It was nice and hot. really enjoyed it.

Disappointed normally good but not today

Chicken tikka was a bit dry and some bits were hard. Didn't get the extra sauces I ordered but then, that might've been my fault as I found their ordering process for kebabs a wee bit confusing because I wanted separate sauces not the sauce over the kebab, I'm sure I added them separately. No complaints on Doner kebab or sausage supper.

Great chippy! Pizzas are absolutely the best in Hamilton and fast delivery.

We changed to this chippy because our usual one had changed items on the menu. Great move we love everythings we have gotten from here so far, minus a special king rib as it was overcooked hard & dry.

Took 2 hours and three attempts to get 3 pizzas and a bag of chips delivered. Food (when we finally got it) was decent. Delivery service was a shambles.

Lovely meal as usual and delivered early which was appreciated.

The Mac cheese could have been nicer. Maybe a bit more sauce. Just clumped together pasta in a white sauce with a sprinkling of grated cheese.

The food wasn't great. The batter on the hamburger was solid and it was very greasy, the chips were also very greasy both looked and tasted as if they'd been lying in the hot shelf for hours although the food wasn't particularly warm. I won't be ordering from there for a long time. This place had really improved, looks like it's gone downhill again.

Just had the most disgusting food from this place. Fish was a reheat of a reheat of a reheat, chips were so undercooked they were still white. £22 for food i wouldnt serve to my dog. Shameful Only gave 1 star so i could leave a review or would have gave none .

What has happened to this place. Used to be great and now food really poor, inflated prices and scandalous delivery / service charge fees. The fish was so small with little or no taste. The steak pie was disappointing and the fritters undercooked. £4.50 delivery charge / service fee for a £18.50 order is blatantly ripping off loyal customers. Divito’s Burnbank used to be the best but recently it’s gone down hill and tonight’s efforts are the last straw for us. Time for a change

Ive always stuck by saying to people that the Burnbank Divitos is the best but its shocking tonight. Undercooked chips falling apart, there very very soggy & rock solid onion rings. Im that annoyed i want to take my 1 star back too.

Macaroni was like glupe, worse I’ve had and fritters were black at the bottom. Last order from me.

Would have liked it delivered a bit warmer. But you cannot have everything and timing and quality of the food was beyond good.

Chicken Pakoras are our favourite from here, fresh tasting chicken & crispy coating! Pizza is perfect, great dough bases and generous toppings and their fish & chips are fabulous. Tried lots of things on the menu and never been disappointed. Divitos is a terrific takeaway and we’ve always found the service to be good & the staff helpful & friendly.

Missing item from order. Contacted take away and told it would be sent out. 1 hr after delivering still waiting on rest of order

I asked for, and got charged for, a 2 litre bottle of irn bru, but I got a glass bottle.

I only have one problem with the order I made today, and that's the quantity of relish that's applied to my burger. it's always FAR FAR TOO MUCH, PLEASE Stop putting too much on!!!

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed tonight which is a shame because they're usually pretty good. The mac & cheese was overcooked and stodgy and they brought me the wrong ice cream.

They were great. We made a mistake and forgot we had our old address as the delivery location and whoever lives there now accepted the order. The woman on the phone was very understanding and sent a new order to the correct address.

food was great, best fish supper iv had in a while

been using this shop for 30 odd years and the food has always been good,but got a donner kebab last night and something was on the turn,think it was the donner meat,put the lot in the bin.

the special fish had more batter than fish, so wasn't very good,no tartar sauce was delivered and also delivery driver trying to deliver to 18 queen Street even though the person who lives there has out a big sign up saying 18 queen Street and not 18 sempie street where it should be delivered. Drivers need to learn to read as I'm fed up now.

Half of my order was delivered and after reporting this to the shop, the other part was delivered about 20 minutes later

A really good chippy but prices are ridiculous gor what it is.

Paid over £7 for chips and curry sauce, 2 pickles and a can of juice which is definitely more than the price on the board, the chips were under cooked and the curry sauce was watery. I won’t be back

Pakora was dry and obviously reheated. Poor quality. A shame because I used this shop regularly.

Waited over an hour and a half for the delivery despite it being estimated 40-60 mins, when food arrived it was lukewarm at best. Icecream was melted and tiny portion size for the price, pizza toppings slid off the pizza when you picked it up, also Ordered two buttered rolls and received two stale dry ones? Can’t say I will be using here again unfortunately.

food was delivered but there was a mix up girl brought pizza instead of the garlic bread and am still to this minute waiting for her to return. the fish supper was either over cooked or has been lying in the heat oven since yesterday lunch time so dry and taste less.

Foods almost always great but the chips and cheese is always stuck to the top of the box like glue so unable to even get into it and when you do you essentially just have chips, as the cheese will not come unstuck. Sometimes the curry is tasteless but it’s not off putting. Apart from those little things usually always a great service.

Food was tasty. However the ice cream flavours were not as ordered. As was given mostly mint and little bit ot rasbery ripple. Not any tablet which I was very much looking forward to.

Not a big fan of chippy's but just love this place. First went 2 weeks ago. Their special fish is fantastic as is service, girl at till was just so helpful and friendly. Ordered a delivery last week, was told 40/50 mins, was there in less than 20. Wil defo be back.

ordered a meal deal, pizza, kebab,CHIPS, and a glass bottle of irn bru. There was no chip with this, pizza was freezing and kebab was really greasy. no point in calling the shop, you just get attitude down the phone, needless to say a family went hungry. prices are so high now, I don't think I will be ordering again!

Ordered a large Fish Supper, both slices were so thin all I could taste was basically batter. Items missing from the order, yet again. Delivery driver assured me he’d return with them as soon as possible, that was last night……still waiting! Had to request a refund from just eat. Absolutely shocking!

2 normal size pieces of pakora and 2 tiny bits. Phoned the restaurant to be told this is normal. 6.90 is extortionate for this. No sauce as wrote only onions IN pakora. Waste of money

Food was of great quality and roasting hot when delivered! Food arrived over an hour early and the driver was a cheeky! Not my fault you were so early with shop not providing notification to say on way! Got that notification 20 mins after I ate ma dinner - all round some laugh 😆
