Domino's Pizza in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Pre ordered the chicken Mexicana. Got from Tuttle hill Nuneaton to long st Atherstone to realise I must have ordered the vegan version. Whatever size the large is I could have counted the flake size chicken pieces on one hand. I’ve taken pictures if I can upload them Shocking doesn’t come close The picture is the pizza I’ve split open looking for the chicken 🤷‍♂️

AVOID!!! Absolutely Awful. Pizza arrived late. Asked the manager to re cook our meal. I was told I would have to wait over an hour. Utter sh**te!! AVOID

Some of the staff treat u with no respect and it’s a horrible place I wouldn’t recommend going there when u can pay more and get treated with respect

This place is an absolute rip off. We ordered 3 pizzas delivered. They came and were a total rip off measly extra toppings on all 3 pizzas the onions dry and chewy the crust like cardboard and small isn't the word. £42.00 for 2 x 7 inch pizzas which were under 6 inches and the 9 under 8 inches lacked in taste and I will never order from here again I used a 10 pound voucher so it would of been over 50.00 I've posted pictures so you can see how tiny they were and not very nice. An absolute rip off my advice don't go here it's just not good and extortionate priced .I placed then in the picture next to a small fan to show you how small they are.

Ordered via the app at 10.05, tracker said the order would be here 25-35 mins. 11.00 came and still no order so o called the shop and the said the tracker was down but he was on his way and would be 10 minutes max. 11.20 came and still no sign of the delivery so I called back again. Jack in the shop was very helpful and said he would call the driver so a few minutes later he advised that the driver was round the corner and would be 2 minutes… Surprise surprise, 5 minutes later and still no sign of the order. Never had a problem before and I’ve used this dominos multiple times. Will NOT be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either! We’ve now sat waiting for 30 minutes and all other takeaways are now shut. Just hoping I can get a refund or it’s £30 I’ll never see again. Absolute joke!

Had a leaflet advertising a medium sized pizza for free for collection up until February….. Decided to save it for my partners birthday as due to the cost of living crisis, money is short. Phoned up today to order it for collection only to be told the offer has been withdrawn as they couldn’t keep up with the orders as they’d sent out over 5000 leaflets!!! For a massive chain this is a major oversight as of course, people were going to go for it!!! False advertising at its worst and I shall not be ordering from you again!! Trading standards will be informed too. Disgusting during the the current climate where families are desperate!! How many families received that leaflet to take advantage of on a child’s birthday just to be let down? And the prices you charge for a bit of dough with a few toppings is ridiculous!! Money grabbing rob dogs who tried an advertising campaign to bring in yet money in but failed!!!! You should honour the people with codes at least to redeem yourselves 😡😡

After waiting hour and a half for the food we rang the branch to be told the tracker does not work and the driver is on his way, 30 mins later another call, we are told that driver had delivered the food. Yet we’re sat home, £25 later with no food. When requested that the manager speaks to the driver to get description of a person he delivered to we got refused. The manager was rude, dismissive and we also got called scammers where we were the scammed ones!! When asked to confirm his 1st name for complaint purposes he refused. He then puts the phone down on us!!! No support, no willingness of any resolution, no Customer Service! Disgusting behaviour! Robbed my poor 18 year old daughter!!!!!!!!!! Tom which I believe was the managers name needs sacking!!!!

Ordered at 7:57pm, knew there would be delays with it being New Year’s Eve but it was supposedly meant to be quicker delivery than the other restaurants, at 9:30pm it still wasn’t here, we rang at 9 and were told it would be 15 minutes, rang at 9:20, told 5 minutes so rang again, to be told that they apologise, it will be refunded but they’ve closed now and turned their ovens off. So how can something that’s already out for delivery not be available anymore?? Customer service was also poor.

We phoned up the women said take photos as evidence for refund as they put down as complaint pizza went in bin month later still no refund not very good company to deal with

Great Food, Great Service and Fast Delivery. Food was piping hot, lovely and tasty. Delivery was prompt. Driver Michael was pleasant and polite. 10/10 Dominos :)

Absolutely appalled with the language used by staff.when I asked to talk to a manager I was informed that the young lady with the foul mouth was the manager,so I insisted on speaking to someone higher to be informed that the person that was higher than her was her boyfriend so complaints generally get brushed under the carpet

Order a pizza and expected to have to wait. It came within 20 mins. It was absolutely amazing. Great toppings full of flavour. Even my hubby enjoyed it. Driver was pleasant too. Thank you all.
