Really good food . pizzas was nice and hot friendly in shop would definitely recommend

Pretty decent Doms, delivery service also spot on, and if I collect, i always get a welcome from friendly staff, the pizzas are on par. My only criticism is they have stopped taking cash. Card only!! This is not the staffs fault.

Ordered for a delivery they took my order and my money and said it would arrive with 30-40 mins then never arrived. I called to ask where my food was and they told me they couldn’t find my address and that driver had tried to call but had no missed calls when I had my phone next to me on loud from time of order.. absolutely disgusted.. the Americans would be ashamed of your poor efforts of service

Ordered food in store using the collection only deals, was then overcharged by £13 and when questioned was told that buy one get one free wasn't included, something that domino's is renowned for. The manager then came forward and when explained he agreed we had been over charged and a refund was to be made. A refund couldn't be done in store, for some reason, but a mobile number was taken and was told the head office would be calling in a few hours. 48 hrs later no call had been attempted leaving us to chase up the refund. The service was horrendous, we waited for the pizzas and was never called forward when they were ready, we then asked how long they will be and the manager then got them for us. We said how comes we haven't been called forward? Reply was just "sorry". Completely unacceptable. We had been waiting for 30 minutes. The food was dire! The thin based pizza was like eating rice paper, only 1 slice was actually eaten. And obviously by the time we got home, all of a 4 minute drive, all the pizzas was luke warm and not enjoyable. I have been to many domino's over the years and this is definitely the worst one.

Always good if I get it right go most weeks to get pizzas get on really well the boss

Ordered from here hundreds of times, there is rarely any issues. Lunch menu is also great and staff are friendly!

Alright pizza 🍕, sometimes a bit on the dry side! My son's chicken one the strips of chicken we're really stringy and dry!, I'm one of those gluten intolerant ppl I'm afraid, and there gluten free pizza is brilliant but so so OVERPRICED it's disgusting to charge for an XL pizza for a 9inch gluten free one, but at least they are trying!

As far as Domino's goes, Maldon is OK. The service is quick, and the food is hot.

We ordered 3 large pizzas and charged for it ended up 3 medium pizzas, the manager wasn't friendly at all.

Great pizza ..downside a charge of £2.50 for a pizza delivery is very high plus still expected to tip driver...Question why pay delivery if it's not for a delivery driver

I cannot believe we are turning into a cashless society we do not all have the privilege of having a credit card also elderly people only carry cash I will not be returning

My daughter loves being able to customise her pizza toppings, sauce and the domino's stuffed crust. This has become her favourite takeaway over the last few years. The service is great, ready for collection on time and friendly staff.

For the 3rd time my Cheese Burger pixza has been delivered with no sauce on as described!!!🤬

Garlic pizza bread only had cheese on 1 slice, 3 other slices were bone dry. Came with wrong drink aswell. Recent orders have been really bad

Never got one of my orders correct, it’s always really late and the staff are rude. Pizzas decent but when you’re paying x amount it should be correct and on time. Once is acceptable to a certain extent but every single time isn’t.

10/15min it says 🤣 40min I waited for this 🤬 said it was done 20 before they give it to me

Can’t score zero stars. Ordered on the app, after 90 mins got an email to say it was delivered, but wasn’t. Phoned up store directly and was promptly hung up on, immediately phoned back to be told “sorry my colleague hung up on you because’ he’ was pissed off!!!!!” I mean!! What the……? Finally got the order after 2 hours, but it was wrong, got wedges instead of cookie dough and the whole order wasn’t even warm, let alone hot. Shocking experience on all levels. I have had the pleasure of running a small restaurant chain and would not dream of treating customers like this.

Shockingly terrible pizza… usually order quite regularly - but not anymore. Cold pizza honestly dryer than the boxes they come in… they must be rationing cheese and toppings at the moment as my over priced large thin crust was as bare as a pizza can possibly be. Worth driving and heading to Luigi’s up the hill for a proper pizza.

The in car collection never happened - just left sitting in my car like a chump.

Pizza has always been quite expensive from here. There now is a £2 delivery charge on top. Won't be ordering anymore. If the delivery charge is removed in the future I'll return.

Rude staff! Driver in navy ford fusion pulled out on us on the round about, proceeded to stick fingers up abd swear with small children in the car!

