Absolute joke of customer service, Received a pizza with 1/4 of the toppings when I rang up they left me on hold indefinitely.

Awful customer service and they dont take cash and make the process harder by messing up card payments when you know you have the cash

This store is the worst Dominos store in Sutton Coldfield. The customer service experience has been absolutely ridiculous. Staff appearing indifferent to the errors and lacking the proactive approach one would expect in resolving issues. I believe that the level of service provided to me is not in line with the standards set by Domino's, and it has left me disheartened as a long-time customer. I would nerve order from them again.

4 stars for the delivery driver only. Things you will need when ordering from Mere Green.... 1) have the oven on 2) have a magnifying glass or microscope on hand. The pizza was almost cold so the oven needs to be hot and ready when the delivery arrives The magnifying glass or microscope is to find the ingredients on the pizza. I don't know what quality checks are in this store but someone needs to check the checker. Extra mushrooms? Where? almost none visible. Extra ham..... same problem as with the chicken, bacon and mushrooms on a different pizza. The pizzas seem better here if you have them on the evening but my advice......... give this a miss. The quality isn't worth the money. These 2 pizzas were an absolute disgrace and the last ones I will ever order from here. The manager needs replacing and the staff need retraining big time

Sorry, call me old fashioned but app is a nightmare. It's so complicated. The deal selection blew my brain. Didn't order. Used to but it's really put me off.

The online time for collection is usually not correct so best to check before leaving for collection. The team leader was very accomodating and helped prepare my order, preventing any further delays. Team looked like they were working hard!

Went in to the store and order a pizza and chicken strips took 40 minuets, after 30 mins of waiting one of the 2 lads working there looked at me and said "what do you want" as if I hadn't been there avoid this place

It’s a good pizza and they always welcome you but the thing is that they kinda do it very slowly like they don’t know what they doing but doing it so that’s why I rate it this way ok bye

Just picked up large veg supreme. The name says supreme. Nothing supreme about it. Hardly any veg... Just eating dough. Called them but they expect me to make another trip to pick up again. Couldnt even deliver a replacement assuming it will have supreme veg. They expect me to make anoother trip.

Ordered a pizza and it gave me food positioning. Contacted dominos and their response, in summary, was we don’t care and prove it.

Placed an order. I paid for it and wasn't delivered. They wouldn't refund me and gave me a number to call a customer service number for a refund. I'll never use them again

Have ordered pizzas EVERY WEEK from Mere Green for YEARS. Every week, because the website doesn't take account of allergies, I have to phone to ask for one of our two pizzas to be "half no cheese". There is NO allowance on the website to ask for this, although it is a very simple request. Usually there's no problem. This week, I phoned and phoned and phoned, immediately after ordering - because I must speak to the staff immediately after the online order, before the cheese gets dumped on the pizza. Phoned FOUR times. Every time the call was cut off after 2-3 minutes of hanging on. NOW, I'm going to get a pizza I can't bloody EAT!! Don't Dominos understand FOOD ALLERGIES????? Why aren't the staff answering the phone????

Ordered our pizzas at 5:30 when it came at 6:20 half of it was missing called the shop/restaurant to explain got told we will send the missing ones now be 10 mins. I called the shop back 15 minutes later to be told still not ready, so I asked for the whole order to be re done as other pizzas where going cold. Got told not a problem be 10mins so again waited 15 minutes again called back to be told because I wanted the order redone I will be another 15 minutes. Waited till 7.15 when it finally came by that time we didn't want it anymore. Never again will I use Dominoes mere green.

