps if they actually answer the phone 12 times i have called no answer but then thay hang up so i call agen and finaly get thow over 1h of calling so if u want a pizza best bet is to cook it yourself

Absolute disgrace, ordered 2 hrs ago and told delivery made 40 minutes after ordering according to the app. Rang 10 times and phone constantly ignored. Took my money and no food!
