Domino's Pizza in Enfield

I placed an order online at 4pm, it is now 5:55pm and I still have not received my order. I tracked my order at 5:20, it stated that its was "out for delivery", then minutes later it said "Quality Check" and so I decided to phone them. I phoned them to find out what was going on, explained my situation but when then horrified by the fact that it seemed as though the phone had been put aside and the employee who answered the phone was having a conversation with another colleague and then the line cut out. I phoned up once again very upset and was then told in a rude manor that my "food was the next one to be sent out within the next 10-15 minutes".

Fed up of ordering Dominos as cheeses are systematically reduced to extortionate levels. No taste but dough. Pizza Hut is miles ahead in taste. Domino is just a money making machine. Never again.

Entré y puse una orden de entrega en un hotel local para pizza, algunos lados y una bebida. Nos hizo pedir más para cumplir con el mínimo de entrega. Luego llegaron sin la pizza después de haberla pagado. Enviamos al encargado de la entrega para que regrese con el pedido correcto. 50 minutos después, los llamaron para verificar el estado y dijeron que se había cancelado el pedido y que no tenían ninguna intención aparente de regresar. Tuvimos que insistir en que al menos trajeran la orden "incorrecta" para que tuviéramos algo para comer porque era tarde y teníamos hambre. Cuando el repartidor regresó, la comida estaba fría y las galletas quemadas.    No importa cuán tarde encuentre otro lugar para pedir comida.  TOTAL RIP OFF - SERVICIO INCREÍBLE

Ordené la pizza equivocada a través de Internet y les devolví la llamada si podían intercambiarla por mí. Dijeron que no, el personal era realmente grosero y no estaba seguro de poder hacerlo. Luego pedí hablar con el gerente llamado Leela y ella fue muy grosera y poco profesional por teléfono.  Seguí explicándole la situación y ella no me escuchaba. Ella continuó diciendo que hoy estamos muy ocupados, ¡así que no podemos intercambiarlo por ti! ¡Qué poco profesional! Ella siguió diciendo que fue tu culpa que lo hayas pedido en línea y que el tono de su voz era simplemente horrible y, para empeorar las cosas, ¡ella me colgó! Quiero decir, trabajo en el comercio minorista y no se nos ha enseñado a hablar así a los clientes. Era solo un cambio que estaba pidiendo para no reembolso. Siempre he ordenado a los dominós y no pudieron ver que he sido un cliente leal para ellos. Nunca me he encontrado con un gerente tan grosero y poco profesional, me disgustó su amabilidad y falta de profesionalidad. ¡Nunca volveré a ordenar de Dominos en Cranford!  Espero que la gerencia les enseñe a su personal algunos modales y habilidades de los alumnos, ya que LEELA, el gerente de Cranford a dominos, no tiene ninguna.

He ordenado en 1940, recibí mi entrega a las 21: 20. la comida no era fresca y muy fría, se podía decir que el pedido se hizo por mucho tiempo, por eso ninguno de los artículos estaba fresco. Estaba rastreando al conductor y tomó más de 45 minutos. Tuve que llamar a la tienda, nadie recogió, lo intenté de nuevo y la señora dijo que el conductor estará allí en 3 minutos, pero llegó después de 10 minutos, sin disculpas ni razón por la cual llegó tan tarde. Entiendo que debido al fin de semana estaban ocupados, pero el viaje de 10 a 15 minutos tomó más de 45 minutos, no lo entendí, no otra vez.

Staying at a hotel nearby - phone was answered by Mina who was most unhelpful - refused to take my order as said the hotel phone number was incorrect - a disgrace to dominos franchise

Had a dominos pizza delivered to my home address, when delivered the driver pulled up and left his car in the middle of the road, music absolutely blaring. One of the pizzas I ordered was thin crust, the pizza was completely rock hard like a tortilla crisp throughout. The driver also didn’t have any change to give me so my order cost me £30 instead of £26.50. when I rang dominos in Cranford to complain about my pizza and the delivery service, the assistant on the phone spoke over me numerous times and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. The assistant told me I didn’t understand and was very rude. She also didn’t acknowledge anything said about the delivery driver not giving me my change and blaring music in the road outside my house. I’m very disappointed as I use dominos regularly and have previously enjoyed my experiounses. Terrible customer service. Shocked is an understatement. Terrible. What a disgrace!

