Domino's Pizza in Harrow

Worst ever dominos pizza i ever had from this shop. If this is your classic regular crust no idea how is thin crust going to be. Need to improve and train the staff properly please

Ordered the new cheese burger pizza they didn’t have the sauce for it or the other toppings that supposed to have They then called me to ask if I wanted anything else instead I don’t usually make a review but on this occasion I understand they didn’t have any of the toppings but why allow me to order it pay by card then say they haven’t got it I only ordered it because I wanted try the new pizza I don’t want to wait to get a refund so I just was like what ever

Taste is okay but I found a strand of hair in it last time

I ordered a margarita pizza last night with an Italian based, but it came like thin and crispy.., almost with absolute no cheese. A driver delivered my pizza and second driver appeared and delivered an extra pizza again by mistake, but since both pizzas were dry and super thin and didn’t meet my expectation I threw both in garbage. You usually make mistakes a lot due to high demands during weekends. It’s not easy to make money in this country, please have more respect for customers. Thanks

I am very disappointed with my recent Domino’s order. My pizza was burnt, and when I called to report it, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. This experience has made me reconsider ordering from Domino’s in the future.

I ordered cheese pizza with extra cheese And they charge me 1.50 pounds around extra for cheese but I do not feel any kind of extra cheese they put as it is normal the girl who made pizza I think she putting cheese from her house therefore she didn't add proper extra cheese, so furthermore I wont go in dominos even I don't recommend to my friend to go. Other so many competitors are available in market who gives pizza in less price with good quantity of cheese without paying extra money of cheese...

Visited Dominos Harrow branch to get a pizza.I noticed the staff members making the pizza and placing the toppings with bare hands not using gloves.There is no chance that they wash their hands for every single orders that they make.Not sure how people with food allergies and restrictions are taken care.

Food not hygienic at all! will be contacting the necessary people to find out who is running this store.

We love coming to Harrow Dominos as Raj always provides excellent customer service. Every time we have been he is so polite, professional, always serves with a smile and always gets the order right! He truly does a great job and should be recognised for this and promoted and looked after! Thank you Raj! I ordered chicken wings which was not properly cooked and we ordered margarita cheese burst pizza and we received cheese pizza it was a horrible experience,this is what you guys deliver to customer

Second time ordered with them, first i ordered via phone, and i made it clear i dont want cheese, now i order on the website, and i chosed create your own pizza i selected topping but no cheese, i assumed hence no cheese selected they will understand that i dont want any cheese. Pizza arrived with cheese, i called them and the manager is arguing with me that there is no cheese option, we look through all selection again and nowhere such a thing, after 5 min he is telling me i need to double click on the cheese, so it will appear a thick blue line, and apparently everyone knows this. So if anyone wants no cheese, double click on the cheese😂 is common sense according to him. And all customers knows it. Brilliant.

Terrible customer service from the Asian man at the till who was miserable. If you don’t like your job work harder to get one that you enjoy.

This place is an absolute waste of money as well as time! The staff is terribly rude, doesn’t even know the basic customer service. You can definitely believe the negative comments here before you make your choice to buy pizza from them!

Bought a pizza from here. totally dry. too much raw flour falling off. The crust was way too huge. It's like eating only bread most of the time. Cherry on top, unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this place to my friends.

One month ago, I ordered pizza for collection, once it was ready and checked by one of staff member Miss Rinky before delivery and she found it was not good and she made another one, it was amazing. Yesterday I ordered a large pizza and again it was delivered Miss Rinky and it was delicious 😋. Thank you

I ordered a pizza n saw that staff are not wearing gloves when making pizza The food hygiene is not maintained @dominos should think about this someone might have food poisoning because of this. When we asked they say we wash hand but I was observing I didn't see that's happening

I just bought takeaway pizza from Harrow Domino's Pizza and found plastic in that. How people can be careless. Really not satisfied with the pizza od specially of this harrow branch. My Order number was 152 time 5:47 please manage it and ensure that your staff did not make this mistake again.

I ordered the take away and i was standing at the bake side of the door with friends and the name of the delivery person DAXESH. He was driving veryfast and abusing on father and mother and trying to heat with the car on my bick so is it in your low that you guys are allowed to drive beyond speed and drive on other pathway . And also he was very rood while talking to us.. so from the next time no orders from the domino’s and also will never visit to the door.. and he was driver and saying that he is the manager of the domino’s.. is it so your managers behave like this. Kindly take out from the job like this person who dont have any knowledge of behaving with the customer.. i m strictly says no to everyone whosoever orders .

