Ordered a pizza and sides to the value of £30.00 online where they display clearly the number of items you’ve ordered on screen. Disappointing that the Glengormley branch cant manage to count to 13 number of items ordered. 2 juice where missing and 4 dips on questioning the driver he said no the order was correct which knowing it wasn’t I contacted the branch manager to feel like I was talking to “Alexa” so he offered to replace the dips and juice but struggled with the understanding my pizza and sides where ordered with dips because I eat the items together. No understanding that dominos made the mistake therefore I’m paying to eat pizza either without dips, how I don’t like it or cold with dips. The manager is not authorised to replace the order to how it was ordered. I fully understand why he wouldn’t replace the order because of the juice, but who eats dips as an individual item? Lesson learned going forward will be no ordering online, driver can stand at the door while the entire order is checked before payment exchange and if it’s wrong he will take the whole order back. Dominos need to address staff training and customer service! Shockingly poor when the dips arrived 30 minutes after your pizza and sides, think they should get their branding redone because mine definitely wasn’t fresh or hot!

Attended the Glengormley High School Open day yesterday and were given lunch, courtesy of Dominos. 600 kids and staff were fed on time,in two sittings. The Margerita pizzas were warm, cheesy and filled lots of bellies!! Nothing short of a well oiled, military precision event!!

335 Antrim RoadOn special occasions we order from here. In the past, I've always enjoyed the food and it was delivered quickly. My personal favourite is a 1/4 pound cheeseburger which I order with a salad. Healthy freak that I am. With the last 5 orders, salad has only appeared once. The website is very specific when it comes to added extras. Why can it not add the requested salad. It has spoiled my meal. I don't think I will use this supplier any more. Shame

44 The SquareOrdered from here for my daughter's 5th birthday. 3 of the 6 items were wrong/missing. Rang to enquire and the wee lad on the phone cut me off when I started to say what was wrong, assuming I was someone else who's order they must of messed up too. He declared he had tried to phone me to say they didn't have wedges and the swap would be for chips. I had no missed calls so he must have been ringing the other fella he assumed I was at the beginning. He then just went silent. No customer service skills whatsoever. Feeling he was total inept I asked to be passed to a manager so he held the phone slightly away from his face and shouted "this fella wants to talk to a manager" in a mocking voice. I got a manager on the phone and said the side was wrong but I hear they sold out of it and swapped for chips so that's ok but the deal I bought online came with garlic bread and a dip and there was none in the bag. The manager said the website needed to be changed and she didn't actually know what the deals are at the minute. Another 45minutes later the driver came with the missing items. 2 hours wasted on food that was worse than an Asda meal deal. Used to go to Valentino's way back in the day, about 10 years ago, and the food was excellent. How the place is running now you wouldn't think they've been open 10 minutes. Reviews are fake and images on social media are not what you receive.
