rubbish ordered my takeaway n never recieved it😡😡😡

Order around half 1 and didn’t receive my order

Made an order for delivery around 1:28am and currently i have been waiting for just on 2hours now for the food, it still hasn't arrived and I rang the restraunt and the phone rang through and then it got buttoned from the restraunts end twice and the website to make orders om keeps freezing and won't let me check were the order is via live tracking like its supposed too they close in 30 minutes so they've had plenty of time to do the order i made this is the 2nd time my food hasn't turned up from the times ir said 1:37am ordered and should arrive between 2:15am to 2:30am and had no emails about my order or calls from the delivery driver either this isn't right at all only thing I got was the confirmation email for my order

*NOT A LEGIT FOOD PLACE* I am convinced this is not even a real food place. We ordered food for delivery - it never arrived - I rang the restaurant, a rude man answered saying “no we don’t have your order on here” and then put me on hold for 8minutes before putting the phone down on me. Money has been taken out of the bank, no refund, nothing. Literally scammed by a takeaway shop… worst customer service, I’m genuinely surprised this business is still open…

Ordered the food 2 hours ago still hasn't arrived now they have switched the phone off.

Absolutely the most disgusting chicken kebab ever, avoid at all costs .

Ordered the food last night and it still hasn’t been delivered and it’s 6pm the next day

Took an hour to arrive didn’t answer the phone food was cold and stale would not rate 1/10

Avoid at all costs. My order arrived 45 mins late and was barely warm. The chips were undercooked and soggy, the chicken was way overcooked and cold. I also ordered a pizza which never arrived and was told by the driver "this is what the shop gave me"... I'm sorry but as a food delivery driver, it's YOUR job to check orders before you leave the shop. Needless to say, this is the 1st and the last time I order from here.

Shocking! My pizza was completely stone cold and wasn't even cooked properly in the 1st place and all the other things on the order were stone cold a inedable. This place is the worst

Horrible place food is the worst food ive ever had and it took 1hour and 20mins to arrive told the driver and he stared raising his voice at me

Save your money or defo spend elsewhere horrible chicken like it had been cooked 3 times over 4 days.Avoid just eat as 4.5 stars actual sight is 1.8 if I'd have known no way would I have ordered.😡

Firstly, overpriced for a low quality takeaway Secondly, my food never arrived even after calling the restaurant multiple times Absolute scam artists, avoid at all costs Get a krunchies instead

Ordered at a mental price and still nothing came, called multiple times and still nothing even throughout the promises that it will arrive. Never order from this place

Save your money and order elsewhere

First order is the last. Received a daddy burger meal. Which I ask for no mayo and extra lettuce. Got given a burnt burger with soggy chicken and tonnes of mayo with tiny amounts of lettuce.

After a long time i ate the delicious pizza.. ♥️

Great new place with delicious food definitely go again 😝