Worst dominos outlet ever! The pizza sauce was poured excessively in to the bread and you won’t feel any other flavours other than the tangy tomato. The service was terrible and it was nothing Bu waste of money!

Bad service. Bad to mediocre food. Poor delivery service. Slow and take ages to deliver. Low quality staff, food and services. And is a nasty rip off with disgusting staff and apparently they have bad hygiene too. Gross. Will avoid this branch.

One of the best pizza I ever had:) Staff is really kind and helpful. They tried their best to make pizza as fast as possible and it was perfectly cooked. Store was clean aswell. 100% recommended. Please go visit harrow branch todayy!!

The worst Domino's outlet and service ever.. We ordered pizza at 8.30 pm and the pizza was delivered at 10.45 pm.. When we tried calling to cancel the order there was no answer.. Ridiculous

Went to order some pizzas yesterday evening, the woman taking orders was picking her nose thumb deep. We asked her who was preparing the pizzas, she was smiling as she carried on touching her nose and pointed at her colleague. After organising some pizzas boxes and what not, she did wash her hands I believe. But in a food place, touching your face and nose in unacceptable. You’d think the recent pandemic would make people see sense and stop such filthy habits, but even in a kitchen environment she carried on. I saw another member of staff rubbing her face. Wouldn’t come here again, the pizza was nice but I didn’t feel comfortable knowing staff there aren’t hygienic.

One of the worst customer service ever saw in Dominos 376 station road Harrow . Call has been transfer to manager , instead of resolving the issue , he just want to cancel the order.Moreover the telephonic conversation was pathetic.Even after saying that , I am ready to pay delivery charge but nothing happen.

Great local Domino's. Normally they have their normal deals going on but many times there are local deals that make them stand out. Pizzas are great as always!

I would say, terrible service. I brought buy 1 get one free pizza yesterday and as per the liflet it is £18.99 and they charge me £19.99. and when I went there to take £1.00 refund, they said it is £19.99 in our system but the liflet is still showing still £18.99. Pathetic services. Over and above this the pizza quality was lower than local pizza shop. I think they don't take customer seriously.

Never order from the harrow branch!!! Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. The branch manager, Bhruti, was so rude, hung up on me just because she didn't want to deal with my order. She didn't want to answer any of my queries even though my I had ordered over 45 minutes before deciding to call, she said she hadn't even received my order yet I had an email confirmation & money had come out of my account. She didn't want to help whatsoever and instead repeatedly said the app will react itself and I'll get an automatic refund in 4-5 working days?! I called customer service and they helped big time - told me the shop was having system errors but even despite that they called the shop to give them my order before I even called the shop myself, so Bhruti lied instead and didn't want to make my order evidently. Customer service called them and they've been having issues with the employees at the branch too. After customer service called them a few times they finally made my order after 2 hours and even then the branch called to say my order was outside my door but it didn't show up for another 30minutes. Ps. all this stress for a meal for one. Conclusion of this, domino's as a brand is great but whoever own's the franchise of Harrow clearly have no clue how to hire people with customer service.

One of the worst pizza I have ever received. Firstly, I tried to place order for delivery on phone. There was a lady on call at 9:45pm on 17th November 2020. When I placed the order I told her my card number and rest details. I don’t know what was the problem with her? She was just behaving as if she is deaf that she couldn’t hear and as if she doesn’t understand English . So then she asked me to place order online only! And she was extremely arrogant! Secondly, I received a cold food. And the toppings were very less, no cheese ... and when I tried to explain this on call, the lady was rude! Argued that we serve this type of pizza only! I mean seriously???? When I asked to talk with manager, she said there’s no manager. How do you handle a store without store manager? Kindly look after your team.

I pre ordered 2 pizzas online at last night for delivery at 10:45PM. The driver was not here on time and I had to leave home. I phoned the Harrow store to ask them where my order was the responce I recieved was from AVI, who at first refused to give me her name and I was given it by a collegue, was very very rude she told me 'if you want the pizza take it' and hung the phone up. I called again.. I asked for the managers name to make a complaint and ask for a full refund she refused to give me the managers name and gave the wrong time the manager would be in the store on 18/10/2020 and hung up without letting me respond. I called again a thrid time to ask where the driver was. I then heard her in the background speaking in Gujrati to her collegue saying 'we dont care just hang the phone up on him'. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. VERY VERY STAFF. Its a great shame the stores staff are ruining the franchise owners business. Staff seriously need training in customer service.