Been waiting almost 2 hours for delivery. Tried calling and it keeps cutting off. Called at least 20 times so far and no one picking up. Complete mickey mouse operation. Dont wast your money.

We collected two pizzas. When we got home, we discovered that one pizza was someone else's order and the other had absolutely no base on it, making it dry and unpalatable. As we didn't feel like going back out again, we telephoned to request a delivery of the correct items, but they refused to make reparation and made no apology whatsoever for their mistakes. AVOID.

No refund, 2 and a half hours still not here, Woman horrifically rude. These are the ingredients to my pizza this evening.

Twice in a row the app has said delivered but they have been late (today 40 mins late) and the driver claims he had trouble finding the address. I live on the busiest main road in the area, no chance that we are hard to find. Cold food and no compensation offered until the THIRD phonecall to them. They have also hung up on me in the past when chasing an order. Absolutely diabolical, avoid at all cost.

I can't believe people think it's discusting they should get off they're lazy butts and go to the pizza place if they are free I mean I get it if you have to look after someone but you should just go there if you want it hot

Docklands shop has been used to deliver 3 times. OK it's east London so you factor in 15 minutes. This lot just don't send it until you phone to complain TWICE then say it's on its way. They say they have a lot of deliveries in the area. How much pizza can you fit on a moped? 50 minutes, 1 hour and another 50 minutes. Request for call back ignored. Delivery person 'doesn't know what to say.' It's a thing I guess when people have got your money then you can treat them as woeful as they like. Pizzas are fine, cold obviously. Recommend you ask for delivery at least 45 minutes before you need them. Sorry, recommend you use someone else, but if you have to use dominos docklands for delivery order an hour before you need it. Better to reheat on time than have a group of people hanging around hungry

La pizza domino's (se piace) è una certezza! Noi ordiniamo sempre online per approfittare degli sconti e fare prima nel ritiro. Il locale è nella media, un classico fast food usato principalmente per take away. La pizza è davvero buona, ben farcita.

If you are a vegetarian, have any allergies or general health standards this place is not for you. The cross contamination in New Cross Dominos is disgusting. The staff do not wear gloves, they make each order one after the other without washing their hands in-between. When touching the pizza toppings they use their hands touching the cheese, then the meat, then the veg and repeating. I personally don't eat meat, it is against my religion and for someone who has made pizza's with their hands and nails digging into pork and chicken is disgusting. The manager Hassan has no customer service skills, I made an order for delivery when it arrived 1 hour later, it was missing the cookies and garlic bread. The driver told me to call the store, when i did the staff member said they would not be delivering it and that they will credit the order back to my dominos account. (not even a refund of the money) when i said this was not good enough i asked to speak to the manager Hassan who shouted down the phone at me and hung up the call I was utterly surprised. Would never order again from dominos in my life.

Me indicaron en el título que el Domino's que escribir sobre es en Cranford. Aunque la dirección coincide con la de uno, pero el Cranford mapa muestra una parte diferente de la ciudad.

Pizza??? Las pizzas que recibí hoy fue asqueroso y sólo espero que mi familia y no cualquier intoxicación alimenticia de su pizza.

Nos decidimos por una pizza y me pareció que había un Domino's Pizza no lejos de nuestro hotel, así que pedimos en línea. El sitio web fue fácil y rápido. También podemos seguir a lo largo de con el proceso en línea. Desde el momento en que puso en nuestra orden y la persona entrega de pizza en el hotel nos llevó halv una hora. Gran servicio y la pizza estaba aún caliente y delicioso! Gracias.. Desde que la orden la próxima vez que estemos en la zona.

