10/10 Staff, placed an order to the wrong house and the manager was very understanding, the order was £30+ and on the phone he was extremely nice and said he will make the food and send it to the correct address. Extremely kind staff !

It's domino's. Very high standards and amazing food, however chips were a bit dry, but the pizzas were absolutely stunning, visually and regarding taste

Usually when a mistake is made and you call the food place to sort your order they don’t say aw it’s too late and not change the order unfortunately the reply for dominos when I called 2 mins after ordering to fix my mistake Tuff it’s to late and hung up Ridiculous customer service paying. A lot of money for something I won’t even eat now

Im going to say this is the most consistent pizza available in Methil/Leven. As far as Domino’s goes this is a pretty good one. Never really had any issues. As with any pizza franchise they do suffer with the lack of toppings but will use from time to time. I’ve updated this review as there was a problem with a recent delivery but this was dealt with so well even on a busy night so definitely deserving of all stars now in my opinion. 👍🏽

I don't usually like Domino's pizzas as they tend to be greasy, too sweet and expensive. Kids love it though. Service is fast and pleasant, but not a great place to eat in. Only a couple of tables to the side of a large busy kitchen area.

I NOTICED A £15 CHARGE ON MY CARD FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS AND HAVE TRACED IT BACK TO AN ORDER I PLACED WITH THEM ONLINE!!! £30 ORDER OF GREASY SLOP HAS EVENTUALLY COST ME OVER £100. Was taking my grandson for a few days holiday to Shell Bay. His favourite treat is dominos pizza so we googled dominos on the way and decided on dominos leven. We ordered pizza and garlic bread and asked if we could sit in and eat and were told if course we could so we sat in, waited for our order, enjoyed eating it, went to toilet and went on our way. Great experience so we did the same on our way home. Alas, two days gone and I received a parking ticket from company representing dominos for staying more than 20 MINUTES in the car park followed by another one on the way home xx the manager at dominos got the tickets down to £20 for each ticket but why should I have to pay £40 for parking while eating in dominos. Don't think so. I spend around £20 a week at dominos but no more. Absolutely disgusted.

I got a take away pizza. I knew it was going to be expensive compared to independent places but the quality was good.

Not very good pizza soggy and absolutely ridiculous that they don't accept cash will only accept card payments they have no right to refuse cash as they did with a customer to be served before me

I live locally to the store, so despite a physical disability I popped into the store in a spur of the moment. Billy and Dillon made sure that I got the best deal possible, for collection, and then, due to me being on crutches and braces, and living just around the corner, they had one of their delivery team, Scott, drop me off to save me waddling back with the pizza. The quality of the pizza was high, exactly as expected. The team was incredibly polite, helpful and friendly and they truly went above and beyond to make sure that I not only got a good deal, but also got the best possible experience. I cannot commend the team there highly enough!

Pizza was fantastic, and you get so many good deals with the app. Delivery times are good and food is consistently of a high standard

Don't accept cash, dominoes customer care says upto franchise owner so its not dominoes policy

Hello I would like to make a complaint against your policy on cash acceptance. Cash is legal tender and even though you are within the law not too accept it, some customers much prefer this way of transactions, some of us rely on cash in our daily life whether it be due to budgeting, it could be due to being unable to open a bank account, if your card gets marked for fraud you can’t use it, therefore with a zero cash policy this is limiting on how people can pay and therefore singling out some of the most vulnerable people in society and those who rely on it. I can understand times have changed and card transactions are much more common, but there should be an option where someone can pay cash. I also understand that a lot of places went cashless during Covid, but this isn’t an excuse anymore cash has always been around and there are lot more things dirtier than cash, staff still have to touch other things, so if hygiene is being followed correctly within a workplace cash is not an issue. There are people who have handled cash every day since covid and still not caught it therefore I don’t think it is reasonable to blame covid as a factor. Now due to the cost-of-living crisis cash is making a comeback and therefore businesses should be supporting customers and how they wish to pay, at the end of the day customers is what makes a business survive, so why would businesses want to turn away people who are willing to give you their hard-earned cash. Thank You

If you like bad pizza all the time go here for your nice raw under cooked pizza , not sure what this store does to the food but every time I give them a try again I end up getting a refund from head office because of how bad the food is this place really needs to be shut down .....

Pizzas are great etc staff on the other hand- pretty rude and for that reason I've not been back. Another experience with absolutely rude staff 😡 would love to meet the franchise manager"as that's what I've been advised" well hello sir I'll see you soon.

This has to be the worst takeaway food ever. Took 50 minutes to arrive (I live 2 minutes from the restaurant). Food arrived lukewarm. Pizza had minimal cheese and toppings, and was very poor quality. A very expensive mistake and one I certainly won't repeat. There are other small independent restaurants in town (Bodrum, and Shorehead Pizza which offer a far better experience. What can I say about Domino's? the phrase "junk food" doesn't even come close. One to avoid.

We got given a voucher for £15 as there was a slice of pizza missing form one of our orders. I placed an order on the phone as advised by the manager. When I arrived to collect we gave our names and got asked to wait. On the screen it said our pizza was ready. We waited 10 min or so before they realised that our pizza had been sitting there this hole time. When we got home I was furious as the Thin and Crispy pizza was like a tortilla and completely un edible. It even snapped like a crisp. My partner and I come here at least 2/3 times a week and will no longer be coming back. the customer service and lack of ability to even make a pizza is ridiculous. Seriously how hard can it be to cook a pizza?

Just like any other Domino's. The food is great even if the pizzas are American Italian rather than Italian Italian. Order tracking in the app is a bonus and I've found delivery from here to be spot on. The only way they will get 5 stars, however, is to reduce their prices.

Ridiculous customer service , ordered my food at 20.10 and got a message saying it would be 8 mins, 45 minutes later they finally gave us our food although the shop was not even busy! The garlic bread was freezing, no chicken dippers and had to personally ask for a refund as I had paid for them online. Not impressed and will not be back.

Potato wedges were hard the crispy crumb on the chicken was soggy plus forgot part of our order eventually it arrived 40 mins later I'm disappointed as I've been here a few times and it was always good it has went a bit down hill now

Telephoned in order asked for 2 for 1 and a portion of potato wedges. I was told it will be 15min . I went to collect I was 3min early . When I went in the assistant ( male ) said he had given my pizza to the delivery driver and ill have 8min to wait !! I said ok. The other assistant ( female ) said it will be 6min I said again it is 2 for 1 she said yes. I waited then the assistant ( female brought my order over I said its 2 for 1 she said I didnt order that I said I did and I said to you when you were making the pizza and you said yes!!!! She looked at him and he looked at her😡 no reply . I said just give me my pizza ive waited long enough!!! I wouldnt like to see them on a busy night!!!! Disgusted Customer Elaine Gray
