Great authentic middle eastern cuisine - both chicken and shish kebab were juicy, fresh, and delicious. They are open late so highly recommend!

Wow amazing fish and chips. Me and my husband love the fish and chips here and the vegetable rolls. We order the same all the time when we go (2 large cod and chips and 2 vegetable rolls). The food is hot, fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and polite. Best place is town. The price is not expensive and the portions are big. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Ordered my food on Uber eats took over one hour and gave me the wrong order Called up and didn’t seem helpful and said it will take another one hour to get the right order sent to me Disappointing, have not tasted food yet but it looked cold…waiting for my correct order Won’t be using this place again

This is the best fish and chips shop in the local area. I've tried all of them however I will now only buy from Dolphin Fish & Chips! Where can I begin? The food is always delivered and arrives hot and fresh. The chips aren't dry (unlike some of the other local chippes). The food is good quality and tastes very nice. When I leave a note on my online order, the staff always follow my instructions. The staff do their own deliveries, they do not rely on 3rd party delivery couriers (who can be unreliable). The staff take pride and care in everything. They have fantastic telephone customer service, they take pride and care with their food and they are always extremely friendly and helpful when they deliver the food to me. They also advised that the food costs 20% cheaper if it is ordered directly from their website. I will continue to be a long term customer and I highly recommended to everyone who loves fish & chips or kebabs.

I stopped here for a quick meal for the kids before I take them with me to the office, they were so hospitable, the food was absolutely delicious and fresh, the place is clean and the staff were so friendly ! I’ll definitely be back !

Vrey disappointed that u got my oder wrong from just eat dont pick up your phone lines two sort it out then refuse a refound for missing items and wrong food that was obvious that the drive has gave us someone else's food the food we did get was good but the service was absolutely dreadful!

I have been using this restaurant for w long time but over the past 6-8 months the quality and service has gone, cold food wrong orders and inconsistent service not to mention when you call them and tell them they say they will re deliver but they never do. Stay away guys Use king Neptune and Mill Hill kebab so much better quality, faster service and prices right Dolphin iw not w good place to oder from Yours A long and upset customer that you have lost

First time trying this place. Would defo go back: as delicious food and quick service. Tomato’s a tad bit mushy but otherwise perfect!

They told me a reasonable price at the beginning , but once they started to grill the food, they made me pay double without me even asking for any free extra sides with my meal. Very disappointed! I paid them the double price but will never be buying from them ever again. Edited reply : No, thank you very much.

I've spent half an hour driving and being extremely hungry to pick up my meal, but when I came back home, I discovered that part of the order was missing I've paid for! When called to the restaurant, the guy said he would give me this part next time. I'm very disappointed. I'm not recommending this restaurant at all!

If I could give this place a zero for service and atmosphere I would. The new owners and the evening worker who has ginger hair has some sort of issue against a certain race of people. I strongly believe this place to be prejudice based on my experience alone. If I am not being called "gangster" or being called a name in the ginger hair gentlemen's language, they then proceed to speak about me to others colleagues in their language and laugh at me as I leave the store. The last owners of this shop were much more professional and welcoming. I legit gathered evidence of the prejudice experience, I experienced from my last visit there and I will be taking further action!!! Utter disgrace, appalling, and disrespectful owners/staff who think their behaviour is funny. It is immature and plain rude!

The Hamburger is big and fulfilling The Cods are tender, moist. You must try their fish and chips Their kebab is good I am sorry but kebabs I prefer next door I don't like chips, but they are like everywhere. I hate to throw food away,so I never buy chips Or I ask less. But I think if you are hungry it's good to fill your stomach.

Very polite and friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious and never too oily I highly recommend them and wish them the best.

Went in 15 minutes before closing and they cooked me fresh chips. Food was delicious, large portions and fantastic value for money!

Best customer service, very delicious food, freshly made and the fish & chips was delicious along with grilled wings, the mixed Doner kebab wrap was definitely my favourite. I will definitely be coming back to this place again and recommend others to try this place.

