Dilli's in Leicester

I ordered a munch box off Uber which had donner wings chips and a peice chicken with strips and a separate lamb burger. The food was horrible and cold the donner was stale and cold chips were soggy wings were oily strips were dry one peice chicken was oily. Only the burger seemed fresh. The food made me sick at night felt sick 3 times I will never order from this place again. I've ordered food from places which were further away from this place and still came fresh. Clearly this place does not care about there service or customer satisfaction.

Loved there. Went with my kids. Had burgers chips n strips drinks. Freshly made n well served super hot. Tasted good. Loved the peaceful atmosphere there.

Brilliant place for party I had about more then 50 people and even would recommend buying food for takeaway. Pizza is amazing and chips too it's so delicious good size even deep pan and excellent service.

I ordered a whole peri peri chicken and it still had feathers on it, it tasted really dry and sauceless. The man that made my order was really rude. I waited almost an hour for one whole chicken and a box of chips.

Just today I ordered chicken n cheese pizza with meal and told over phone just chicken and cheese and when I saw my order it was with peppers on it and when I spoke to the guy he became angry and started talking rudely in an unprofessional way that our pizza comes with peppers and unhygienically he removes pepper from the pizza and said its just peppers you can remove and eat it. Thts so weird..I told him I am.not gonna remove all the peppers from pizza and give it to my son, he doesn't like it. What I ordered must be met and with rude behaviour he took the pizza and refund the money £7 out of £9 and from which he deducted £2 for chips n drink. He not even bother to make another pizza as per customer need. Overall the staff behaviour was very unprofessional and rude. Won't be ordering from this store anymore.

Charged me for £4.50 for a half pound chicken fillet burger. I pointed out that on the menu it’s showing £4.00. He just ignored me. I pointed it out again. I have no idea what he was saying after that but he didn’t properly acknowledge or listen to me. Then I showed him my receipt and he just said ‘brother, prices have gone up’. Pathetic customer service and he offered me nothing. 50p wasn’t going to kill me but it’s the principle. We don’t live in a third world country and there are trading laws that dictate correct advertising of prices. Ironically there was a boy before me complaining he’d been given wrong change. He was reimbursed.

We ordered chicken wraps, zingy burger and masala fish via Uber yesterday ( Monday 22nd Jan). Both Zingy burger and Masala fish were too salty. coated with red food colour, no masala or spices in Masala Fish. Only chicken wraps were good. Tried to ask for refund but no reply. we had to throw them. We had their zingy burger before and that was really tasty. I don't know why their food quality is poor now. I won't order anything from here.

Normally this place is really good. I normally order 3 pizza's 1 half and half and 2 of a particular topping. I have never previously had any problems. But today, whoever answered the phone said they dont do half and half pizza's but i have been buying from there over past 2 years. Man pn the phone was very rude. I will never go again

Dilis is my go to place when I'm in the area for take out. I haven't actually eaten in. It is located in the city of Leicester. The food is always tasty and reasonably priced for the quality of food. I would certainly recommend it.

Placed a pre-order few days prior for a birthday party, margherita pizzas, chips and wings. Order was ready on time, fresh and hot. Staff and manager were very helpful and polite. The guests enjoyed the food.

This place is the very definition of fast-food, no fork, no knife to give, no proper paper towel. Do not expect much, it is very cheap though.

Sad to witness a skiny person at the serving counter after picking his nose twice went back to pack food without washing his hands, and soon reminded him about cleanliness he got very angry stared to defend his act by saying he has done food handling course. I asked to see his manager or owner, and his response was I don't care, do what you can. Please watch out how your food is getting prepared.

First of all food was said to be here by 7:50 and then it finally at by 8:13 and the pizza was so cold and oily and chips where fried and rubbery and unsalted I am very very unhappy with my order

Amazing food and great service! I order from here on a regular basis and have also ordered for parties at work. Food is always to a high standard and tastes amazing. All my colleagues have always enjoyed the food too, so much so that we only order from here for our office parties. The staff are always friendly and very helpful with dietary requirements. The pizzas were barely a step above £1 frozen oven pizzas, the chips were average at best and cold.

So I went to dillis expecting a cheeky takeaway after a long day of work. I ordered the Donna meat and fries expecting a decent meal as the price I paid was fairly cheap boy was I wrong the Donna was tasty saucy well cooked and lovely the chips were cooked to perfection. The saying cheap and cheerful sums up this place. The customer service was outstanding this place extremely exceeded my expectations.would 100% recommend if in Leicester area.

Absolutely peng food would 100% recommend . Best takeaway in Leicester. Has a elegant vibe to it even has seating with a curtain so people can’t see you. As well as this they gave me extra tissues and the food was made in a flash.This should definitely be your next takeaway spot.

Ordered a cheese burger meal with 4x hot wings, the burger was juicy and tender. The fries were nicely seasoned and crispy. The hot wings are good to ok, I just felt that the wings were a bit on the high sodium side (salty) 🥲. Overall I had pleasant meal. May come back here when I'm on my visits to Leicester!

Ordered from here a few times and the food has been great every time. The pizza and beef burger are of very good quality and are very tasty. The beef is definitely not a packet product, you can tell it’s freshly made, good quality and cooked well. The staff are always very welcoming and always make sure the food is fresh! Best place for a takeout!

I had Pizza and fish from Dilis and I must say this place is worth appreciating. Succulent food with ample portions and the customer service is super good. The food presentation is so pleasing as well. I really enjoyed my visit there and highly recommend 👍👍👍

Dillis special It says 12 " but im convinced its a 10" Pizza are deep pan (thick crust) quite filling but not my type. There is no flavour in pizza toppings.

I'm constantly ordering from Dillis since it has been opened and i have never had any issues with any of there food especially their pizzas. Never have had my pizzas flipped over or without toppings lol. This is a common problem ordering via just eats, uber eats because the driver's dont care. Better go in person to collect. Lovely food. Tried there pizza , the guy offered me staff special and and tell me it was the best pizza they make !! PIZZA Bread was very Dry , topping was poor, chips was overcooked . Will not going that again.

Pizza was ok but chips tasted like they were fried in very old oil and masala fish tasted literally salt and nothing else . Hope you improve your quality
