Domino's Pizza in Salford

They don't put any cheese on the pizza. When you go back in and ask where is the cheese . The manager basically shouts at you and blames you and no refund given

Horrible manager who argues with customer when it's his place that's in the wrong and not the customer. Do you think customers go back to the shop with a order that is wrong because they have nothing else to do ? Pizza not cooked properly. Hardly any toppings on pizza like cheese for example. The pizzas are mainly tomato purree and a few toppings if your lucky . Delivery drivers parking in disabled bays outside the shop . Totally disrespectful.

Do not order from here. We ordered a Mac & Cheese, they charged my card £10 then gave me a pizza! I said I ordered Mac & Cheese and they said we have none left! They said just take the pizza and we will refund you in two days, they don’t have any cash. I didn’t take the pizza & have been back in numerous times with no refund! They have offered food from the shop, I do not want food I want a refund. Another lady was in the shop complaining for the same reason, absolute fraudster franchise!

I'm somewhat of a regular to dominos recently. I limit myself to one takeaway a week, and when I do, I like to get the most of it so every other week or some I order here to collect. I choose my takeaways based on hygiene. As with many Dominos stores, this store has a 5 star hygiene rating. Being able to watch staff prepare orders gives me confidence as I'd been trained myself to prepare food in one of my old job roles. As a testament to quality, this is a popular store and consistently receives a lot of orders from the local area. I would recommend that you avoid ordering in person on the busiest days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday night) - Just order online and collect. Ordering at the till reduces their ability to serve all customers better and it can take some time to be served as they're running around processing existing orders to take on new ones. Dominos Walkden consistently hit the mark for me and get the order perfect every time. The manager is usually quite busy during the times that I visit, but always friendly and happy to help, as are the other staff I've interacted with. My latest visit, I accidentally picked the wrong collection time and they pushed it forward for me and was ready within 15 minutes. I don't remember ever having a problem with this store; they do a good job and I think that means they deserve a nice little bump to the TripAdvisor rating.

If your order is wrong, then you will get attitude from the manager, you be told it's your fault and then refused a refund. After arguing with the manager for an half a hour, the manager eventually realised it was the computer system that caused the problem. Stay away from all Domino's, because they will mess your order up and steal your money. Customer service and the area manager will do nothing, so basically Domino's brand it's a complete joke

ordered a Texas bbq and specifically asked to not put any pork on… been sent a mighty meaty with loads of pepperoni on and the phone is just being ignored so have no way to rectify it and now wasted money as we cannot eat it. THANKS CRYING NOW

Yet again, Domino's Walkden has sent burnt nachos. Pizza nice but a wasted, inedible side that we can't eat. Don't understand why they can't get them right when they mass produce

Served by Abid for lunch today. Was excellent at explaining the deals and made a delicious pizza. Thank you, I will be returning.

My pizza and nachos were burned. small amount of cheese /onion on the pizza. You buy from these franchises because you expect a standard - Not so here. Very poor food. Delivery was fast (probably because they turned up the grill when reheating my pizza) ...