Ordered via Just Eat, they phoned and said “you always order from us and never answer the door”… we’ve literally never ordered from them before and then they cancelled our order but waited 15 mins before doing so delaying our evening! Didn’t even give a reason so really great service! Good job guys!!!! Will definitely not be attempting to order again :)

Ordered a takeaway for delivery, the delivery driver got lost for about 30 minutes ! ? So was not very happy with my cold fish and chips ,please get drivers / riders who can read a simple postcode.

I eat regularly here the new owners are lovely, professional and very clean. They have really transformed this place in such a short space of time. Defo recommend them for sure.

Fish and chip just delivered and was very nice and hot.

I ordered a medium fish and chips on Uber Eats and asked them in the notes to “please please send a lovely fresh portion because I’m pregnant and if it’s not fresh I’ll cry lol”. They delivered the food earlier than the stipulated time and when it was delivered, the driver said, “we’ve given you a large portion since you’re pregnant” with a big smile on his face. The food itself was indeed fresh and absolutely delicious. Thank you so much!

Must of been recently taken over,4th time we've received the chips a complete soggy mess,last time using this place,shame because the food use to be amazing.even stated before delivery if the chips could be cooked properly....but came as a soggy un eatable mess

Great service and reasonably priced I bought the cod and chips which were very tasty and presented nicely in a box with tartare sauce and a slice of lemon which I thought was a nice touch . I will definitely try other food on their menu ! All in all a great experience and satisfied customer

The staff have taken care of me, my wife and our family for the last 10 years. Sometimes I pop in just to greet the staff and end up walking out with a couple orders. Fries are always fresh, meat is always fresh. Don't waste time, splash down with Dolphin Fish and Kebab!

Came here for fish and chips. Everything was excellent. Prices, portion sizes and quality were spot on. Ordered both cod and haddock. The batter was light and fried golden to perfection. Chips were soft, fresh and chunky. I can't recommend the fish & chips here enough. Definitely coming back!

First time visit. Service from young man was bad. I love kebab shop, chilli sauces. I don't like chips soggy with the sauce, all to go on the paper wrapping. He made a big fuss AFTER I paid. Kept saying ''Nothing is free'. Well NO I paid £3 I didn't ask for anything else. CONDIMENTS are part of their price! He needs serious training. Wanting to charge 50p for having it separately, idiot. The older man was ok. The 'sauce' was a waste of time, it was red water. No Taste. He wanted to charge for that??? The chips were very nice, but I think the young man just gave me the cold ones, even though they fried fresh ones. I would go for the chips, but his attitude has lost them a customer. Next door chips are cheaper and attitude a bit better. Will go there next time.

You can order your food ahead online for collection or one of the food courier companies will deliver. The prices are reasonable and and service is very friendly. They made sure I checked I was happy with my order before I left and that all the items were correct. The mushy peas were soup like - very watery but they still tasted good. I fancied some tartare sauce which they had in store but not on the order ahead menu so I missed out.

Good local kebab shop with proper potato chips. Unusual to see a kebab shop which does not give frozen chips which is a big plus point.

Dolphin has been our go to Fish,chips and donner shop for last few years ....all ways a great size and often enough for lunch the following day....highly recommended.

If you visit the shop they will ask for money and they don’t want to use card at all

Food greasy. Not freshly fried. Cod in batter no crispy batter cooked in oil too cold. Or re heated from dinner time. Never again

Ordered via just eat 24/12/20 I ordered large cod Portion of scampi Sausage Savloy Fish had no flavour the batter wasn't cooked fully just not nice at all offered toy dogs and they didn't even want to try it ( my dogs love fish) Scampi was OK nice lightly salty flavour was a packet scampi from youngs Sausage was hard and cold very chewy Same with the Savloy Overall not very nice and very expensive Would not recommend at all If your in to horrible food and not cooked batter this is the place for you

If you want a grease filled pitta bread this is the place . Specifically asked for the pitta to be left on top for above reasons. Meals arrive wrapping paper smothered in grease both kebabs sat in a greasy pitta bread couldn’t eat it,ordered salad and even that was wrong.. will not use this place again,not the first time either. What a waste of £20 including a tip !!!

I ordered my food at 4:57pm it's now 7:27 and still no food I'm really hungry and my kids couldn't go bed without food I wasn't even offered anything for free or my food discounted still waiting finally arrived with no salad and no sauce + missing my free drink at 7:57
