After walking on one of the trails in light rain it was great to be able to have a break in this small, warm, and friendly spot. I only had a cup of tea as I had only had breakfast a couple of hours ago but the warm sausage rolls were very tempting. The place was extremely clean including the toilets which must take some doing bearing in mind most people visiting will have muddy footwear. Worth the visit and worth the walk.

The coffee shop is a nice place to visit. I've lived quite close to it all my life and have today just discovered how beautiful the scenery is from Divis mountain. I never had time to do the full walk but I will hopefully someday.

Wandered in out of the wind for a much-needed coffee and ended up scoffing scones and sausage rolls. All delicious. There is now a car park by the Café which makes it more accessible and if you get the little table by the window, a lovely view. Well worth a trip for a cuppa. The menu is limited to soup, scones, sausage rolls and tray bakes but there are gluten free buns too. Staff were lovely and the little whitewashed barn, very cute.

Situated a couple of miles outside of Belfast and well signposted, is the Divis mountain walk! This walk consists of several treks that offer the walker various levels of difficulty! There is a straightforward walk that has a slight incline to the large aerial that affords a good view of the surrounding area. Then there is the Ridge view trek that takes the walker out to the edge of the mountain and this affords the more experienced walker tremendous views of Belfast, the Mourne mountains on a clear day and a great view right up Belfast Lough! Which ever walk that you choose you should stop off at the converted barn, now a queint coffee shop that offers a refreshing cup of tea or coffee and a scone or on a warm day a refreshing ice cream! A true wee gem situated on the hills of Belfast and a must see spot for the visiting tourist, a great attraction! 😀👍

Great little place for a tea/coffee after a fantastic walk around Divis Mountain. Our first time up at Divis, so not doubt we will be back soon. I want to try those delicious scones.

Went to Divis on a busy August weekday at lunchtime - coffee shop was closed. Warden on site said it was closed that day although normally would be open. Thankful toilets in cafe still open and they were clean and well maintained. Shame about coffee shop - they missed out on a lot of trade as it was busy and the sun was out. A sign at entrance saying it was closed would have been good.

Basic, small, Coffee shop serving the standard products. The best, and worst (weather!) thing about the Divis Barn is the location, high up in the hills with good views over Belfast. The Barn is quite a walk away from the car parking so may not suit the disabled, though there is a good solid tarmac path all the way to the Barn. Popular with cyclists cos of the climb up to the barn and beyond.

This is a lovely little café and a brilliant day out doors. Its a great day out for those who love walking, running and biking. There are new trails all over Divis mountain now which are exceptional. The views of Belfast and the surrounding areas are just amazing. Great snacks and coffee too. A++++

We had read raviing reviews of the coffee barn and having never been yeo Division mountain decided to go and investigate, after a super walk we stopped and had coffee and lovely buns , we sat outside. There were blankets provided, great places or dog walkers, as somewhere sheltered to teather your pooch while you indulge! Free loan of walking poles also. Owner very welcoming and friendly and took times to tell us about the area. Highly recommend a visit.

First walk up Divis since new trails constructed and the views didn't disappoint. We were a little ambitious on such an icy day - walking with our 2 and 4 yr olds...and after carrying them both over a mile on the way back, the Divis Barn was a heavenly end to our walk. Gorgeous coffee and hot choc for the kids - cute setting - and the warmest, friendliest welcome and service Belfast has to offer. Can't wait to return!!
