Dere Mangal in South Bucks

Come here often, always great. Always order a large chicken shish, comes with bulgar wheat, salad and some Turkish bread. Bulgar wheats got a great flavour, shish is also cooked over coals so has a great bbq flavour. You wont be disappointed. Staff are always so friendly, it’s like meeting up with your friends.

We went out on a Sunday night to a pub nearby that turned out to be full. Wandered up and down looking at either closed places or too expensive. Lured in by the good looking frontage of Dere Mangal. We weren't disappointed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Explained the different options. Decided to eat in. They only have a handful of tables. Definitely a take away rather than a restaurant but glad we are in. Fab food, fab service and decent prices. Highly recommended. The only negative was the loud hum from the extractor fan but it wouldn't put me off going again. The Turkish tea was really nice. It made a pleasant change for the staff/owner be interested in his food, business and his customers. Was busy with takeaways many of whom were obviously regulars. Looking forward to going again.

Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. I am definitely going back.

The two chaps running the takeaway were extremely accommodating providing copious amounts of chips which left all 19 children plus 7 adults very happy. Will definitely go back for a kebab another time!

Really nice Turkish take away. The food tastes great, there isn’t a greasy residue from the food as many takeaways & the salad seems very fresh & plentiful. We have always enjoyed our takeaways from here and now a family favourite. Pay & display car park across the road free in evenings & sone roadside parking opposite restaurant so parking for collecting easy

Wish I’d tried this place sooner. It has a limited but delicious menu of shish, donor and falafel and a few other bits. It is fresh and healthy, served with pitta, rice and sauces. I had imagined just donor meat but this is not an after the pub kebab van type place at all. Have only taken away due to covid but will definitely be back. Approx £7-9 per meal.
