Ive ordered food over here took really really long 2 hours from last i ordered and when i tried calling they closed instantly i am very disappointed

Order was extremely late the last time I ordered so they said would send me a complimentary fudge cake but still have not received since ordering again. Food is always hot and tasty though delivery can take anywhere upto 2 and a half hours!!

Always hot delicious good portions and well worth the money with a little 10% off which is great

Pretty slow service takes about 10 minutes to get your food but food is alright but I don’t recommend the strip burger tastes like expired chicken also a bit pricey

Terrible delivery time. Food is what you expect. Called the restaurant a few times for updates. Apologised and said it’s on the way. Also at one point it said the food was delivered. Sigh

Order a day ahead of schedule because their delivery time took about 2 hours they’re only 15 minutes away they must’ve farmed the. Chicken and marinated over night. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re hungry

This place is absolutely a joke. I have ordered food several times here and they always take more than 1 hour to deliver food. Last time it took 2 hours. That is ridiculous, I don’t recommend anyone to order food from here.

just eat website said delivery between 13:50 - 14:10, was told later it will be there by 14:30. delivery turned up at at 14:50. my order was placed at 13:30, food arrived cold. had to reheat via a microwave

This place is literally 2 minutes away from me. It took way over an hour. When the driver arrived he couldn’t be bothered to bring the food to the door instead he took his time and called me to pick up the food from him in the car park. Would never be ordering from here again never. Also checked their FOOD HYGIENE and the have only got 2 stars, I should of checked this before ordering than I wouldn’t of ordered and have this bad experience with this place

I have only ordered a couple of burger meals online and it took more than 1hour and 20 minutes to arrive. If you don’t want to wait a loooooong time avoid this place because I would from now on. Also the chicken shop is literally 2 minutes away from my house and it still takes ages!

I just had the most amazing hot vegetarian pizza! The combination of fresh veggies on a crunchy crust was a flavor explosion. Each bite was so satisfying and delicious. I highly recommend it to all the veggie lovers out there!

I've ordered online, even though the website advertises that card payment is accepted, my went straight to cash. I rang the shop and asked if I can pay by card, they said they are going to send me account details and I can pay by transfer, then they hung up. I called again to say that it's been a mistake and if I can pay online or over the phone, they said they will call in 2 min. 1 hour later, I get a call asking me to pay for my food that didn't even arrived. I've said that it's been over an hour and a quarter and that I've left my house to actually get some food, nearly told them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. That was a complete waste of time

ordered at 530, ay 639 was told out for delivery, ended up walking down to the restaurant at 710 to be told really busy and had to wait another 10 minutes, finally got my food at 730, when you ring them through the app or from Google you get some man yelling you to stop ringing. really unimpressed will not be using again.

AVOID! Won't be ordering again. They forgot a 9pc chicken strip meal, and when I called, I heard a female voice in the background bluntly insist it was put in there, which passed on to me with equal bluntness. I insisted it was not there, and again the 2 voices saying "it was put in there". Well, it's not there! I can send you a picture of it not there, if you want? lol Was told I'd be called back after they "looked into it" but didn't receive a call and my number was blocked. Submitted a refund request to Just Eat. All this after waiting over 2 hours delivery the other month. AVOID!

The food came 1 hour late after it said delivered but the guy delivering the food was nice.

The apple pie was cold. The pizza had 2/3 toppings that were correct. They sent a can instead of the bottle. They had 1 hour to get it right

Food was so cold when it arrived had to reheat chicken (chips could not be saved) once chicken was at a decent temperature it was good but we waited an hour for cold food then had to wait until it was actually hot to eat it. Very disappointed

Good food, no complaints there. Delivery tonight was abysmal. Ordered at half 5, arrived at 7:50. Had made the order to take the pressure of family dealing with our mentally unwell father. Ending up sitting there hangry for over 2 hours, sadly.

I ordered at 3:30pm my food came damaged at 5:05pm! If it where just me would be fine the kids where hungry and then I was in a catch 22 whether to give them food while waiting or to just wait. I won’t be ordering again. I should have learned my lesson the first time.
