Domino's Pizza in Barrow-in-Furness

Since the change of management, I feel the pizza has less topping and not as tasty as before...

We have had many lovely pizzas from here, ordered a 12" a 9" and a garlic bread with cheese for delivery. £46 !!!!!! The deals have gone and so have we!!! Get real Domino's, shocking absolutely shocking!!

Went in there this evening and ordered a vegetarian mushroom pizza with stuffed crust and cheesey garlic bread . I got home and there was no mushrooms , no stuffed crust and garlic bread smelt like it had a cleaning mop rinsed on it , not f...in happy! Hoyed it straight in the bin , 20 quid in person ffs , absolute noddy! Do not buy from here ever!

Absolutely shocking service ordered a pizza barbecue base instead of tomato puree couldn't even get that right on the second attempt. 30 minutes wait on the third attempt I give up and left not even an apology

Can't believe they don't supply bags,had to walk with 2 chips snd to pizza's with a bike,drooped 1 lot of chips as had to try balancing chips on top of A cardboard box,even if I wasn't on a bike it wud still be hard balancing box's,GET BAGS!!!

Up to standard and good service

1 star is generous. Couldn’t order online as their site didn’t recognise the postcode of our hotel. Called to order, only to go through the whole process and be told we couldn’t order because my house 100 miles away doesn’t have a number. EVENTUALLY manage to place an order, only to find out payment has been taken twice! My fault apparently. Good finally turns up & it’s burnt!

Service is terrible at Walney Rd store..... Constantly short of staff,food 50/50 whether hot and the service has certainly taken a dip.... Was a regular customer but find it hard to justify £40+ for poor attitude/service! Sorry guys.......all facts though x

20 minutes wait for a walk in..... not too bad for an evening.

Stood there for approx 7 mins whilst all the staff saw me standing there,no one came to serve me. They all looked at me but kept making pizzas. I was the only one in the shop. Ended up having to put my head through and asking for service. I know see why it is closing

We don't often buy take away food, but when we do, pizza is a firm family favourite. This branch of Domino's is close by to where we live and is very clean, the staff are friendly and courteous and it's great to see ones pizza being made.

Good pizza and with the deal they had fed 2 adults and 2 hungry children at a good price

I'm not a pizza fan but I love their chicken wings with Frank's hot sauce! Best chicken wings I've found.

Only used it a couple of times but seems pretty a pretty decent Domino's. staff are friendly enough & really fast with the orders.

Dropped my starter on floor before handing me it, then I waited for a new one. By the time I was home, pizza wasn't half as hot. Problem is, I pre ordered and you made my pizza earlier than my time i asked for too. So it was already sat 10 mins before I could make it.. and another 10 mins. Not a very good service tbh. Should have offered to make the whole thing again realistically?

Ordered online through the app, very easy to order & pizza's arrived on time & delivery lad was spot on for social distancing. All pizza's were tasty & piping hot too.

Not good service, order was paid for and the money had came out of the account but the order didn't go through to the shop. We knew nothing about it untill we phoned an hour and a half after we placed the order. Was told by the 'manager' there was nothing they could do even if we showed them proof the money had gone out the account. I laughed in disbelief and was told I was being rude and would be hung up on if I continued. Was told the money would take 2 to 3 days to go back in to the account. This was ment to be a treat for my Birthday. Thanks Domino's! Was eventually given a number to call were I was helped by someone with good costumer service and the money went back in to the account right away. The whole thing was hassle that was not needed. Ordered again with pizza hut.

Phoned to pre order lady i spoke to was very helpful. We use Roose Road domino's as the kids love it hot food and happy kids

Great pizza, quick delivery... bit pricier than local takeaways.

Food was quite quick but order was wrong. Sent out replacement straight away but ment we couldn't all eat together.

I am a Google reviewer and I travel around the UK to find good hotels and restaurants and give them honest reviews. I have experience in the restaurant and hotel industry so I know what I am looking out for. And here are my findings. Service can be rather slow We didn't open up any of the food till we got home then we noticed it was burnt and due to family circumstances we had to travel away and couldn't call them straight away The food is OK there is not a very big menu Complaints are not handled very well the store are brilliant BUT the area manager is very slow and not the best so I have sent all my findings to head office and they have tried to contact this manager bow and he still hasn't done his job very well as he still hasn't responded to head office I have requested a full investigation to be opened up But apart from my findings the staff are OK

Sempre pizzas de boa qualidade, sou um cliente assíduo e frequente. Só não dou as cinco estrelas pelo facto de não ter mesas e cadeiras no interior para ocasionalmente comer por lá, obviamente pelo facto de não haver espaço... Outra situação negativa é o facto de por vezes no site informar que as pizzas estão prontas, chegar lá e ter de esperar mais um pouco, no entanto, recomendo