Asqueroso servicio! Soy un cliente regular desde hace años, registrados una vez al principio y todo el tiempo cuando me llamaron y me preguntaron acerca de mi número, ellos confirmaron dirección de mi casa de inmediato. Nunca había tenido problemas en el pasado, pero el pobre servicio ofrecido en Bow ( Roman Road ) es asqueroso. La última vez que pedimos estaba hace 2 semanas. Fue una noche de sábado, llamando por teléfono y comercialización mi pedido a una estresados pero la mayoría muy grosera chica por teléfono. Me dijeron que el plazo de entrega es de 45 minutos, que está bien y es comprensible. Después de 1 horas y 35 minutos no entrega ha llegado, teléfono y después de probar 8!!! veces alguien recojan respectfulness grosera y no me decía nada, hay tráfico en las calles y que debería aprender a tener paciencia ... me deben aprender a tener paciencia de!??? Aun así yo estaba educado y luego de 15 minutos el azul más tarde la entrega ha llegado. Cuando he pagado la orden y con los detalles de mi tarjeta me he preguntado si podía haber un recibo que me prometió enviar con la entrega. No había RECIBO tras la entrega. Bien ... nos llevó todo lo volvimos a la plana, abierto y no era lo que he ordenado. Bajar a una Margarita simple. Me llamó una y OTRA VEZ 5 veces nadie recogido el teléfono, 6ª vez la señora tuve primero en el teléfono recogido y todo lo que dijo fue: siento que están ocupados y errores pueden suceder. Así que preguntamos por una solución y dijeron que, sólo hay uno que es pedir uno nuevo pero el tiempo de espera hasta una hora. Yo todavía era educado y le pregunté si podía tener este reembolsará a mi tarjeta. Ella tenía que llamar su director, gerente mismo grosero y quería poner un crédito en mi cuenta para el siguiente orden. Me dijeron que me ahorraré orden de nuevo con el servicio ofrecido. Después de casi un argumento para solicitar una restitución que me preguntó otra vez para los detalles de mi tarjeta, me han proporcionado, una vez más, pedimos una confirmación por correo electrónico que el reembolso se realizará dentro de los 3 días hábiles como prometió. Me dijo que iban a enviar un correo electrónico y la devolución se siga la próxima semana ( después de 3 días hábiles). hoy 12 días después, yo no he recibido ninguna confirmación pero la mayoría no restitución!!! Decidí darles una llamada preguntando por qué esto ya no haya sido hecho. Un Aziz muy desagradable y poco profesional director supuestamente no me decía mi número y dirección no está en su sistema y debería revisar mi número ... perdone? ¿Bromeas? Soy un cliente desde hace mucho tiempo y por qué siempre confirmar enseguida mi dirección cuando digo que mi número y POR QUÉ ME preguntan para poner un crédito en Mi CUENTA para el siguiente orden? Sé personas que eran empleadas por Dominos me dice que es muy fácil de dejar un comentario en una cuenta de cliente y que "no está en el sistema" se utiliza todo el tiempo por la compañía! Esta es una broma! Estaba a sólo 14,99 GBP y hacen un problema, pero Éste no terminar ahora. Volveré a confiar en tiendas EN LÍNEA diferentes , TripAdvisor, etc. . Trabajo de I en atención al cliente y conocer sus derechos y esta te impide como este!! Demasiado es demasiado y a veces la gente necesita aprender la lección.

Lord, worst pizza I've ever had...I understand it was late when we order but please, if you are going to make something with so little enthusiasm I'd rather you tell me to order from somewhere else, as what we got was definitely not worth what we paid! Thanks god, side orders were edible because we could not eat the pizza and don't get me started on how it looked...I will definitely not order from them again.

this is good, much better than lousy Fulham Dominos pizza, the manager is very rude, they are cheap. this one was welcoming and very nice, the pizza came generous and looking round and full thanks

I admit this woman impressed me and trust me that's hard. this woman should be promoted by head office to set the standards by the way she works. teaching a trainee that hands should be washed after touching meat products has made me feel this is the right location for ordering food for vegetarians. showing high level of standards and being efficient showing all the signs of excellent customer service. other employee should definitely take notes of this spectacular lady. hat off to ivona.

