Domino's Pizza in Cannock Chase

Ordered 2 large pizzas on 2 for Tuesday. Arrived piping hot in great time (20-25 minutes). Delivery driver was friendly too. 5/5 as always.

The food was cold on arrival. The fries were u see cooked! I had better free school dinners! £24.97 of disappointment! Use oasis or Aladdin’s!!

Ordering pizza should be a simple pleasure, a reliable comfort. It's disappointing when a familiar favorite falls short of expectations. I hope the next pizza experience is much more satisfying. Ordered a create your own and a cheese pizza, both were burnt and dry, the cheese was so thick it didn’t rip apart. The app really should have a support system

Bought a large thin Pizza which looks like it was cooked in a volcano! Dry, burnt and cold. Manager said he would replace but said we could not change the base as we didn’t want to get another burnt cardboard again but refused. Terrible service for 25 pound!! Won’t use you again.

Pizza was burnt and cold. Terrible management - would rather collect a £25 order than replace with a normal base to avoid the absolute mess that was delivered in the first place. Never again.

Lovely food and people. Just a bit grubby when waiting at the desk, floors were quite dirty, it had been raining so the foot traffic was very visible.

Lovely service- polite and helpful . Pizzas are tasty. Delivery service is also great. Nice hot food to our doorstep.

Pizza was uncooked and borderline dangerous and was not in line with out order, staff rude and extremely unhelpful which is hardly surprising if you have the misfortune of speaking with the managers who are clearly setting a dreadful example, whole lot ended up going in the bin, you get the impression that any quality issue return impact on their pay so they do everything possible to be as unhelpful as they can and avoid logging the issue, avoid any all costs.

Stay well clear! Been awake all night been sick with food poisoning!

Food tastes good and good customer service

First time using a domino's, and if this is what they're all like, won't be using any others. Very expensive pizzas that were literally just dough. Couldn't have been any stingier with the sauce and toppings if you tried. Pitiful and very disappointing to say the absolute least.

Pizzas were disgusting and French fries @ £4.99 were an absolute joke (see pic attached).

Always great service by the ladies there! Despite thr rush of the busy evening service, buy one get one free with chese crust is great! Thanks for your quick great service.

Don't normally have an issue with service and hadn't had pizza for a couple of years. Ordered 3 pizzas 2 of which were thin and crispy, unfortunately the 2 were thin and too crispy they were overcooked sadly. Should have contacted shop but had had a long day and didn't want hassle of disputing order.

We love Dominoes Rugeley. Delivery to a difficult location such as ours always appreciated

Ordered one with BBQ base it came with tomato base and another one with Double decadence base and hardly any cheese sauce very dry

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Dried up, no meat and burnt, ruined my night after looking forward to a treat all week. AVOID THIS DOMINOS 🤬

Had a delivery tonight didn't realise my children had already started eating it. Ordered pepperoni passion and Hawaii large. Have to say it was terrible, dryed up brunt perreroni no cheese or sauce all overcooked and dryed up. Thought there would be no point contacting the store as the children had eaten some of it. Never again.

Ordered texas bbq not one single piece of chicken and one piece of bacon the pizza was peppers and onions only! The margarita had a few slices with no cheese! Very expensive for no toppings!!! Delivery was perfect as usual

Good food and fast service just didn’t like how they handled all the toppings including the cheese with bare hands no gloves

Pizza was over cooked, had barely any toppings some slices had none. Cheese and bbq sauce also sparse not great when you pay full whack and receive a pizza worse than a frozen version from the supermarket…

Chicken wings are disgusting £30 average for a pizza. 7 wings for £9 pound glory days.

Ordered on something like the 28th, the pizza was lovely, and the cooking time and service were good, however the wedges weren't cooked properly, and when you're spending like a fiver or something for them, it's disappointing.

It's Domino's so you know what you are going to get. Staff have always been polite when collecting, and the pizzas are ready so quickly

Service was very quick and staff were polite. Only downfall, I'd have to say there was crumbs in the box with the food. ( I'm not sure if it was from the chicken or wedges, whilst placed into the box. Apart from that service was good😊

Great customer service from brad and a speedy delivery from jack food was cooked perfect thanks to the team at dominos Rugeley keeping the key workers fed A++++++

Absolutely shocking, poor quality food, terrible customer service.

Terrible service, cold food and no one answering the phone. Attempted to call 3 times!!!!! Shouldn’t have to go to the actual store to get our change because the drivers aren’t prepared with enough cash when delivering food!! Shocking!!

Turned up fast and friendly delivery guy Shame it was the worst dominoes pizza I've ever had. The topping layer was very thin and was like cardboard..... waste of money as I left 3/4 of it. Think the staff need retraining

Spoke with Tara earlier and she was very enthusiastic, polite, helpful and friendly! She is an asset to Domino's. Didn't order in the end so can't comment on food. Tara is a very lovely person.

Quick delivery however, always forgets some items I've ordered. A bit pricey.

Pizza has never been so bad!!!!! Toppings were sparse and mostly bunched on a couple of pieces.... both pizzas were over cooked not good at all toppings were crispy and burnt.... cheese was dried to a crisp 🤢..... tasted and looked like they'd been carelessly thrown together by a 10year!!!!! I know its a young workforce up there but they will all be out of a job if they carry on that sort of quality.... will be complaining to head office after spending £30 with a 40% off voucher for absolute tat imagine if we had paid full price 🤯 not happy wont be ordering from there again

Having delivered to my address before, the rude manager Laura informed me that said she'd never heard off the address and refused to deliver to us. Poor customer service!!!

Fast decent food wished they delivered a bit further but I guess that's not their problem a little over priced for pizza takeaway but I guess it's similar to the competitors .

Just awful customer service. Delivery was an hour and a half and the pizza was cold. I paid extra for stuffed crust and it was a normal crust. The manager was supposed to be calling me back a week ago 🙄
