I recently tried the chicken with chips and rice, and I was thoroughly disappointed. The rice was poorly cooked, lacking any flavor—pre-cooked rice from Aldi is far superior. The peri-peri chicken was a huge letdown, with no peri-peri sauce in sight; it felt like they simply grilled some chicken and served it. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. If you’re craving the original Dixy chicken experience, head to Chetham Hill instead. This place is simply not worth it. 🤢🤮

I am genuinely happy to get the Dixie’s nearest of my office and the staff here are always so lovely and friendly. As well as fast service too. It would be delicious if anything was cooked fresh, instead it's just hot held all day, so the food is always lukewarm, even when going inside. DIXY did it care of love. Splendid customer service, quick to take order as well as not long waiting time! Peri Peri Burger and Chicken wings meal is amazing for me, nice & crispy, very much filling!! Good Luck DIXY.

This dixy is leagues above any dixy I’ve been to before. Everything is made fresh to order, well seasoned and clean. Burger was even nicer than Miamis. Staff was extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. Very very underrated place, might be the best dixys in the country.

I ask my friend to get me fried chicken and he got some fried chicken and wings on his way home from Dixy Levenshulme but it wasn’t too greasy had few wings and then found Black Hair on chicken breast can’t eat after that had to order from somewhere else tried to contact with them no one answered tried few times..waste of money and waste of time never even order again…

Dixy chicken levenshulme is the worst place i ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals £20 and it was rank dark grey chicken as thin as cardboard no salad whatsoever a rooled up piece of cheese in the middle of a rock hard bun. I didn't have the bottle to even taste it for fear of illness. DO NOT ORDER

I went to this takeaway 4-5 years ago and I didn’t like it but after refurbishment they improved a lot. I like the supreme burger meal with some wings. I yet to try the strips.

Ordered from Uber eats. Ordered burger meal with 1 piece chicken and 3 strips. Most dry chicken I’ve ever had, gravy was disgusting, chips were dry and instead of giving me 3 strips they just cut up a chicken fillet used for the burger instead. I hate giving bad reviews because every business has a bad day but this was actually too bad to ignore.

I have visited dixy today there spicy grilled spicy burger was amazing fresh will come again for the good burger 🍔

First and last time I will ever use this shop. We spent £35 last night on a Delux party buket with sides also 2 milkshakes that turned out to be 2 containers of milk and took an hour to deliver. Food was cold kept under the warmer lights all night. Out of 5 starts I give them a 0.Dont order from this place save uour money. Horrible experience. Bad food bad experience complete waste of £35.

Food was bad not even cooked properly the cheeseburger was burnt chicken very dry chips tasted like they were cooked for a week very bad place i don't recommend

I'm surprised of how their food is not properly checked,came in with my mum today and ordered a chicken burger and wings with fries. I ate it and everything seemed normal for a few hours or so until my stomach started hurting real bad I quickly went to the bathroom and i had cramps a few mins later i started to throw up,some blood came out and then I realized I was food poisoned. Honestly I would not recommend and I'm really shocked. Eat at your own risk.

Unfortunately bad experience, only second time in this branch. The guy who took the order went in kitchen to make my order which is fine but he start eating his own food at same time, and at same place where he was making my order 😳, when I questioned him and tried to mentioned that this is not good practice specially in current situations, so he asked me to leave very politely, I asked him to give me reason if I am loud, rude or asking him unreasonable thing. All communication between both ends was polite so he end up calling another member of team to make my order and he continued eating at same place where order been made. Shocking and surprising. Needs education when serving food to make sure not to eat at same place, Hygiene should be top priority. Also no one wearing mask 😷 or apron. Next email to trading standard…

Overall it was a Good experience. I liked the quantity and quality of food and it's really affordable for students as well.

Tower fillet meal is where it's at. These guys build a rappor up with customers, the more you get to know them they will look after you.
