We tried one of the platters, every item was delicious. The bread super fresh - can’t wait to go back. The crab pate was awesome

Great home baked bread daily, a good selection of take out tapas etc and tasty supplies olives etc. Clean and friendly Right in the centre of town, run by the same family that own the local Tapas restaurant.

Beautiful little shop in the heart of Dolgellau. The place is immaculate! Great selection of cheese & cured meats. With all accompaniments. Will return for some amazing cheese cakes and Christmas nibbles. Must visit

A beautiful Spanish deli in the heart of Dolgellau. Great selection of products that you can’t buy anywhere else. The cheesecakes are particularly delicious, especially the lemon and mango. Linked with the famous award winning Tafarn Y Gader Tapas. An assist to the town

Typical Spanish deli with all the traditional Spanish products; olives, cured meat, oils & vinegars... And the cheeses!! They have a lot of options of cheeses and they let you try them before buying any. They also sale homemade mini cheesecakes that are... Super tasty!! Apparently everyone in town loves them, they are very popular. I recommend to all the visitors to Dolgellau to visit the shop, the man that works there is lovely too, like the food.

Staying at the Celtic Royal again we decided to treat ourselves! Slightly put off by seemingly expensive menu but the portions were amazing and food cooked to a really high standard. And then, the puddings! Amazing choice and absolutely delicious! We’ll be back - I hope!

A charming little place run by James & Joseph, hope I got that right 🤔 It was interesting to listen to James telling their family story of how this small business came about, you always wonder don't you. It's spotlessly clean, & run very efficiently, with real tasty food, & at great prices. I've walked past this place many times, but not anymore. I'm coming back for you!

Had a two night stay here over the weekend of the 6th Sept and what a wonderful little place it is. Emma and Menno were the most welcoming, friendly hosts and we immediately felt like this was a home from home, our room was very cosy and complete with home made Welsh cakes that went down a treat with a cup of tea after the long drive. The breakfasts were amazing and with the added twist of a Dutch breakfast option courtesy of Menno. The tea rooms are currently closed allowing for a lovely spacious breakfast room which is decorated with photos and keepsakes from all over the world. Emma gave us pointers on the local eateries and places to go and even filled up our water bottles for us when we went out on our hike. This is a fantastic base for walking with easy access to both the Rydd Ddu, and Snowdon Ranger paths up Snowdon as well as having several lakes and close by to the Nantile Ridge. Ty Mawr is currently up for sale which is a shame because we would definitely stay again. Thank you Emma and Menno for giving us a really lovely stay.
