Every single time I use the app or just eat it crashes my phone at payment screen. It's ridiculous this age in time with everything being Mobile that they can't sort there app out, then fact I have to ring and collect because the app is not working and I don't get discounts I would rather order from go go pizza gillingham because of there deals and the app works !!!!!! Sort it out or I will never be returning!!!@@

Order never arrived, manager was very rude and unhelpful. No refund, we called to try and help but the manager said it’s not his problem the driver was lost.

Order took nearly 2 hours via Deliveroo. Was told to contact the restaurant for a refund and was greeted by an argumentative man who shouted at me. Very unimpressed with customer service being told I’m irresponsible.

13 High StreetSoggy batter, small chip portion for ‘large’ and generally questionable hygiene 🙁 Asked if they had a gluten free sausage (sorry) after a behind the counter discussion, the answer came back a blunt ‘no’…… ok, thanks!
