The food was very delicious and the fortune cookie was very successful 😂

Booked a table online for partner’s birthday 9.30-11.30pm on 4.11.23. When we arrived told sorry we shut at 10pm! There is a system error we were informed - when they saw my special request (see picture) could they not have contacted to let me know the error? No tables available in restaurants nearby either, so birthday ruined! Really shabby because staff were already aware of system error from the night before and previously too; apparently similar happened to diners the night before. So why did they not rectify the issue? Total waste of our time and ruined my partner’s special day!

Worst Tom Yum I have ever tried

Food was not delicious. It was pretty salty. I didn’t digest it well. I guess it wasn’t that fresh. And it was small but not that cheap. If you are ordering from there, you need to order two or share with your friends or partner or family. Cuz one dish won’t be enough Or you can order some side dishes. Staff were nice and kind.

I recently dined at this amazing spot and can't praise it enough! The food was exceptional—everything from the fish dishes to the Korean fried chicken was spot on. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The venue itself is lovely, and I really appreciated being able to move inside when it got chilly. I can’t wait to go back for another fantastic meal!

We were the only table, waitress could not care less. Had to call her to tell her than my handmade (frozen) dim sum where raw. She was visibly shocked apologised and came with a new basket but my trust was far gone. Sorry but raw chicken is a big Nono

It’s my first time trying this restaurant. I found it while passing by. nasi goreng and the spicy beef dim sum are so delicious. They are generous with the protein and the atmosphere is very good

This place was unbelievably tasty!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for dishes high in flavor. So good we even got dessert and finished that too! Can’t believe it doesn’t have five stars!

Dim t in Victoria- I used to love Dim T, but my recent visit was nothing short of a disaster. The service was painfully slow and inattentive, the food was overcooked and lacked the freshness I once enjoyed, and the ambiance was completely off. Instead of the calm, inviting atmosphere I expected, loud dance music was blasting, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation. For £99, I expected a pleasant dining experience, but I couldn’t wait to leave. Unfortunately, this was the most regretful £99 I’ve ever spent. I will never return.

I want to say I had such a lovely experience mainly due to Hannah. From the moment we arrived at Dim T, she made us feel so welcome with her warm smile and attentive service. She was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Thank you, Hannah, for your excellent service.

Dim T Victoria is a true delight! The food is absolutely delicious, served in generous portions, decor beautiful and the atmosphere is simply amazing. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service that lasts throughout your entire meal. It's my favorite spot for a family dinner!

I used to be a fan but this chain seems to have been on a downward trend for a while. The dim sum were stodgy and tasteless and the nasi goreng greasy and dull. Front of house did their best but London is well provided with better alternatives. This was one last try in the hope of a better experience and we won't be back.

Atmosphere was relaxed, staff were friendly and attentive. Food was freshly made and very tasty. Decent food menu selection. Location central, just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Station.

I ordered king prawns, two types of dim sum, and a chicken and prawn Pad Thai. The prawns as a starter were quite greasy, the pork and prawn dim sum were good, but the duck dim sum tasted weird. Pad thai did not spark joy either. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff were attentive, but the food left much to be desired.

The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was very clean and the food was fresh. I had the sea bass, coconut rice and Hong Kong waffle. I definitely would recommend!

The food was very disappointing. Not only that it did not feel very authentic, it was quite bland and honestly as if it was frozen and reheated. Starters were fairly small. The service was friendly but staff were not wearing any uniforms that you’d normally expect. Restaurant was quite nicely designed but with very little people dining inside.

Ordered in Deliveroo , very bad cold food arrived . Not fresh & oily . The noodles stinks of oil . Smells like that oil was used on frying other things like a car oil . Waste of money & time waiting an hour for it . Deliveroo refused to refund & restaurant too. Worst take away ever .

Probably the worst experience of dining. No manager around, staff not equipped to handle the dismal food service or quality. Such a shame as were excited to see family and friends.

Disappointed with the experience. I ordered from the lunch menu, only to be told later that certain items on the lunch menu were actually from the main menu, leading to an unexpected upcharge. With only two other tables occupied, the staff had ample opportunity to clarify this but didn’t. To make matters worse, they automatically added a tip despite the subpar service. It seems they struggle to handle even a small number of tables during a lunch service. Would not recommend.

I found myself in Victoria at lunchtime and popped in for my first visit to Dimt Dim sum were great. Service was great. Will anyone notice if I snooze in the office this afternoon?

I popped in for dinner and enjoyed it! The food was tasty especially the spicey edamame and orange mojito. Had several of the Dim Sum: recommend the mushroom and ginger.... but wasn’t a fan of the duck. The service was good; the staff were friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Overall, a solid spot for a nice meal!

Acogedora cena, llegamos cerca de Victoria relativamente tarde en la noche, había algunos restaurantes, nos recomendaron otro establecimiento, pero estaba lleno y caminamos un poco más lejos y encontramos este. No estaba tan lleno y tuvimos una cena acogedora. La comida era buena, el servicio era bueno, las porciones estaban en el lado más pequeño, pero no nos fuimos con hambre.

This was a family lunch to remember my sister who died when she was 22. We come together on her birthday and Asian food was her favourite cuisine. We were greeted warmly at the door and offered a choice of tables. Hannah who served us was very polite and friendly throughout. The menu is great and reasonably priced. The food came out in good time and we all enjoyed our meals. The whole restaurant including the toilets was very clean. I believe it was the manager who came over a couple of times to interact with my baby, she also brought him over a biscuit although unfortunately he’s too young for sugar! The thought was very much appreciated though, a really nice gesture. A lovely team, a lovely restaurant, and a fitting environment to toast my sister. 10/10. Thank you, we will return!

