Pedí pizza de dominó esta noche 21/10/20 y al notar que mi pizza no estaba bien, regresé a la tienda para preguntar si se podía cambiar; sólo para darme cuenta de que estaba equivocado y había pedido un supremo de pollo en lugar del supremo vegetal. el gerente de turno lo solucionó y me dio la pizza que quería sin costo adicional. Gran servicio y volveré.

Muy mal servicio. Pizza dijo que había sido entregada cuando no lo había hecho, luego, cuando llamé para preguntar, el encuestado colgó el teléfono mientras yo hablaba. Dos veces. NO HAGA SU PEDIDO DESDE AQUÍ.

January 14th, 2016. I've just ordered a pizza from dominos in Headingly & when it arrived the pizza was wrong & they hadn't delivered the extra dips that I'd paid for. My friend had taken a bite of the pizza already and ended up pulling a long thick black hair out of her mouth which was inserted in the pizza! (We all have blonde/brown hair) When we called up to complain they said they would give us a refund for the pizza & send the correct pizza and dips we'd payed for as long as we gave the first pizza back to the driver which we did. The driver was so rude when he came to collect the pizza & accused us of putting the hair in the pizza ourselves and then told us we weren't getting a new pizza. I then called up the store and spoke to the manager to which he accused me of putting the hair in the pizza myself & told me I was lying and said that he deals with "girls like me" everyday trying to get free pizza's. To which I said I wasn't trying to get a free pizza, I wanted the correct pizza I had originally ordered as well as a refund for the terrible service and communication, to which he then told me to take it to head office and said "bye" and hung up on me whilst I was still speaking. I'm absolutely appalled with this level of service and would like to send a health and safety officer round to sort out the hygiene level to make sure no other girls get treated the way I have been tonight. Every single member of staff I have spoken to tonight has been disrespectful and rude & are a disgrace to the dominos brand.

I've ordered from this shop on several occasion and I can honestly say this shop is filled with some of the most arrogant staffs I've ever come across in my life. I can't count the number of times they've either mixed our orders with someone else's or deliver less that what we ordered. While I appreciate that sometimes when you work in a fast paced environment, mistakes are inevitable, these guys take arrogant to a completely new level. There is nothing like customer service apart from a bunch of pizza lads with "I don't care attitude" who tell their customer "So what if some of your order is missing...? I can't send the rest now 'cos my delivery man had other things to do". I can go on and on! We ordered online and the driver only half of the order. When I called to ask for the rest, they were absolutely rude and kept arguing. When i didn't back down, someone decided to check and reluctantly said a driver will drop the remaining orders very soon. Guess what? It took them over an hour to deliver the remaining part of our orders. In the past, I sent an email to dominos head office and they simply forwarded it to the franchisee who did nothing to resolve the situation. What I do now is drive to another branch of domino's or simply find something else to eat. Watch out when you visit this store!

Quick delivery, good standard dominos pizzas. Expensive but get offers via text and post all the time, so i wait for them before ordering.