Apparently, the roads were impassable due to flooded roads but it hadn’t rained in days. Laughable nonsense from the Maldon branch and frankly embarrassing!

Food was nice, would say a bit expensive, garlic pizza bread had a bit of mushroom in the box (we didn't order anything with mushroom can't stand the stuff) one of the pizzas we ordered was only half cut, Apart from that all good

One of the key ingredients for a pizza is cheese and for the second time there has been f all cheese on my pizza, so frustrating, rip off.

Placed an order at quarter to 6 now quarter to 8 and haven’t received any food but they was quick enough to take the payment over the phone

It’s my partners only night off I fully understand they won’t deliver to where we live but they also won’t put it on the roof of our car and we get it off the roof once they have walked away. I fully understand what is going on my partner is a nurse and I only wanted to treat her after a horrific week. We are trying to put anyone at risk just needed to wind down before she goes back.

Ordered pizza recently on 3 consecutive days. Day one. No problems. Fast prompt service and piping hot delicious food. Yes they make delicious food and is fabulous to eat, day 2...exactly the same. Spot on. Would so order again. And we did. Spent shy of 80 gbp in 3 days. Now one pizza turned up perfect. I opened mine half and half large pizza and it really looked like someone had eaten some of it. I called up. Explained what I was looking at. Was offered a refund and replacement pizza within 30 minutes. Fantastic I thought. Was told it would take a few days for refund to process. Okay that's was fine by me. Pizza tuned up. Swapped over within 30 minutes. Fantastic performance. Well done team. Was very happy. Now the reason you get 2 stars is because over a week later and still no refund. Figure out which customer I am and give me my offered refund. Until then I'm very reluctant to order again. Seriously don't offer a refund if you have no intention of following through! Other than this refund issue I have no problems with this fast food company. Would have got 5 out 5 no problems.

Great pizza and customer service as usual. On line ordering sometimes a bit hit and miss, though. Still our favourite pizza - we're lucky to have it in Maldon.

It's a Domino's pizza, so nothing great and always feel the pizzas should be cooked for a bit longer.

We had a bad experience a couple of months ago (cold pizza, bad manager) so complained and got a voucher for a free pizza. This pizza and service was great, so we ordered again (and again!). Since then we have ordered several times and it really has been spot on.

Been to this dominos few times now and on the whole had positive experience. Love the thin and crispy pizza and rest like the stuffed crust. Not sure the half and half works as wasnt cut right and you tend to get 2 pieces with both half toppings on!

Cheap pizzas by the bucket load......not a fan of fast food joints and this one doesn't do much to change that opinion. Same old type of restaurant, nothing special just price is crazy for a pice of flat bread, thin layer of tomato sauce, chesse and a few sprinkles of a topping...... Apart from the above, my children won the arguement and we went to Dominos in Maldon and to be honest it is what it is, a place to buy expensive pizza as a treat for them. the experience wasnt bad

Have tried on a couple of occasions and far from impressed. Order placed on Web and delivered at correct time, meal as ordered so service good. Pizza looked uninspiring , minimal amount of toppings and cheese. Tasted as it looked, bland! Was not that cheap either. Have had much better Pizza for the same price or less from the local fast food shops in the High Street so will continue to use those in future.

Would never be eating anything from here again me and my partner had food poisoning. Can honestly say this place gone down hill wouldn't eat anything from here.

Faultless. Pizza was ready for collection on time, well presented and courteous counter service. Extras just as high quality. We have used Dominos a few times and have never had a bad experience. Good location and easy parking also.

buy most weeks but after a error pizza had wrong topping on. order taken by a trainee so no problem,, but when i phoned was basically called a liar.. i did not want a new pizza.. it was late and I had just buried my dad .. Just need to report things otherwise no one learns and customers do not return.

The usual Domino's Pizza - you know what you get - always a deal - quick and easy food when the cupboard is empty!

Unsure what to make of Dominoes. Sometimes our food is really fresh and delicious and delivered quickly other times it tastes as though it has been left on the side for ages before it has been delivered. Has items missing from our order quite a few times and when we have complained about this the response has been delivered very negatively.

The food is always good from this branch. Hot and fresh. Delivery is always quick and with a smile. Good prices and good offers

Great service and everything you would want from a takeaway, pizza was fresh and I didn't have to wait too long :-)