First, I love dominoes, i think its lovely. Great pizza, normally brilliant. However, I was unfortunate enough to deal with them on for what must have been for them, 'a night off'. I ordered online, no problems, a pizza with garlic bread45 minutes for my pizza, again not a problem (busy friday night) However, I left really easy instructions, 'please call me, don't ring the bell'. The driver rang the bell and woke up the other occupants. Then he gave me my pizza, (no garlic bread). I asked him about my garlic bread, he claimed he didn't know and then charged me anyway. I wish I had complained but the guy spoke barely any English and frankly would have been pointless, as his reaction was a shrug to every question I asked. I paid and he left. The pizza, as usual was lovely, but then I got an email. It was asking how my experience was. I responded, voicing my many complaints. I got a response, thanking me for my feedback and hoping i enjoyed it. I have had no genuine response from Dominoes Bath apologizing for my experience and I have given up hoping. Normally I would give Dominoes a 5 rating, but after my horrible experience I give them a 1.

When it comes to pizza it has to be dominos, so we ordered on Tuesday 24th march from the east ham branch. When I called to order a delivery they seem to have my address on the system which is a good start but I'm starting to think now the first time I ordered must of been good cause I can't remember having a bad one. Anyway was told it will be 45/50 mins and £15:50 for a medium pizza but it was buy 1 get 1 free so not to bad. Ordered a usual margarita for the kids and a margarita with onions green pepper and extra jalapeño for me and the mrs. It turned up at the estimated time which was good, but once I had my first bite it tasted odd!! Not the same as dominos pizza we have enjoyed for years. There was a bitter after taste which seemed as the dough was old and not fresh, I also noticed the onions pepper's and jalapeño didn't seem fresh . Had one spice and the mrs the same and the rest went straight in the bin. The kids had a slice each to and the rest went in the bin too. We won't be ordering from the east ham branch in a hurry!!!

i am very disappointed with the service,i made a order online and within 5 mins i had called the restaurant to tell them that as i have a Norwegian phone no. the delivery guy can call from the reception as the room no. was provided on the online order.After 1 hour we called the restaurant and they tell us the delivery couldnt be completed as the delivery guy couldnt call us.The manager just didnt accept the fault.we again said to re send the order and when delivered it was incomplete!!!!

from their tracking screen it took 50 minutes for this pizza to travel 1.2miles! Despite two phone calls with a testy little blighter - who was only able to tell me over and over it was on it way and that they could not track their drivers - DOH. Anyway my husband (it was for him) had left by the time the darn thing arrived and yes you guessed it was cold - despite being told that pizza's stay hot in their box for an hour! - will never buy from them again ever. Asda's create your own next time and when I cook it at least it is hot.

Excelente pizza, ambiente aconchegante e climatizado. O preço não é tão em conta, mas vale a pena experimentar. Massa fininha, diversos sabores e diferentes preços. Delícia!

The staff at Bath Road Domino's is very friendly.I try their pizza often. And we order online.They charge an extra amount for delivery,They are quick!Check for meal deals in their website.Meatoe is my favourite pizza.I keep going back to this place. It's damn good.

I had a pizza from Chalk Farmi Domino's Pizza. Almost 5£ for a tiny 4 slices tomato mozzarella pizza. Waited 10minutes. and... The taste was awful. and the day after, my stomach still in pain, I throw up everything. As simply as that. never go there. I would never eat anymore a pizza dominos not even for free. poison mate!!

extortionate price first time iv'e used one I thought they must be some thing special but it wasn't any better than a Tesco £2 warn your own up I wont be conned twice!

I don't want to like Domino's because they're so corporate and also expensive. They've also, in the past, put meat on my veggie pizza! But when they do get it right, they're so damn good. I most recently ordered from the one in central London near Euston. They were happy to deliver to my hotel, and delivery was ridiculously quick, around 20 minutes for a custom pizza.

Ordered by phone. Was ready in 15 minutes. Hot and tasty. Friendly and efficient staff. What else is there to say !!