EXTEREMLY RUDE staff. The franchise owner really needs get the rude staff trained in customer service. The pizzas are not made properly either. They are ruining franchise owners business faster than they can imagine.

Terrible customer services. I called to order pizzas and the attendant couldn't understand me... then I decided to order it online. After an hour an a half I called several times for an update, the store didn't pick. After many trials a girl finally picks, she told me it would take 30 minutes more.... at the end it took 1 hour more😡😡😡 total disaster. I will never order again....

We ordered two large pizza's on 26th Sept 2020. It took them 1hour to deliver the pizza when we live literally 10mins away. When it came the pizza's were cold and tasted horrible. Half of the pizza didn't have proper toppings on them also and crust was so hard that looked burnt. It was a really terrible dominos experience. Also the delivery guy was standing right in front of door without a mask..

I enjoy visiting this store for takeaway, staffs are courteous and care and notice that you are standing and looking for help. Pizzas are awesome it's a Domino's brand taste.

Ordered a pizza that was never delivered and was then refused a refund because it had left the restaurant. Either incompetent or criminal.

Terrible service, rude staff and ridiculous waiting times.

10 pizzas to be delivered for 12.30pm as a Christmas treat for 30 staff at work to say thank you for all their help during the year. Took over 40 minutes for them to actually arrive AFTER my selected time and they were cold. You could walk from their shop to our building within 10 minutes. Called to make a formal complaint and asked for email address and was told “perfer if you didn’t complain... we are a new business opened up”. 21st December sent a complaint email located on dominos website - dominoslacl@aol.com for this branch... to date (22nd March 2020) not had a reply. If you want pizza don’t bother placing an order with this branch. Rude, poor service but very happy to take £120!! Will NEVER order from here again!

Absolutely horrible service. Zero customer service. Avoid!!!

Unfortunately a complete shambles. Staff seem clueless, not bothered about providing good service & borderline rude. Pizza is also made badly. This is close to where I live, but I now order from a different franchise. Advice to management - spend a bit of time there & review processes.

Customer service as such doesn't exist for the staff. Rude, without saying hello or good afternoon the guy in the phone said "Boss"to me,not knowing if im a woman or a man.Order dropped in front of our gate,driver left them there promosing us to bring new ones.Almost after 50minutes we had to call them to ask where our order was,the portion of Nachos was burnt,we couldnt have them...unbelievable...I will NEVER USE THEM.

Absolutely aplaud by the level of customer service from this branch, I have waited over 1 hour for my delivery and after contacting the branch for a update the lady who answered the call assured me that my order was on it's way and being loaded onto the delivery vehicle. After waiting another 20 minutes I called up for a update and the shift manager said the order was not yet cooked. I requested to speak to the manager and he refused and was rude, aggresive and offensive, and hanged up on the call. I will be sending a recording of the call to there head office to review. Avoid this branch and dont waste your time and money.

Horrible, £15 to the bin, literally the worst pizza ever. I asked for extra cheese and I have zero idea on how that extra cheese became in no cheese at all, literally, its impossible to fall of (there isn't big chunks of cheese to explain the missing parts too) looks like someone puked it. I don't know what they did to it and who was watching/supervising the one that made that pizza. But this is defo the worst domino's pizza shop.

Horrible service. It takes over an hour to deliver and I live 5 streets away! Called and called and all the rude staff do is give excuses "there's too much traffic, driver got lost, driver took other deliveries too,etc etc" or they simply hang up the phone. Zero stars.

Takeaway Domino's, around 300 meters from Harrow on the Hill station. Good place to order, staffs are courteous. However beware of it is weekend it will take you around 40-50 minutes to order and collect your pizza.

When I ordered from here I at least expected the food to be cooked. Terrible service disgusting food will never use this dominos again. Save your money buy a frozen pizza from Iceland next door.

awful service..just found some hair in our pizza,the wedges weren't cooked properly,the veg pizza had half cooked onions and vegs..always order from the kenton branch or Belmont..
