I have only ordered a couple of burger meals online and it took more than 1hour and 20 minutes to arrive. If you don’t want to wait a loooooong time avoid this place because I would from now on. Also the chicken shop is literally 2 minutes away from my house and it still takes ages!

The food came late after order took over an hour to be processed, chicken tasted stale and the wings are undercooked. An absolute waste of money.

this is now become a habit, and it is the last time I am ordering from dixy. terrible delivery time and cold food. I do not mind waiting time but it says the food is delivered when it is not.

the restaurant kept lying how long would take for the food to arrive was over an hour late and was not hot

Food was poor and very very late no apology or nothing.

Got given a delivery time of an hour, then got changed to after the hour when I asked for a update to 20 more mins and eventually after ringing the restaurant got told another 10-15 mins. Overall 1 hour 45 mins to deliver. SHOCKING !!

I just had the most amazing hot vegetarian pizza! The combination of fresh veggies on a crunchy crust was a flavor explosion. Each bite was so satisfying and delicious. I highly recommend it to all the veggie lovers out there!

I've ordered online, even though the website advertises that card payment is accepted, my went straight to cash. I rang the shop and asked if I can pay by card, they said they are going to send me account details and I can pay by transfer, then they hung up. I called again to say that it's been a mistake and if I can pay online or over the phone, they said they will call in 2 min. 1 hour later, I get a call asking me to pay for my food that didn't even arrived. I've said that it's been over an hour and a quarter and that I've left my house to actually get some food, nearly told them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. That was a complete waste of time

ordered at 530, ay 639 was told out for delivery, ended up walking down to the restaurant at 710 to be told really busy and had to wait another 10 minutes, finally got my food at 730, when you ring them through the app or from Google you get some man yelling you to stop ringing. really unimpressed will not be using again.

AVOID! Won't be ordering again. They forgot a 9pc chicken strip meal, and when I called, I heard a female voice in the background bluntly insist it was put in there, which passed on to me with equal bluntness. I insisted it was not there, and again the 2 voices saying "it was put in there". Well, it's not there! I can send you a picture of it not there, if you want? lol Was told I'd be called back after they "looked into it" but didn't receive a call and my number was blocked. Submitted a refund request to Just Eat. All this after waiting over 2 hours delivery the other month. AVOID!

I have not got my food i ordered it 1 hour ago and it was meant to come at 3:30, i still haven’t got it.

Placed order 18.35 nights now 20.23pm 2hours and food has still not arrived! I will never order from this place again!!

It took along time to deliver and we were starving. But it was well worth the wait as we got extra wings and an extra can of Pepsi. The chicken was not oily at all and the food was delicious. Thank you so much

Really late delivery, by 35mins pizza was cold and no apology what so ever.

The apple pie was cold. The pizza had 2/3 toppings that were correct. They sent a can instead of the bottle. They had 1 hour to get it right

Was not asked which type of pizza I wanted deep pan,thin crust was just giving thin crust, awfully long wait, I ordered 500ml drink was given 330ml can drink!

Food was so cold when it arrived had to reheat chicken (chips could not be saved) once chicken was at a decent temperature it was good but we waited an hour for cold food then had to wait until it was actually hot to eat it. Very disappointed

Good food, no complaints there. Delivery tonight was abysmal. Ordered at half 5, arrived at 7:50. Had made the order to take the pressure of family dealing with our mentally unwell father. Ending up sitting there hangry for over 2 hours, sadly.

I ordered at 3:30pm my food came damaged at 5:05pm! If it where just me would be fine the kids where hungry and then I was in a catch 22 whether to give them food while waiting or to just wait. I won’t be ordering again. I should have learned my lesson the first time.

Dixy is our favourite take away for many reasons it’s good for the price good portions always delicious and delivered hot and on time much variety to choose from

First off they put that it was delivered at 20.10 at 20.20 I was calling to find out where it was!! It arrived at 20.40. The food was Stone cold, the chicken skin looked anaemic and was dry. The corn on the cob well I had seen better days, the 3 spoonfuls of beans definitely weren't worth £1.49. And the bbq wings had more sauce than meat on them.

Food was cold when it arrived an hour late. Took so long the coke was warmed up in the bag with the food.

I ordered at 1pm so it would be here before my children came home from school and it was meant to arrive at 2.30pm.I called them so many times to find out and every time they said it's left. I had to start cooking in the end and the food finally came at 4pm, nice and cold.

Usually a good value meal but pizza was squished as put into delivery bag slanted.. called restaurant who said they would sent a new pizza and did not receive. Poor service on This occasion

Wings and chips are fine, but the pizza I'm tasting the people hands on my food did you not wash your hands no gloves? It's horrible to almost feel like some toppings are rotten and never get pizza here again.

I waited 2 hours since ordering my food. I called multiple times and was told 5 mins every time and still waited another 1 hour after calling 5 times and being told 5 mins.

The chicken was nice but the chips were undercooked. Plus they took 2 hours to deliver the food. I wish I had checked out the reviews beforehand then I would have realised that others have complained about the same thing. When I called up the person shouted that the food was on the way no apology from him. I will not use them again because of this.
