Pizza was okay and tasty. Do not order the Nachos, overpriced. Got more from the cinema at less a price.... and that is saying something

Called up to order as app was down and tried two cards both times the app prompted me to call store...for what point I don't see...I I check mown email to see the order hasn't gone through . Bloke got me to relay whole order then said sorry can't order iver the phone... more lack of service and common sense in the world since covid...the least work they can do the better by dominoes off to the nice local ones that take orders over the phone card and cash ....

The store manager “Esther” has a serious attitude problem and really needs to be sent on a customer service course. Food was cold and found an ant in one of the pizzas!! When told she was overly aggressive- I feel like this was not the first time she had dealt with creepy crawlers being in the food or else why the need for such behaviour. There are much better, cleaner establishments in Gravesend so would avoid this like the plague

Warning ❗️ Avoid ❗️ Well … where to start ….. there’s two positives to this review 1)the food arrived quickly and 2)the driver was lovely …. However… ALL Food was cold! Fries were undercooked!!! Legitimately some were raw , the burgers were burned and cold to the point the plastic cheese didn’t even melt 🤣 the “ salad “ consisted of 10 strands of wilted lettuce & you could have broken your teeth on the onion rings and the extra sauces we ordered never arrived …. All for almost 50 pounds ?!? Wow ! I tried calling the restaurant as soon as I unpacked it and realised it was all cold but went straight to voice mail ! Avoid this place like the plague !! Disappointing! Threw it out , got a refund and ordered from somewhere else where we trust our food will be hot and delicious 👌🏻

We order a pickup delivery from them and couldn’t not find the place anywhere, we called Uber eats to ask for help finding the place. They contacted the restaurant who said that the address was correct? Had to cancel the order in the end would not recommend