So pleasantly surprised by how great this place is. I'm definitely planning to return. The staff were incredibly friendly and they even had some fun banter with us. They topped up our water glasses without us having to ask and I was very happy with the experience. The food was great too. The vegan sweet and sour chicken was amazing, I cleaned the plate fully. The egg noodles (which are also surprisingly vegan) were also great, and the desert was good too. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed the food and atmosphere at a restaurant so much. This is somewhere I'm planning to go out of my way to visit again.

The Thai red curry was delicious as usual, as was the egg fried rice. The place was clean, the atmosphere was perfect, and I felt like I got great value for what I paid. Can't wait to come back!

Delivery time stated as half an hour, took over 1.5 hours to arrive. Rang the restaurant staff were not helpful. Food arrived and looked like a microwave meal.

Very accommodating for our work lunch and the waitresses were very nice. They offered Christmas crackers and checked we were happy with our meal. I would be happy to book future work lunches here

We were very pleased. Looking for dim sum in the area between Victoria and Vauxhall and found this via Google. Not intimate, but very good dim sum, especially for an operation with multiple locations. worth a visit.

The restaurant had no heating and cold air blowing so we were unable to enjoy out meal . We had to sit with our coats on . The manager was not very nice. We also had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks and had to send them back despite this she refused to offer us a discount. I would never recommend this restaurant and the manager was extremely rude

I visited here and was served cold dim sum. No attempt to make a resolve and left paying full price and getting food poisoning.

A quiet time in the restaurant for Saturday lunch with friends. Great location. Very good food I had aubergine and cashews my friend had tasteless fish tempura but good rice, teas and beers.

Otro lugar que sirve comida asiática inspirada que ha estado aquí durante décadas con una sucursal en Winchester. La decoración era interesante porque parece un restaurante japonés, pero luego tienes cosas tailandesas como estatuas y cosas chinas como tazas. No diría que la comida era agradable, especialmente los fideos simples que eran realmente aceitosos y se podía saborear la sartén de metal.

Another place that serves Asian inspired food that has been here for decades with a branch in Winchester. The decor was interesting because it looks like a Japanese restaurant but then you have Thai stuff like statues and Chinese stuff like mugs. I wouldn't say the food was memorable especially the plain noodles which were really oily and you could taste the metal pan.

Atmosphere and service was fine, nothing negative to say. Food was really tasteless. We ordered duck, which seemed to have gone through a grinder rather than cut in slices, the taste was fine but already lukewarm and the number of 'pancakes' could also be a bit higher... The boa's buns were hard rather than steamy and fluffy as they should be, and the filling smothered in sauce. But the dimsums were absolutely deplorable, altough we ordered 3 different kinds, you couldn't even taste the difference as they ware absolutely tasteless... We will not return but advice for the kitchen, improve the recipes because this was abysmal for a metropolitan city like London. Given the other reviews, I can only phantom that there are a lot of people that don't know what asian food is supposed to taste like...

Went for a team lunch on a Tuesday afternoon when the restaurant was nearly empty and received truly atrocious service :(

Had dinner here on a Sunday evening and were not disappointed. Service was great and foor arrived very quickly. Vegetarian options are plenty and varied. We ordered the veg gyozas, firecracker cauliflower, mushroom and ginger dimsum and vegan Black bean "chicken", all of which was delicious. For desert, we had the mochi selection and biscoff cheesecake which were both also very good. The interior is lovely too, and we would recommend/come back again if we are in the area

Delicious food! I had a lamb curry then a biscoff cheesecake, I would highly recommend them both. Service was good and the restaurant atmosphere was lovely.

I have screenshots of them picking up my order and then going across the river with it, significantly out of the way. This caused my food to be very delayed, my husband went out on foot to get dinner instead, and when I got this order it was ice cold.

Had a pleasant dinner here while in London. I had the coconut chicken curry which was tasty and well presented. Then I had the mochi for dessert which was very tasty especially the peach one. I thought this was good value and provided decent options for business travelers. Not the cheapest place in London but not the dearest either.

Dined at this restaurant the other day with my friends the food is really nice especially the dimsum we were served by a lovely waitress who was wonderful. On the other hand the young lady with the long blonde hair I assume was the manager was standing behind the bar chatting and staying on the laptop, I'm sure the waitress was able to manage the customers but it seemed like she was working alone we tried to get the managers attention as the waitress was busy with another table but she was too focused on her laptop and conversation . Aside from that thank you so much to the waitress that took care of us.

Their Lychee ice tea was great, We got the lunch set menu, squid starter was really tasty. Nasi Goreng was ok, brownie is quite sweet as it had caramel bits in it which wasn’t to my liking. Espresso Martini was standard. Service from the waiter and waitress were friendly and polite.

We waited 30 minutes after being seated and didnt even manage to order, nobody bothered to do something about it - so we left hungry - dont go there

Had set lunch. Squid, nasi goreng and chocolate dessert. All very tasty and good value. My friend had Singapore noodles, she said nice, spicy and authentic. The little piglet had ninja menu. Luckily I got to eat his edamame beans as he doesn't do greens. Stir fried eggs noodles with chicken tasty. Kids chocolate sauce dessert very messy, so he ate my chocolate brownie instead and loved it. Quiet in afternoon when we popped in. Drafty by front door so don't sit by front tables during freezing weather. Very good service. Highly recommend. Unfortunately we didn't take pictures of food. Next time!

Came here for dinner after the theatre (matinee performance). The place wasn't very busy but did gradually fill up as the evening continued. We had the dim sum (very good) followed by a thai curry and korean bbq chicken (also good). The staff were attentive but not overbearing. When I dropped a chopstick this was quickly replaced without me having to ask. The meal was reasonably priced and I was happy to pay the voluntary service charge.