I ordered food at 4.25 pm and it was delivered at 4.50pm fantastic pizza recommend to everyone

If I could give this a - 10 I would. I am currently in isolation and I live in an apartment block they said they can't enter the building to deliver my pizza due to health and safety. I can't leave my flat due to covid. Funny how everyone else can still deliver but not domino's. Still waiting on my refund

Orderd three pizzas for the family specifically requesting no beef. The family tuck into the top two pizza and then we realise the third has beef on it. Straightaway we call domino's and explain the situation to a very apologetic young man. He then passes us on to the manager Anita. Anita asks what the problem is? We once again explain the situation and then were horrified to hear her response that mistakes happen! We explain that is not a acceptable response only to be told "we can have another pizza". We explain that we don't want another pizza and would appreciate a refund which she agrees to. At the point of refund she then abruptly states that as a voucher was used and only refund a reduced figure. We point out that no discount voucher was used. We eventually gave up and will be taking the matter up with the area manager. Manager Anitas attitude is horrendous and seriously lacks customer service skills!!!

Had a pizza and it was that good I got another the next day. Prefer to pizza hut now.

Rude staff delivery service refused to come through shared comunial entrance he didn't know where he was going I called him but he refused to give me my order and drove off I am calling food standard agency. I have epilepsy and been too poorly to do anything today just needed something quick to eat cant believe the staff put the phone down on me when I was just trying to sort things out

has Brexit affected how they prepare their pizzas, are they stock piling their toppings so they don't have to use them until it's absolutely necessary. 10 pieces of pineapple on a large Hawaiian pizza along with spot the ham, all I could taste was tomato sauce and little cheese, not great. If you expectations are low you'll be happy - you have been warned!!!

Always loved this place. My main go to for ordering food. Always collection as the deals are way better. Good service. Fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Who doesn't love a good Dominos? Slow to deliver during peak times, but a top & tasty pizza when it does arrive.

They got my order wrong sent me two garlic pizzas instead of one used the wrong pizza base that i ordered then missef off an item off my order called about 3 times because i had to wait over 2 and hald hours for tgem ro send out missed item after closing i still hadnt recieved item really dissapointed as used this dominoes loads

Pizzas and all the trimmings are always good, maybe not always on the potato wedges but then it's a pizza shop. Good selection of pizzas well prepared and presented though a little on the pricy side, look for the deals or even go collect it yourself. A word to the manger, your pleasant to the customers but your staff are scared of you, lighten up you might keep them longer.

Ordered double decadence pizzas 3 or 4 times now and they either have no or very little cheese filling, happening more and more these days. Given various rubbish excuses when complained.

Good Quick service for delicious pizza's. However VERY expensive unless a discount code is used.

They will literally stand outside the flat and not come up to the door when you buzz them in. This would be acceptable if they would at least tell you this on the intercom instead of leaving, or even on the phone when you pay extra for delivery. We were told by a staff member at this branch that in Sutton Coldfield they have to deliver to the door however Hamzar, presumably a manager at the branch, disputes this. So either Hamzar is wrong, or his colleague is, but in either case we found Hamzar just awful to deal with. Whether he is just a bad egg in a basket of good ones or the training in customer service is non existent, it is not what you expect of such a well known brand.

If I could minus stars, I WOULD! Cold every time, I live down the road😤

Had a problem with ovens they called and were most helpfull and apllogetic ....imran gave me a free order next time.... We all have problems its how you deal with them.....nice one imran....isaac...👍

Very expensive for a pizza. Don't always get your changes right either.

I ordered a double decadence pizza: This is the THIRD time I've ordered one of these from the Mere Green branch and received it WITHOUT the sauce in between the layers. What's that all about? Sort it out, I will 100% be pursuing a refund.

We live 5 mins away and after collecting from the store, we got it home and it was completely cold and inedible.

Quality, Great group of people... The pizza's are amazing!

We first ordered our pizza and used the deal over £50 and you get it half price, the pizza arrived after 1 hour and then the pizza driver drove off because he Thught we were going to mug him even though I was wearing socks and sandals 💁 Like good one mate and then he came back and ordered for us to pay £50 because we had apparently order well over £100 of pizza, k then mate . Wouldn't order from them unless you like getting violated on a daily

Poor, pathetic service. After waiting 50 minutes called to find out where was our delivery, the manager informed that the order will take another 25-30mins. And on asking what's the point of having fast food service, an appalling reply that he can't call or inform all the orders how long will it take. Never ordering again. No #Domino's# ever
